Chapter 33 - (2.0K Words)
23:01, 8 June 2016"You look very lovely this morning," Jimin said, sauntering forward, away from the bottom of the stairs. His eyes trailed up and down your figure, and you instinctively crossed your arms over your chest.
"Jimin, I'm not in the mood okay?" You said, defensively tightening your arms around yourself. "Can you just leave me alone?"
"I have a better idea, how about I help you?" Jimin innocently asked, coming to a stop in front of you. "I can make you feel so much better.""Shut up and leave me alone," you rolled your eyes and turned away from him. You walked towards the kitchen, still rubbing some of the tears from your eyes.
"That's not very nice," Jimin said, grabbing your wrist and pulling you towards him. "I was offering to help you out, you don't need to be so rude about it."
Like hell you were! You only want to help yourself.
"Jimin, go away," you spat, violently trying to pull away from him. He held tightly onto you, which made your struggles worthless.
"Make me," Jimin said, nuzzling his head into your neck. You felt him nip gently at your collarbone, and you quickly gasped. Jimin chuckled against the bare skin of your collar, and you shook underneath his warm breath.
"Get off of me!" You violently shook your head, trying to get Jimin off your shoulder. Jimin groaned and removed his head from your shoulder.
"You know you want me, (Y/N)," Jimin's arms snaked around your waist. Once his arms were resting comfortably on your waist, his hands trailed down farther on your back. You jumped as you felt his hands come to rest on the back of your shorts.
"Jimin!" You immediately swatted his hands away from you. Jimin groaned and moved his hands higher up your back, resting just above the bottom hem of your shirt.
"You're so damn uptight," Jimin said, stepping forward and pushing you backwards. "You need to loosen up a little bit. I can help you with that if you'd let me."
"I'm just fine, thank you," you icily replied, trying to push yourself away from him. Jimin just held onto you tighter as he kept pushing you backwards. Your back hit the wall of the room, and you gasped in surprise.
"I thought you needed cheering up?" Jimin asked, chuckling darkly at your surprised expression. "Don't you remember say that?"
That's not what I said!
"Jimin, let me go!" You struggled and tried to push him off of you, but he only smirked and looked down at you with dark eyes.
"I'm thinking we should pick up where we left off yesterday," Jimin said, hastily pressing himself up against you. "I don't think I can wait much longer."
Jimin leaned forward, and you quickly turned your head to the side before he could kiss you. His lips hungrily planted themselves on your jawline, and you heard him groan in annoyance.
"I'm not going to be playing games today, (Y/N)," Jimin growled, keeping his voice low. "You're either going to willingly enjoy this with me, or I'm going to force you to enjoy this."
You shook your head as his lips gently trailed down your neck, leaving soft butterfly kisses. You gritted your teeth, and set your jaw. You held yourself strong, refusing to let him know that he was turning you on.
"Jimin!"
Jimin violently ripped his head away from your neck, angered that you had been interrupted a second time. You looked up, and saw that Namjoon was standing angrily before the both of you with his arms crossed over his chest. You could see the dark anger in his eyes as he looked at Jimin. His eyes darted up to you, and you could feel your heart stop. You shrank back against the wall, and tried to hide yourself from his fiery gaze.
"Get the fuck away from her."
Jimin instantly let go of you. His arms left your waist, and he held them up in the air. Without taking his eyes off of Namjoon, he slowly backed away from you until he thought that he was a safe enough distance away. You watched the intense scene unfold between the two men, amazed, but also afraid.
"I don't want to see you around her for the rest of the day," Namjoon barked, pushing himself forward and towering over Jimin, who looked scared out of his mind. "If I ever see you touching her, talking to her, looking at her, or if you're anywhere near her ever again, there will be consequences."
Jimin nodded slowly, and you saw a bead of sweat trickle down his forehead. He cleared his throat, and gave Namjoon a weak smile.
"But Joonie hyung, I remember you telling me that--"
"Forget whatever the hell I said, that was before her!" Namjoon angrily threw his arm at you, and you shrunk away from his enraged gesture. "You know damn well that doesn't apply here!"
You felt your eyes start to water out of fear. This was a new level of anger that you were experiencing from Namjoon. This was nothing like when he was talking to Yoongi in his office--this was worse, and it scared you.
"Please Joonie hyung, it was only--"
"It was what, a mistake?!" Namjoon asked, angrily pushing Jimin. "It seems like you clearly knew what you were doing slobbering all over her neck!"
I can't just stand here and do nothing.
"Namjoon, stop!" You forced yourself between the two men. Tears were running down your cheeks as you selflessly shielded Jimin from Namjoon.
"What the hell are you doing?!" Namjoon asked, shocked that you were protecting Jimin. "Don't you see what he's trying to do to you?!"
"Please stop, you're scaring me!" You tried your best to shield Jimin as Namjoon tried to look for an opening to get around you. He sighed angrily, and without waiting for you to move, pushed past you.
"Joonie you wouldn't--"
Namjoon slammed Jimin against the wall, which caused you to jump. Jimin grabbed onto the back of his neck, and gave a sigh of pain. You stumbled away from the boys until your back hit another wall. Namjoon looked back at you, and then focused back on Jimin.
"I don't want to see you for the rest of the day," Namjoon hissed through his gritted teeth. "Do I make myself clear?"
Jimin carefully nodded, and Namjoon pushed himself off of him. Namjoon backed away from the wall, and Jimin sidled away from him. The two silently stared at each other for a moment before Namjoon's eyes flitted to you.
"I don't care where you go or what you do," Namjoon said, focusing back on Jimin. "But if I find you anywhere near either me or her, there will be trouble."
Jimin quickly nodded, and then left the room. You were about to peer around the corner to see where he decided to go, but you felt a hand grip your shoulder. You turned around, and Namjoon was standing behind you, his eyes still dark from talking to Jimin.
"Y-yes, N-Namjoon?" You stuttered, feeling the heat rush to your face.
"Come with me."
Without waiting for you to respond, his hand moved from your shoulder to your hand. He gripped your hand tightly, practically pulling you down the hallway with him. He was walking so fast that it was hard for you to keep up without tripping over your own two feet.
He quickly turned and pulled you down a long, unfamiliar hallway. For a brief second, he turned his head over his shoulder, and you caught a glimpse of the expression on his face. You weren't sure if he was angry or upset, but you could tell one thing.
He wants to make sure nobody can find us. But why?
You turned a couple of more corners before Namjoon finally began to slow down. As you looked around at the surrounding hallway, you saw that this wing of the house was darker, and the walls were a light brown. You looked around at the doors lining the hallway, and saw that most of the rooms inside were dark. It looked like nobody used this part of the house unless they absolutely had to.
Namjoon pulled on your hand, and you looked forward to see what he was trying to do. Without letting go of your hand, he opened one of the doors to one of the rooms that lined the hallway. He quickly pulled you inside, and shut the door behind you.
As soon as you were both inside, he let go of your hand. You drifted away from him into the darkness of the room. Your hip connected with something hard, and you could feel a sharp pain pulse through your left side.
The lights flashed on, and you quickly closed your eyes. After a moment, you saw that you had hit your hip on the corner of a large desk. You moved your hands down to your hip, and carefully set yourself down on top of the desk.
"Are you okay?" Namjoon asked, leaning against the wall just inside the doorway.
"It's nothing, I just ran into the desk," you said, avoiding his gaze and gently caressing your hip.
"That's not what I meant," Namjoon sighed, shaking his head at you. "I meant are you okay after what Jimin tried to do this morning?"
"I'm as okay as I can be," you said, lowering your eyes to the ground. "I just hope he leaves me alone, that's all."
"Are you sure that's it?" Namjoon asked, moving forward and taking your chin in his hand. "I want you to be completely honest with me."
Just the right amount of trust.
"I just want him to leave me alone," you said, shaking your head at yourself, ready for the tears to start falling down your cheeks.
"Hey, don't cry," Namjoon said, gently wiping the tears away from your eyes. "He's going to leave you alone, or he's going to get in a lot of trouble. I'll make sure of it."
"Thank you," you whispered, lightly pushing Namjoon's hand away from your eyes and wiping up your own tears. "Why are you doing this for me?"
"What do you mean, why am I doing this for you?" Namjoon asked, confusion lacing his voice. "Why wouldn't I do this for you?"
"You kidnapped me from a plane about a week ago, maybe?" You said, throwing your hands into the air. "I'm just a prisoner to you. Why are you going out of your way to take care of me?"
"You're very valuable, and it's very imperative that we take care of you," Namjoon said, clearly picking his words carefully. "I'm not going to let Jimin soil your purity for his own selfish reasons."
Because that would hurt my value, wouldn't it?
"And whether you believe it or not, I actually care what happens to you," Namjoon said, moving away from you and standing by the door again. "I value you. I care about you. I'm not completely heartless, Princess."
"I'm sure you care about me," you rolled your eyes at him, not wanting to believe him. "I'm sure you care about Jiyong the same way, too."
You saw his jaw harden as he gripped the doorknob in his fist. He looked like he was about to explode, but he was doing the best he could to control himself.
"He's here for a different reason," Namjoon stated calmly, facing the door. "You know that."
"He's here because you wanted him here after I sold him out," you said blatantly. "You don't care about him, and you don't care about me. I'm not dumb, Namjoon."
Namjoon ripped the door open, and you whipped your head up to look at him. He was fuming, his eyes dark and body rigid. You felt your heart rate start to increase, and you regretted saying anything. You quickly shook your head, and stood up.
"Namjoon, I'm sorry! I didn't mean--"
"Like hell!" Namjoon spat, storming out of the room.
"At least I care enough about you to stay awake during a kiss!"
