Third Person's POV:
"Other way?" Bucky looked at Natasha.
"That's right, Princess. You know, fighting. Using powers. That kinda thing." (Y/n) said sarcastically.
"Even when she's triggered, she's still a sassy leprechaun." Natasha rolled her eyes.
"Don't-" (Y/n) stopped, turning her head to the side like she is having a very bad headache. "S-stop f-fighting." She growled to herself.
Nat looked at Bucky confused. The latter was studying her carefully, trying to figure out what was wrong with her. Then it clicked. (Y/n) was fighting from the inside, the real (Y/n).
"She's trying to control her body again. She can hear us." Bucky smiled.
"No, she's not." (Y/n) hissed. "Stay inside." Now she was holding her head in her hands. "B-Bucky, trigger words." She said breathlessly.
"What? (Y/n), what are trying to say?" Nat marched towards her.
"Get away!" (Y/n) screamed at her, blue light coming from her fingertips.
Nat immediatly took a step back, while Bucky stood protectively in front her.
"Don't go any closer." Bucky whispered to her. Nat obeyed nodding and put a hand on his arm go peek at (Y/n).
"Stop this cuteness, I'm fighting myself here." The real (Y/n) exclaimed. She dragged herself to a chair and sat.
Nat and Bucky, this time actually laughed at their ridiculous friend. Then Nat's eyes lit up.
"Trigger words. She means memories." Nat told Bucky.
"No, she doesn't. You got it wrong." (Y/n) yelled from the chair.
"When I said leprechaun, it triggered something in her memory. Then the real (Y/n) began to pop up." Nat smiled.
"You are so clever." Bucky exclaimed, kissing her forehead.
"Stop it." (Y/n) screamed at the assassins. "No, no. Whatever you're doing is working." The real (Y/n) laughed.
It was a weird sight. One moment she was struggling, angry. The other she was laughing and smiling that adorable smile they were used to.
"James, call Tony." Natasha said.
"W-what?" Bucky was shocked at her decision.
"She becomes herself when she sees affection. When you stood in front of me to protect me, her guards broke down. It happened when you kissed my forehead too." Nat reasoned.
"We can do this ourselves." Bucky argued.
"As much as I'd love that, it won't be enough. She needs Tony." Nat smiled, taking his cheek under her palm.
"Yes! Call To-" "NO!! DON'T call him." (Y/n) argued with herself.
"What should we do? We don't know who wants him." Bucky asked.
"Trust me, James." Nat said. Bucky nodded and opened the door after unlocking it, and went to call the billionaire.
Nat stayed with (Y/n) ans watched her closely. It was a surprise to Nat when (Y/n) started laughing. She raised an eyebrow at her.
"You're making a terrible mistake. You're giving me what I want." (Y/n) continued laughing, still sitting on the chair, elbows on her knees.
"Are we?" Nat smirked.
(Y/n)'s laughter died down. After a few seconds, (Y/n) launched herself at Natasha. The latter was faster and dodged her punch. When she turned to face her friend, she was pinned to the wall by (Y/n)'s forearm.
"You underestimated me, Black Widow." Now it was (Y/n)'s turn to smirk.
"Did I?" Natasha said blankly, then took the girl's arm and twisted it so she was in control.
"Romanoff, what are you doing with my girlfriend?" Tony appeared in the doorway with Bucky behind him.
Natasha let go of (Y/n)'s arm. And the girl stumbled forward. When she stood up correctly, blue light was coming off of her hands.
"My mission is finally here." (Y/n) smirked. "Or should I say genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist?"
"How about boyfriend?" Tony watched her carefully. She was turning her head around, like she was fighting.
"Don't say that." She hissed.
Then a blue force levitated him. It smacked him to the wall. With a loud grunt, he hit the ground. Bucky went to help him but the playboy raised a hand to stop him.
After mumbling an I'm fine, Tony got up and started to walk towards (Y/n), slowly.
"Why are you doing this?" Tony asked.
"What-what do you mean?" (Y/n) said eying him carefully, taking a step back everytime he took a step forward.
"You clearly can control your decisions. And yet you choose to surrender to someone else's orders. Why?" Tony asked, finally managing to corner her between his body and the wall.
"Because they promised they'll get me my own body... and because your death would not bother me." (Y/n) whispered.
"I think you already know that they can't do that." Tony said, feeling pity for the girl.
(Y/n) glared at him then wrapped her fingers around his neck, hissing in the process. "You think you know everything. But you don't. That's why I should kill you."
Bucky and Natasha tried to help him, but Tony just waved them off. He tried to take a breath, but the girl's grip was strong on his neck.
"Sweetheart, I can't breath." Tony said, with a sore voice.
"Don't sweetheart m-" she stopped, the headache coming again. Shortly after, Tony's neck was released from her grip, and instead she held her head. "Tony." They heard her whisper.
"Come on, baby. I love you. You can fight it." Tony encouraged.
"No, stop-"
A blue light enveloped her. She began screaming and tosing around in mid-air. Everyone felt helpless. Especially Tony, he hated seeing her in pain. And he couldn't do anything about it.
"What's happening to her?" Tony asked Bucky who was as equally shocked as him.
"I-I I don't kn-know." Bucky mumbled, but it was loud enough for the others to hear, even over the screaming.
Suddenly, Natasha's phone rang. It was Wanda. She and Vision, plus Calvin who agreed to come along, left for a trip to the amusement park, one that Calvin was so thrilled to go to. Strangely that single phone call worried Nat.
"Wanda, this is really not a good time-" Nat started saying with a loud voice of course.
"Natasha, we're coming back to the tower in five minutes. I just thought you would like to know, considering your session with (Y/n)." Wanda said knowingly.
What session? Nat heard Calvin in the background.
"A training session, Cal." Wanda answered the boy.
"Okay, thank you for letting me know." Nat replied.
"By the way, what is that screa-" Wanda's voice was cut off by Natasha hanging off the phone.
"Calvin is coming to the tower. We need to think fast." Nat yelled over the screaming of the two-faced girl.
"Calvin." They heard (Y/n) whisper then her screams started to faint.
It was only a few seconds later that she wasn't screaming or tossing anymore. However, the blue swirling light was still making her levitate. Everyone watched the scene with great shock and a little of confusion.
A few moments after, (Y/n) looked at her friends and boyfriend. She turned to the assassins, smiled, then mumbled.
"Thank you for being my friends."
Then she turned to Tony with a hint of sadness in her eyes, and a glistening of some tears.
"Remember that favor you owe me on our first date? I wanna use it now. I need you to let me go. I have to go. I'm sorry, take care of Calvin for me. I love you, Tony." She said, still smiling.
Nobody understood anything. They were so confused they started to look at each other waiting for answers. It sounded like a goodbye, but why would it be? Why was she saying goodbye?
"Sweetheart, why are you saying that? Don't say that. Don't leave me. Please." Tony 's voice shook with emotions.
"I have to. I'll hurt you more."
With that simple line, the blue light shot like laser from her eyes wrapping around her like a cocoon. Then it disappeared leaving their friend only a limp body across the floor.
