What up guys? Ok so I have become overcome with the feels because I was watching fairy tail all over again and I just watched the episode where Loki was about to dissappear and I just couldnt function. asdfghkl

Well here is the chapter! I DO NOT OWN NARUTO! But I wish I did.. (Masashi plox)

"Well, how about you guys introduce yourselves?" Our new sensei asked.

"How?" Sakura asks.

"Things you like. Things you hate. Hobbies, dreams for the future. That kind of stuff." He replies to the stupid question.

"How about you introduce yourself first! You seem kind of suspicious.." Naruto muttered.

"Me? I am Kakashi Hatake. My likes and dislikes.. are none of your buisness. Dreams for the future..? Never really thought of them. As for hobbies.. well I have lots of hobbies." Kakashi finished boredly.

He only told us his name, what an ass.

"All he really told us was his name." Sakura muttered, to which Naruto nodded his head in agreement.

Sasuke and I just sat there.

"You, in the orange." Kakashi said pointing to Naruto.

"My name is Naruto Uzumaki! My likes include eating ramen! And my hobbies include eating different types of ramen and comparing them! But I hate the three minutes that you have to wait after pouring the water in the ramen cup! And my dream is.. To become the greatest Hokage! So everyone will stop disrespecting me, and look up to me!" Naruto exclaims happily.

I smile softly at him, before turning back to a stoic expression. Not that anyone would notice it, I have a mask on.

"You, with the pink hair." Kakashi says.

"My likes are.. well the person I like is..." Sakura starts to squeal. "My hobbies include..." She squeals even louder this time. "And my dreams for the future are..." Sakura exclaims, basically screaming.

"So basically your likes are Sasugay, your hobbies are stalking him, and your dreams are to have sex with him?"

She glares at me, and Sasuke shivers, but then realizes that I called him gay (A/N I don't have a problem with people bein gay! I support it 100%!) and glares at me too.

"Be quiet girl." Kakashi says.

I narrow my eyes slightly at him as he asks Sasuke about himself.

"My name is Sasuke Uchiha. I hate just about everything, and like almost nothing. What I have is not a dream, because I will make it a reality. I will restore my clan.. and kill a certain someone." Sasuke finished evilly.

"Don't bust a nut." I snorted.

Kakashi looks to me and signals me to tell everyone about myslef.

"My name is Kaji Tora. I like blood, killing, and training. I hate everything, except Naruto. My hobbies are none of your buisness. My dreams for the future? I don't dream." I finish.

They all look at me strangely, except Naruto. He already knows.

"Ok well you all are different! Thats great!" He says, faking excitement. "Well tommorow meet at training grounds 7, at 5 AM, for a survival exercise."

"Wait I thought we were supposed to go on real missions! We already did that stuff at the academy!" Sakura complains.

"This isn't like your previous training." Kakashi says.

"So what kind of training is it then?" Naruto asks.

Kakashi starts chuckling to himself, how creepy.

"Hey, thats a normal question. Whats so funny?" Sakura asks.

"Well, if I tell you the answer, you aren't gonna like it." Kakashi says, still chuckling.

"Huh?" Naruto says.

"Of the 27 graduates that came here, only 10 will be accepted as genin. The other 17 will be weeded out and sent back to the academy. In other words, this is a make it or break it pass-fail test, and the chance that you'll fail is at least 66%." Kakashi says with shadows over his face.

Everyone but me pales, Naruto goes on a rampage, Sakura starts complaining, and Sasuke gets an irk mark on his head.

I laugh.

"Didn't I tell you that you wouldn't like it?" Kakashi asks, shifting his bored glance to me.

"Huh?! Thats crazy! We worked hard to get here, believe it! What was that graduation test for anyway?!" Naruto yells at Kakashi.

"Oh that? That was just to pick candidates that might become genin. Or not." Kakashi states, still bored.

"WHAT?" Naruto yells.

"That's how it is. I decide if you pass or fail. Be at the designated training spot at 5 AM. And don't be late." Kakashi pauses, "Oh, and don't eat breakfast."

He glances down at us as if we were scum, "Unless you wanna puke."

"Hey Kaji! Wanna come get ramen with me?!" Naruto asks excitedly.

"Yeah sure, but can it be around 6 PM? I have a few.. things.. I need to do." I finish with a bright smile through my mask that I am sure he could see.

"Alright! I'll meet you at Ichirakus at 6 PM! Believe it!" Naruto yells out with a wide smile crossing his features.

I chuckle and continue to read my book on the stairs, aware of my senseis curious glance.

"Can I help you?" I ask him for the second time today, taking note of where I stopped in my book and looking up at him.

"Yes, actually, you can." He says, "You are pretty suspicious.. Whats your story?" He asks, oblivious to my glare.

"Why don't you go read it in the library.. I'm sure that is something you are fond of doing.. Copy Cat Ninja." I finish with another glare.

He comes at me, aiming to trap me in a headlock, but I see through his movements easily.

"I know almost everything about you, Kakashi. Your team, your sensei.. I can read you like an open Make-Out Paradise." I say, almost mocking him.

He gets angrier, and comes at me faster.

"I've read about your speed, never realized how impressive it is! Show me what you can do, Copy Cat Ninja!" I yell at him enthusiastically. I'd like to see what he's able to do for myself, though I doubt I'd be able to keep this up against him any longer.

He gets angrier, and I say "I read that you were always calm and collected! What happened to that, huh, Kakashi?" I ask, smiling widely to anger him further.

But then I remember.

I am trying to fight my sensei. Not a good idea.

I take out several kunai and jump above him, throwing my kunai with such precision I pin all of his clothes to the top of the building.

"It was fun finding out your techniques, Copy Cat ninja .. Now I know what to do during the test, and it's purpose.." I trail off, as I teleport back to my apartment.

(Timeskip)

I woke up from another nightmare at around 9:10. I knew Kakashi was going to be late, so I didn't bother setting an alarm.

I did my usual morning routine, and sealed about 30 of my apples into a scroll. I munched on one as I made my way to Training Grounds 7, getting there at around 9:30.

"YOU'RE LATE!" NAruto and Sakura shout at me.

"I was helping an old lady cross the street." I say as I throw away my apple core. I dig into my pouch and get 4 apples out, tossing them to each member of my team. If they wanted more they could ask.

"Eat. There is no way you will be able to perform your best on an empty stomach. You guys can't follow Kakashis orders like mindless drones. Think for yourself and how you can better the team." I lecture.

I sense Kakashi coming, so I throw away my second apple core, and my team members throw away their apples before they even eat them.

"YOU'RE LATE!" Naruto and Sakura shout at him.

(le timeskip woohoo)

"Here we go. This timer is set for noon. Your assignment is very simple," Kakashi says as he dangles three bells infront of us, "You just have to take these bells form me."

So Minato has rubbed off on him, eh?

"If you can't get them by noon, you go without lunch, you'll be tied to those posts and you will watch as I eat my lunch in front of you." Kakashi finishes.

'You are all so lucky that I have done my research.' I think.

"Wait a minutes! There are four of us! How come there are only 3 bells?" Sakura asks.

Kakashi sends her a closed eye smile and says "Well that way one of you will be tied to a post and ultimately disqualified for failing to complete the mission. That one goes back to the academy. But then again, all four of you could end up tied to a post. You can use any weapons, including shuriken,"

'Obviously.. they are a weapon. You sound like Sakura..' I think to myself.

"If you aren't prepared to kill me, you won't be able to take the bells."

"Those weapons are too dangerous sensei!" Sakura exclaims.

Naruto starts to laugh, "Hah! Especially since you couldn't dodge that eraser!" He says.

"Class clowns are usually the weakest links, you can safely ignore them. Lowest scores, losers." Kakashi says smugly.

Naruto gets really mad, and gets a kunai out of his pouch. He runs towards Kakashi and tries to attack him, but Kakashi gets behind him and hold the kunai to Naruto's head. All in the blink of an eye.

The other genin look impressed, I just stand there twidling my thumbs.

"You shouldn't let your enemy get behind you Naruto, and don't be in such a hurry. I didn't say start yet. However, you did come at me with the intention to destroy... So how do I put this? I'm beginning to like you guys." Kakashi states.

"Get ready. Go!" Kakashi says.

I run to a huge tree and walk right up it to the top. There isn't any point in trying. I know if I ask to help them they will all say no because 'they need to do it themselves'.

I can't hear them too well, but I see that Naruto stayed out in the open, starting a hand to hand combat battle with Kakashi. However, since our sensei is a Jonin, Naruto ended up getting thrown into the river by a stupid two-finger butt-pushing thing.

I was pretty impressed how Naruto came up with a shadow clone stradegy, but Kakashi isn't a stupid person. Basically, Kakashi used the substitution jutsu and Naruto beat himself up. Then, Kakashi purposefully dropped a bell and Naruto fell right into that trap, getting himself hung by his foot. Sasuke being the 'genius' he is didn't know that Kakashi hadn't let his gaurd down, and attacked like an idiot. I heard Sakura scream somewhere, and I don't know what the rest of the fight with Sasuke and Kakashi looked like. I threw a kunai at the rope trap that Naruto fell into. Twice.

I felt Kakashi's real body make its way up the tree towards the branch I'm sitting on and watch me as I read Make-Out Paradise.

"Yes? I am trying to read here." I deadpan.

"Aren't you going to attack me?" He asks, obviously curious as to what my answer would be.

"No. There isn't any point of attacking you by myself. Although, If I tried hard enough I could possibly beat you, this exercise is about teamwork. No matter how much I would ask them, Sakura would babble on about it not being a good idea just because Sasuke thinks that he is so above us and can't team up with us, and Naruto would say that he has to do it alone to become the Hokage. Which is stupid because the first thing a genin should get accustomed to is teamwork. Albeit, each ninja much have individual skills, one thing that is a must have is teamwork. You would know that first hand." I say, noticing him tense up at the last sentence.

"Huh, you are much smarter than you let everyone see." He states.

"Well if I showed them, wouldn't that give them an advantage over me? If they didnt know, they would underestimate me, performing low-rank jutsus. I could kill them with one blow if they were to do that." I state, eyes still not having left my book.

"You know, Minato would be proud of you. I know it." I say confidently, flipping the page.

'So would Rin...' I think to myself.

He is obviously proud of me, and he poofs away just as the alarm rings. I poof away also to the posts, where I see a tied up Naruto and Sasuke and Sakura with bento boxes, one on the ground waiting for me to eat it.

"Sakura! You were so distracted by Sasuke that you neglected to help Naruto who was right infront of you! Naruto! You did everything on your own! And Sasuke! You thought you were so above the rest of your comrades that you failed to help them! Oh and you!" Kakashi fake glares at me, "You didn't even fight me! Laziness!" He says as he shakes a finger at me.

I just laugh at him. The others look at me weirdly. Whats new?

"No lunch for Naruto! If you feed him, you will fail. You will all get one more chance after lunch, and if you fail to get the bells then all of you will be sent back to the academy." Kakashi says as he poofs away, watching us from behind a tree.

I immediately start to feed Naruto, but get yelled at from Sakura.

"Kaji! Kakashi told us that we can't feed Naruto!" She screamed obnoxiously.

"When will you learn Sakura? It isn't about what Kakashi says! It's called teamwork, ever heard of it? If we want to get the bell, we can't have a dead weight on our team! When will you get a mind of your own, instead of following Kakashi's every beck and call? Plus, Naruto is my friend. You think I'd let him starve just because of some silly rule that an old geezer made? Hell no!"

I remember the book. "Yes, it is true, those who do not follow the rules are scum, however, those who would abandon their comrades," I pause, making sure its loud enough so Kakashi can hear me, "Are even worse than scum!" I tell her.

Sakura looks astonished, Naruto starts thanking me over his tears, and Sasuke looks at me with curiosity.

'Woah, did I really just say that? I guess my brother did teach me well.. It is getting pretty hard to hate theses guys now. I guess... I could consider them comrades..' I say inside my head.

I give them all a tiny smile through my mask and finish feeding naruto. I stop when I see thunder clouds rolling in, and Kakashi poofs right infront of us.

"You disobeyed my orders! Are you ready for punishment?" Kakashi asks, trying to intimidate us.

"Hey! The four of us are one!" Sakura shouts. I mentally compliment her.

"Yeah! Believe it!" Naruto yells, squirming in his restraints.

"I do believe we are comrades as of today." I say softly.

Sasuke just nods along with us.

"Well then!" Kakashi says, thunder and lightning flashing acorss the dark and dreary sky.

"You pass!" He adds with a closed eye smile. Or a wink. I don't know.

Naruto starts cheering, and Sasuke walks away with a fangirl on his tail. I cut Naruto's restraints off as he tries to catch up to Sakura and ask if she wants to go get ramen with him. I laugh softly as he gets bopped on the head by her.

I walk over to the K.I.A stone and sit down infront of it, cross-legged, and put my hand under my chin.

I sigh as Kakashi appears next te me, also sitting down, remembering his old teammates and sensei.

I breath in deeply as I tell him, "Although we weren't as fortunate to go through life without losses, we still have oportunities to fill the void in our lonely hearts with the love of others. My brother taught me that. Although I have yet to experience romantic love, maybe you have, I don't know. However, consider yourself lucky that you have friends that can heal your heart. Some people... Some people don't even have that luxury." I finish quietly as I teleport back to my house.

A small smile finds it's way onto my face as I think about today.

'My dreams for the future? To protect the ones I love. And thanks to you guys... I might just be able to fufill that dream...' I think, as I plop down onto my bed.
