Chapter 27

08:57, 13 January 2015

*Demi's POV*

"We gotta hurry! This baby's coming out!" I screamed.

We were still in the car and this was not the place I wanted to deliver my baby. Wilmer drove super fast already, but went even faster now. We really couldn't care about the speed limit now, I had to get to the hospital.

I texted Dallas and she was already in the hospital, since she lived closer to it than we did. She told the doctor I was coming and had a room arranged for me.

We got there and Wilmer jumped out of the car. He came to my side and opened the door. Emma brought a wheelchair, since I really couldn't walk anymore, and we went in with my parents.

"Hello Demi!" the doctor said, real calm, when we got to the right room, "how are you doing?"

"Are you kidding me? Hurry up! This baby is ready to come out!" I screamed. I felt kinda bad for screaming, but I couldn't help it.

"Hormones" I heard mom whisper, with a smile on her face. I smiled back at her.

"Babe, calm down. It's gonna be okay" Wilmer said. I took a deep breath and nodded.

"Okay, let's get the baby out" the doctor said, "who do you want in the room?"

"Everyone that's here" I said.

"Push Demi! Push!" the doctor said, once everything was settled. I was holding Wilmer's hand and squeezed it in pain.

"You can do it, baby!" My mom said, who was squeezing my dad's hand, in nervousness.Dallas was standing with Emma, comforting her and telling her it was alright. She freaked out as soon as I started screaming. I looked at her and saw her starting to walk to the door.

"Where're you going, tiger?" Dallas whispered.

"I can't stay here. I'm sorry" Emma answered. I could see tears starting to form in her eyes. I was kinda scared. What was happening? Did I do something wrong?

"Why?" Dallas asked.

"Look at her! She's in so much pain" Emma whispered to Dallas, thinking I didn't hear her.

"I know, sweetie. But that's normal" Dallas said.

"I know, but I can't stay here and just watch her being in pain and not help her. I can't do that" She said.

"Then why don't you go next to her and help her calm down a little. I'm sure she'll love that" Dallas said. Emma walked over to me and took my hand, squeezing it.

"The head's almost out! push!" The doctor yelled. I screamed in pain, and Emma's grip on my hand became harder.

"You can do it, mama. Just a little more" She whispered. She looked so cute when she was scared. She actually had a tear rolling down her cheek.

After a few more minutes of pushing and screaming, my beautiful baby girl was out. I was holding her, while the doctor did something to get the other baby out. It wasn't so hard, since that one was premature and really small. I felt kinda sad when I saw my dead baby boy being taken away, but at least I still had a baby.

"Look at our beautiful creation" Wilmer said.

"You did good, Demi" My mom said.

"Another girl" Dad said, "guess we're more of a girl family"

"Hey, I have a boy, too" Dallas said.

"Yeah, but we have more girls in the family, than boys" Mom said.Emma just stood next to me, totally oblivious to the world around her. She was looking at the baby with so much love. She had a huge smile on her face.

"Wanna hold her?" I asked. She shook her head, eagerly, and I handed her the baby.

"Hey! What about us?" Dallas fake pouted, "don't we get to hold her?"

"I'm sorry, but did you see her face? I couldn't resist" I said.

"I know, it's adorable" Dallas said, looking at Emma, who was already talking to the baby.

"She's so tiny" Emma said, handing her to Wilmer. Mom's phone rang and she answered. It was Maddie.

"Hey sweetie, it's a girl!" Mom told her. I could hear her scream through the phone, she was so excited.

"Don't scream so loud! You'll wake up the kids" Mom said.We all laughed. Dallas called Rob and told him. He was also really excited. I loved my family!

"What's her name?" Dad asked. I looked at Wilmer and smiled. We had a really hard time choosing names. We had a name for a boy and a name for a girl, since we didn't know what it was gonna be.

"Victoria Grace. Victoria Grace Valderrama" I said.

"A beautiful name for a beautiful girl" Dad said. I smiled at him.

My life is so good.
