Chapter 3b: The Elves and the Shoemaker (Part 2)

ONE WEEK LATER...

Luigi & Pomni were now rich, just before Christmas... but they wanted to find out who's been making the Shoes, that has saved their Shoe Shop.

Pomni: This week, we made £3,000!!!

Luigi: All thanks to us, selling every single Shoes that whoever made them!

Pomni: This has been the best Week of my life... it's gonna be a good Christmas, this Year!

Luigi: We have been blessed with so much good fortune... but we still don't know who made them Shoes!

Pomni: Why don't we find out, who made them?

Luigi: Good idea.

Pomni: What shall we do?

Luigi: We get a Security Camera, and we record who is making them!

Pomni: We can't... because we don't have one, and all the Shops are closed.

*WINDOW SMASH*

SMG3: QUICK... GRAB THE MONEY!!!

Annabelle: LET'S GET OUT OF HERE!!!

Pomni: And, there's a Crime Spree out there.

...

Luigi: Okay... we order one, from Amazon!

Pomni: It would take Days to get here.

Luigi: Well, I left the Leather on the Work-Shelf... so how about we hide behind the Curtains and wait?

Pomni: Genius!

*WINDOW SMASH*

SMG3: YEAH... SCREW THESE SHOPS!!!

Annabelle: I LOVE MONEY!!!

Luigi: We live in a dangerous Town, at Night.

Later... Luigi put sheets of Leather on to the Shelf, and they hid behind the Curtains.

Luigi: Okie-dokie... now we wait.

Pomni: So, when is our Wedding?

Luigi: Well, there's no confirmed Date yet.

Pomni: OMG, I can't wait to marry you.

Luigi: Me too.

Pomni: Let's play a Game.

Luigi: Okay... name 3 things that happened, this Week?

Pomni: Um... that Homeless Man got the Key to the City... Three French Hens choked on Baguettes... and England Women won the Women's Rugby World Cup.

Pomni: England Men to win 2026 World Cup, next Summer?

Later... the Clock struck Midnight.

Luigi: Uh-oh... it's Midnight! Cinderella has lost her Glass Slipper!

*DOOR OPENS*

Pomni: *gasp* The Door opened!

Luigi: I don't believe it!

Little Elves appeared.

Gino: Time to make Shoes!

Amy: Okay!

Gino & Amy started to make the Shoes.

Luigi: *whispers* OMG, I do not believe my Eyes!

Pomni: *whispers* So, they were the ones who have been making the Shoes!

Luigi: *whispers* Just look at them!

Pomni: *whispers* They even sew the Shoes, neatly!

Later... Gino & Amy finished making the Shoes.

Gino: All done.

Amy: Bye-Bye.

*DOOR CLOSES*

And, they left.

Luigi: You did see that, right?

Pomni: I sure did.

Luigi: Good... because I felt I've been smoking Crack, and I've been seeing things!

Pomni: Luigi, do you know what this means?!

Luigi: We should hire them!

Pomni looked out of the Window.

Pomni: Actually, we should make them Gifts!

Luigi: Gifts?

Pomni: Have you seen the Snow, outside?! They must be so cold, out there! Those poor little Elves, must be freezing!

Luigi: We should make them Gifts... so we can thank them, that they saved this Shop?

Pomni: Yes!

Luigi: I may be the Main Character of this Fairy-Tale... but you're a Genius.

Pomni: I'm gonna knit some Woolly Clothes.

Luigi: I shall make them, little Boots for themselves!

THE NEXT DAY...

Luigi made little Boots, and Pomni knitted some Woolly Clothes for the Elves.

And, that Night... Luigi & Pomni hid behind the Curtains again.

Luigi: Now, we wait.

Pomni: I can't wait to see their little Faces, when they see the Gifts.

*DOOR OPENS*

Gino & Amy appeared.

Gino: Okay, let's--

Amy: Presents!

They spotted the Presents.

Gino: *GASP* MERRY CHRISTMAS TO US!!!

They opened the Presents.

Amy: Woolly Clothes!

Gino: OMG, they know we're here!

Amy: Thank you!

Gino: The kind Shoemaker gave us Presents... we shall never return!

Luigi: WHAT?!?!?!

Gino: RUN!!!

Amy: Bye-Bye!

*DOOR CLOSES*

Gino & Emily left, with the Present.

Pomni: My Heart has melted.

Luigi: Wait... they're never coming back.

Pomni: Doesn't look like it.

Luigi: *sigh* I wanted them to stay!

The Elves never returned... but Luigi & Pomni never forgot them.

Pomni: I made little Elf Hats.

Luigi: These should be a reminder for us, never to forget those helpful Elves.

Pomni: Let's hang them on the Christmas Tree.

They hung the Elf Hats, on to the Christmas Tree.

Luigi: Well, it's so close to Christmas... Our Shop has been saved, and everything is back to normal.

Pomni: Bruh... it's still September.

Luigi: ...

Pomni: This Fairy-Tale is set during Christmas.

Luigi: It's been a good Week, though.

[SPEAKER]: 🎶 Rocking around the Christmas Tree! 🎶

SMG3: These people are obviously at Home!

Annabelle: If we would've robbed that House... there would be Booby-Traps!

Luigi: I heard there's a Cardboard cut-out Family, living across the Street.

Pomni: Could you imagine if one of them was Home Alone?
