Chapter Two: A Need For Info

(Y/n)'s POV:

Today was the day of investigation, we all decided to do it after classes today just so we could get that out of the way instead of skipping, I was sitting next to Weiss, normally she would never let me sit next to her  since I always copied her notes without permission but today she let me, we were in professor Port's class and he was blabbering on, Weiss was just sitting there with a bored expression already done, while I was copying her notes which surprisingly she let me with no argument.

Jaune: "So Weiss, you know I uh, I was thinking after this, maybe we could go grab a bite to eat? And uh you know i-i got two tickets to that new spruce Willis movie, if you want to make the trip to Vale, I hear it's awesome, and maybe we could go study together? Cuz your smart and I am kind of uh." He said suggesting dates and such, I shook my head, my boy Jaune just never knows when to quit, it was quite admirable but he was being a bit clouded that it was obvious she wasn't in the least bit  interested in him, unfortunately she was a bit of a stuck up without even knowing and as much as I'd like to help them it's something they'll have to figure out themselves.

The school bell rang and everyone was preparing to leave.

Jaune: "Weiss did you hear me?" He asked her as she got up and walked away answering his questions with yes and no.

Weiss: "No, no, no, and yes." She said walking away while he put his head down in disappointment and me and my team pass by him.

Yang: "One day." Yang said rubbing his head.

(Y/n): "Like I said sugar bear, you can do better, and I'll take that offer to the movies." I said as he pulled the ticket out of his pocket and gave it to me.

Jaune: "Its starts at 10:00." He said still with his head down.

(Y/n): "Cool I'll sneak the snacks in!" I said leaving.

(At the RWBY dorm)

I was in the bathroom, while the girls were changing into alternative outfits just cuz why not right?

(Y/n): "Are you guys done?" I shouted as they shouted back yeah, I came out and saw their new outfits which honestly wasn't a major change but it was new none the less.

(Y/n): *Wolf Whistle* "Is it hot in here? Or is it just y'all." I said as all of them but Yang grew a blush.

Yang: "Are you going to wear your uniform or are you changing too handsome?" She asked smirking at me.

(Y/n): "Yeah I'm changing too." I said as I took my coat and shirt off showing my upper body off, Ruby, Weiss, and Blake started blushing Yang on the other hand was smirking with wide eyes.

Yang: "Whow Tiger, your a bit more ripped then you look first glance." She said checking me out.

Dang it, I've grown so used to being with them that I forgot they were girls, I quickly picked out a white and blue tank top, A red and white coat(cuz it was a bit windy even though there was Sun) with black pants and shoes.

(Sorry I just liked this outfit.)

And I quickly came out of the bathroom blushing and grabbed Point Break and put it on my back, along with Reflecting Lotus (The dagger Ren gave me) and i also put Midnight Storm on my right arm as a shield.

Yang: "I'm a bit disappointed your covered up, I was enjoying the view." Yang said poking my cheek as I blushed again.

(Y/n): "Alright I know we all look cute and all, but call it baby." I said as they all looked at me with a bit of surprise and were blushing.

(Y/n): "I mean Ruby, call it." I said blushing and looking away.

Ruby: "Oh! Um..Okay Ahem! Alright guys today's the day, the investigation begins!" She said excited and blushing a bit jumping off her bed.

Weiss: "I'm glad to see were taking this so serious." She said sarcasticly.

(Y/n): "lighten up ice queen, your the one that said it could be fun didn't you?" I said as she looked at me and huffed.

Yang: "He's right, we have a plan at least shows that it's moderately serious." She said agreeing with me.

Ruby: "Right! Everybody remember their goals?" She said.

Weiss: "Ruby and I will got to the CCT and check the Schnee records for any other dust robberies and inconsistencies, seeing that I'm in the family it shouldn't be a problem." She said quite pridefully as I rolled my eyes.

Blake: "The white fang has regular faction meetings to hand out orders and recruit new members, if I can get in I can hopefully find out what their planning." She said in a cute respective manner.

Yang: "I have an old friend on the shady side of town that typically knows everything going on in Vale, getting information out of him shouldn't be too hard." She said confidently.

(Y/n): "And I'm going to go freeroam around Vale gathering info and keeping my eyes open for suspicious activity." I said trying to sound cool.

Ruby: "Are you sure you don't want to go with any of us?" She asked me looking concerned, I smiled and ruffled her hair.

(Y/n): "Its better if we split up, that way we get more room and no one will see us coming, besides I can't go with Blake cuz I ain't a Faunus, your better off with Weiss, where you'll be safer, and I'll most likely met up with Yang on the way, plus I also got a "friend" I got to meet up with who could have answers." I said confidently.

Ruby: "Well okay just don't do anything crazy." She said.

(Y/n): "I'm (y/n) freaking Valkyrie! Huntsmen extraordinaire! Craziness runs in the family." I said proudly.

Ruby: "Okay Fine we'll meet up near Yang to go over what we've found, let's do this!" She said excited.

Sun: "Yeah!" Sun shouted spooking the girls as he was hanging from the window.

Blake: "Sun!?"

Yang: "How did you get up there?" She asked.

Sun: "Oh it's easy I do it all the time." He said proudly.

Weiss: "You do what!?"

Sun: "I climb trees all the time." He said as she gave him that look of disbelief.

Sun: "So we finally getting back at (y/n)'s "dad"?" He asked.

Blake: "No, WE are going to investigate the situation, as a TEAM." she emphasized.

Ruby: "Sorry Sun we don't want to get friends involved if we don't have to." She said sounding apologetic, she so cute.

Sun: "Pfft! That's dumb, you should always get friends involve, that's why I brought Neptune." He said pointing out the window as we all stuck out heads put to see, and load and behold there he was flat on the wall.

Neptune: "Sup." He trying to sound cool.

Ruby: "How did you even get up here?" Ruby asked.

Neptune: "I have my ways, but seriously though can I come in we're really high up right now." He said as I grabbed his shirt and pulled him like a ragdoll.

Neptune: "Whow man easy man!" He said sounding like I hurt him.

(Y/n): "Remind me to get a security system for the window." I said to the girls while I also wrote it down on my to-do list.

RWBY: "Gotcha." They said together.

Sun: "Come on (y/n) be a bro!" He said.

(Y/n): "Sun, there are only four things I hate more than people flirting with my girls; Bullies, pickles, people putting milk before the cereal, and skim milk, because it's water pretending to be milk." I said with a deadpinned expression.

Sun: "Your girls?" He asked as everyone looked at me waiting for an answer.

I was honestly freaking out on the inside that I just said that out loud, but on the outside I remained calm and then I sighed and put on a emotionless expression.

(Y/n): "Well guys and gals...I regret nothing." I said as I slowly walked out of the window and fell out.

I heard them scream my name loudly as I did a superhero landing I ran all the way to an airship to get to Vale.

(Y/n): "Sorry y'all I know your going to be angry but I freaked out and honestly don't want to explain myself, but still though pretty sure they have an even team of twos now, let's see I'm sure Blake and Sun will go together, hehe BlackSun that would totally be a good ship name for them bit I don't know I kind of like Blake I think? most likely Weiss will go with Neptune unfortunately not that I have anything against Neptune but honestly he seems like a wuss if it comes to combat, and Yang and Ruby will go together for sure, those two sisters are two peas in a pot, pfft id be laughing if Neptune ends up going with Yang ha! He could never keep up with my Firecraker!" I said laughing and talking to myself.

??: "Its considered strange to talk to yourself like that out loud you know."  A feminine voice said tapping my shoulder.

(Y/n): "Yeah? Well it's part of my genes and it's scientific proven to make you smarter!" I said as I turned around to be met with yellowish amber eyes, it was that transfer student from Haven.

(Y/n): "Your that upperclassmen from Haven." I said turning to her as I also see her with her friends from before.

Cinder: "My name is Cinder, Cinder Falls, these are my teammates, Emerald and Murcury." She said pointing at them with her thumb.

(Y/n): "Nice to officially met you all." I said smiling.

Cinder: "Heading to Vale?" She asked me giving a smile that honestly reminded me of a villain.

(Y/n): "Um yeah..Yes just for a stroll." I said not trying to give away my true intentions.

Cinder: "Would you mind if we tagged along, we have to get to know Vale more." She asked.

(Y/n): "Um...uh.." was all i could said as my conscience was at war with its self.

Bad conscience: "No! She'll get in the way of our mission! Remember the mission!!"

Good conscience: "Say yes, there's no harm in showing them a few places and you can still continue your mission."

Bad conscience: "Dont listen to that goodie two shoes fuckface! Your on an important mission here! Remember your doing it for that nice kitty bellabooty!"

Good conscience: "Dont listen to him, besides she (Cinder) is very good looking and you can make her part of the harem."

Bad conscience: "Dont you dare do it look into her eyes, she has Evil written all over her."

(Y/n) *Thoughts*: "Shut up both of you! Stop trying to make me into a crazy protagonist who has voices in his head!" I yelled to myself in my head.

(Y/n): "Um sure Cinder why not I'd be happy to help." I said giving a smile.

Bad conscience: "YOU FUCKING IDIOT! YOU DOOMED US ALL!!"

Good conscience: "Yes! Goodness always prevails!!!"

(Y/n): "Shut up!" I yelled out loud as everyone in the airship stared at me.

(Y/n): "I'mma use this only once, Author move this along please." I begged.

(TIMESKIP BECAUSE YOU ASKED NICELY.)

I decided to show them some restaurants and shopping places, there was a lot of people out today which wasn't a bad thing after all, as much as I wanted to be nice and help Cinder and her friends around, there was honestly still a part of me telling me something was up with these three, they gave off a villainous vibe, it honestly made me uncomfortable.

Cinder: "Emerald, Murcury can you two be dears and go on ahead, id like to talk with (y/n) a little." She said as they gave her a "are you sure?" Expression, they both looked at me, smirked and walked away.

Emerald: "See yeah." Emerald said as she and Murcury walked away.

(Y/n): "They seem kind of protective of you." I told her as she chuckled.

Cinder: "Their very loyal friends, but anyway (y/n), I pretty straightforward but I get the sense you don't trust me very much, have i done something to offend you?" She said giving me a look of sadness.

(Y/n): "Oh no! I-im so sorry, I don't mean to make you feel untrustworthy or bad, it's just you know I don't know you or your friends well enough but I'm sure I can have a change of mind." I said as apologetic as I could be.

Cinder: "So..you don't hate me?" She said giving puppy eyes of sadness so cute it could melt your heart.

(Y/n): "O-o-of course not! I'm sure once we can get to know each other we can be good friends!" I said blushing but being nice, but suddenly she grabbed my shirt collar and kissed me on the lips and even used some tongue, it caught me so by surprise I couldn't even move, my legs felt like they turned to jelly.

Cinder: "Close friends." She corrected as she let go of me while I was still dumbstruck.

Cinder: "Well we'll be good on our own from here thank you for being a great tour guide." She said giving me a sweet smile and a wink while walking away with a sway in her hips.

Bad/Good conscience: "Damn! That was so Hot."

(Y/n): "Please shut up." I said blushing, I turned to see a Taxi almost passing by as I called for it.

(Y/n): "Hey Taxi!" I said as it stopped.

Taxi Driver: "Hope in! It's 2.50 a ride." She said as I jumped in.

(Honestly I don't know who or what anime she's from but she's just your cab driver or at least that's how she looks.)

(Y/n): "Okay take me to....This highway please." I said as I showed her. my scroll and she put in on the guide thingy.

We were driving for 10 minutes and I was already starting to get bored so I played with the window, stook my hand out and made it do the dolphin wave thing, then I decided to start talking to my driver instead.

(Y/n): "Its kind of lonesome back here do you mind?" I said as I transitioned my self to the front seat as she was kind of getting in the way of her driving.

Taxi Driver: "Um I have to keep my hands on the wheel so we don't crash dude." She said as I finally got up in the passenger seat.

Taxi Driver: "Tracy." She said using one hand to handshake me.

(Y/n): "(Y/n), (Y/n) Valkyrie, Huntsmen extraordinaire, at your service." I said shaking her hand and giving her a toothy smile.

Tracy: "Your a Huntsmen? You look kind of young to be a Huntsmen." She said giving a confused but still looking at the road expression.

(Y/n): "In all honesty, I'm still training at Beacon but I'm still called that mostly by myself, but you know one day right." I said smiling.

Tracy: "Your lucky, I wanted to be a Huntress but unfortunately I didn't make the cut." She said sounding annoyed and disappointed.

(Y/n): "What you didn't make it in or?"

Tracy: "I could have, but unfortunately I was "Too extreme" like seriously being a Huntsmen and Huntresse is extreme! Your fighting for your life and others how is that not extreme!!?!!" She said sounding so disappointed and frustrated.

Tracy: "Like seriously I wanted a life of adventure, thrill, and danger but noooo! "Your too extreme!" Like what the fuck is that!? Sorry for cussing by the way." She said.

(Y/n): "How old are you?" I asked her as she gave me a "Are you serious?" Face.

(Y/n): "I know it's rude to ask a girl or women that but seriously." I said as she sighed.

Tracy: "18." She said looking disappointed.

(Y/n): "Was it Beacon you got kicked out of?" I asked her.

Tracy: "No it was Atlas." She said obviously sounding irritated just saying Atlas.

(Y/n): "Tracy, Im starting to think there's a reason why im in this cab today." I said to her sounding happy.

Tracy: "Yeah you called for me remember?" She said.

(Y/n): "No, my greenish yellow haired friend, wanting to make a goal or dream come true is a beautiful and powerful thing, when you train and actually get closer and closer to it, the whole world feels like it's at the palm of your hands, now you have hold on to that dream of your and never let it go, take it from someone who's trained all his young handsome life to become the Huntsmen extraordinaire he's going to be." I said proudly.

Tracy: "Are you offering something or was that just a motivational thing? Also why are you going to a highway?" She asked as we were closing in at my destination.

(Y/n): "Honestly Both, however I don't like to make promises I can't keep so, I say this, I'll try the hardest I can to get you into Beacon, even if I have to owe stuff." I said giving her an "I'm serious" face, she looked kind of taken aback from that and stopped the car  then gave me a surprise hug, she then grabbed my scroll and and started texting stuff on there.

Tracy: "My number is on there, if you can get me any position in Beacon that's not a janitor, I'll dedicate my remaining life to you and I can also give you discounted rides." She said grabbing my collar and having sparkles in her eyes.

(Y/n): "Cool beans!" I said as she let go.

Tracy: "Oh! We're here by the way, that's going to be $23.50." She said as I took out 30.00 and gave it to her.

(Y/n): "To answer your question earlier in here to "Talk" to a "Friend". I said getting out and closing the door.

Tracy: "In the highway?" She asked.

(Y/n): "What better place is there!? And keep the change!" I said as I walked the other side and sat on the ledge of the highway.

Tracy: "Your crazy but thanks Huntsmen extraordinaire, um yeah see yea." She said as she drove off.

(5 minutes of waiting and listening to music on your scroll later!)

(Y/n): "🎶I Heard that you talking shit and didn't think I would hear it, People hear you talking like that getting everybody fired up.🎶"  I sang walking back and forth on the ledge, tell I saw the limousine I was waiting for.

(Y/n): "Alright, just like I pictured it." I said as I jumped of the ledge and crash into the limousine by breaking the roof window, as I looked up I saw multiple men and women in black suits with red ties pointing all kinds of weapons at me from swords and switchblades to hand guns and tommy guns.

(Y/n): "I'm lookin for ElCapone." I said holding my hands up.

??: "Who's askin?" The guy with the only blue dress shirt and hat covering his eyes said who was sitting at the opposite end of me smoking a cigarette.

(That is how ElCapone looks like)

(Y/n): "The Redhead Valkyrie." I said smirking.

ElCapone: "Nooo, it couldn't be, Valkyrie that you?" He said smirking.

(Y/n): "Other than my sister what other Valkyrie is there?" I said as he got up and carefully walked up and sat next to me.

Elcapone: "Holy shits it is you! How are ya you little shit, alright y'all put your guns down, he's a friend." He said giving me a hug as his goons pit their weapons away.

Elcapone Erics, an infamous discreet mob boss, he's known as a one man mob, and takes his business with trading weapons, ammo, and dust like it's life, bet your wondering how I meet him, well that was when i was only 13, one day an enemy mob had professional kidnappers abduct him, needless to say they over powered him with sneak attacks, however other than being an illegal business man and mob boss, he was also a great escape artist, he managed to slip away from his captors with handcuffs still on, but one thing that did follow him was Grimm, seven beowolves had him cornered and that would have been the end of him, but life works in mysterious ways, A young inhumanly strong boy (Me) was strolling about hunting for food, when he noticed the cuffed man and the beowolves, without a single thought the boy jumped into the fray and smashed them all with his mighty hammer, Point Break, on that day, a bond between A mob boss and a young Huntsmen to be was made that would last year's to come and so they have.

(Y/n): "Been pretty awesome these days, how bout you, you fuckin old geezer." I said patting his back.

Elcapone: "Been good, just took care of this piece of shit who owed me business, little shit thought he could escape me here in Vale luckly I got eyes and ears in lots of places." He said puffing his cigarette.

(Y/n): "Good cuz that's why I'm here, I need some info on stuff." I said as I gave him a 2,000 lien card.

Elcapone: "You know how to do business kid, I like that, so what's on your mind?" He asked as one of his goons lit him another cigarette.

(Y/n): "I'm investigating these robberies and inconsistencies going around here in Vale, and all of it is dust related, so you hear anything?" I asked him as he blew smoke out and got closer to me to tell me something.

Elcapone: "Well, I don't know nothin about no dust robberies, but word on the streets is, this guy with a bowl hat named Torch something, is using those white fang peoples to collect weapons , a lot of em, and let me tell you they've got some high tech stuff, I'm talking big! I don't knows what they doing but I'll tell you another thing, something BIG is going to go down, good thing I called out my peoples out of Vale, this city is nice and all but if a man who has an alliance with the white fang and is getting weapons and dust is because he's preparing for war, so that's why we movin to Vacuo." He said sitting back and relaxing, I think for a minute and then gain my confidence again.

(Y/n): "That's all i needed to know, thanks for your time and mind dropping me off at a place?" I asked him.

Elcapone: "Yeah what's family for right, hey driver take us to this place!" He said passing the driver my scroll, while I sat there thinking.

Elcapone: "Tell me somthin? Why you investigating this?" He asked as I simply sighed.

(Y/n): "War is coming for me and my friends I think." I said looking serious as he puffed his cigarette.

Elcapone: "Hope it's worth it kid, Wars are no joke man, once you go in one, you either come out dead or messed up." He said seriously.

Suddenly the limo stopped, when we all saw a truck being lifted in front of us, I sudden stood up and looked outside from the broken roof window, and there I saw them, Ruby on the sidewalk and Penny lifting the truck asking the driver if he was okay.

(Y/n): "I'm good here Geezer, those girls were my friends." I told him as I jumped out of the limo and was about to follow Ruby and Penny down the ally.

Elcapone: "Hold it kid here!" He said as he threw me my scroll and something else a lien card that had 50,000,000 lien in it, I looked at him with disbelief.

Elcapone: "If your going to war, be sure to be resourceful and prepared kid." He said as he made his driver drive reverse to get out of there quickly, I ran down the ally way where Ruby and Penny were, and there they we're talking as I came up to them slowing down to hear what they were saying.

Penny: "Your my friend right? Promise your my friend?" She asked Ruby.

Ruby: "I promise." She said.

Penny: "Ruby...I'm not a real girl." Penny said showing her hands to her which was showing metal under her skin.

Ruby: "Oh." Was all ruby said out of shock.

(Y/n): "Oh shit! Is more like it." I said as they turned around and looked at me shocked.

(Y/n): "Hi.." I said.

Ruby/Penny: "(Y/N)!?!?!" They both said super surprised.
