"Summoning jutsu!" Kakashi yelled as a small puppy appeared.

"As for the rest, Pakkun will track down Sasuke by scent!" Kakashi said.

"This puppy is kinda cute!" Akiko said. Pakkun walked over.

"Hey you two! Don't you go calling me a cute-" Pakkun stopped. He narrowed his eyes at Akiko who smiled.

"Let's go." The 3 went over to where Naruto and Shikamaru was.

"Release- chotto matte..." Akiko said. She knew Shikamaru was too smart to lose to some kind of genjutsu.

"Oi Shikamaru, wake up!" Akiko whispered at him. A kunai came over as she pulled Shikamaru away. His face was now red. Pakkun came over and bit him.

"Ow!" He yelled.

"You were able to release Genjutsu! How dare you be lazy at a infiltration!" Akiko scolded him. A sound nin charged at Naruto as Guy sensei punched him through the wall.

"Phew.."

"Then now, I will explain the new mission. Track down Sasuke and stop him." Kakashi said.

"W-wait, what's happening!?" Naruto asked.

"Not now Naruto, we'll tell you on the way." Akiko said and bit her thumb, drawing a line on her palm.

"Wait...you know how to..?" Kakashi said.

"No time! Right now, we need one big enough to hold us all..." She said. Akiko held Shikamaru who held Pakkun. Sakura held on to Naruto. Akiko held onto Sakura and jumped out of the hole in the wall.

"Uwaaa! Akiko!" Sakura yelled.

"Summoning Jutsu!" Akiko yelled as Kikyo, the large crow appeared.

"Pakkun, please direct us." Akiko said as small dog directed the bird as they turned. The wind roared louder in Akiko's ear as her hair blew.

"I get it! So that's what happened!" Naruto said as Sakura explained.

"So, why am I pulled into this?! This is such a drag!" Shikamaru complained.

"It's cuz you have intellectual skill." Akiko said to Shikamaru who smirked.

"But you have also do. And better than me." Shikamaru said as Akiko sighed. Pakkun sniffed.

"Turn left!" He said.

"There's one more, nine people are following us." Pakkun said.

"What?" Naruto said.

"Are you kidding me!? Give me a break!" Shikamaru complained. Pakkun sniffed once more.

"Lets go down." He said. Kikyo then disappeared in a puff of smoke as the 5 of us walked. The Pakkun stopped.

"Come on! What is it now!?" Naruto said as Pakkun sniffed.

"Go back on your footsteps, it'll look like we just disappeared. Though I think we already threw them off by getting off the bird." Pakkun said and began walking backwards and jumping onto a tree branch behind them. The others did so too. Then they took off.

"They're coming. This is not good."

"Dang it. We'll be wiped out if this continue!" Shikamaru said.

"That means.....bait." Akiko said.

"That's right. Even we need to delay them. Even if one of us................

dies." Shikamaru said.

"So who's going to do it?"

"Fine....I'll-" Naruto said.

"I guess I'll do it." Shikamaru said.

"W-what!? Why you!?" Akiko said, looking at Shikamaru.

"It's better then being wiped out....right? And I have a possibilty of surviving." Shikamaru jumoed backward.

"My shadow possession jutsu is specifcally made for delaying. You guys.....go on without me." He said.

"Well, I'll catch up later."

"Shikamaru....... We're counting on you!" Akiko yelled and turned back, following Pakkun.

"This is...........Sasuke!" Pakkun said. At last the 4 was nearing him.

"This chakra..." Akiko said

"this feeling.....is not human." Pakkun said as Naruto and Sakura's eyes widened.

"Huh?" both of them said.

"Sasuke....."

Gaara tried to land an attack on Sasuke as Naruto kicked him out of the way.

"Sasuke!" Akiko yelled and went over to him.

"Y-you.....guys...!" Sasuke said. His curse mark was spreading. Sasuke screamed in pain.

"Sakura. Take care of Sasuke, I'll join the fight." Akiko said and jumped towards where Naruto was and stood next to him.

"You......" Gaara said.

"I see......you're the ones I have failed to kill."

"Run!" But it was too late. Gaara charged for Sasuke as everyone was too slow to atack, but not Akiko. She swiftly ran to where Sasuke was. White chakra bubbled a bit out of her as she took Sasuke and jumped to another branch. Gaara clutched his head in pain. He slammed Sakura away as she was right next tio him.

"Sakura-Chan!" Akiko and Naruto yelled. Gaara clutched his head.

Don't hurt Akiko...........for so, you will pay...! The voice inside of him chanted and set out a low growl.

"Why..!" Gaara yelled. Memories flooded into Gaara's mind as he clutched his head even harder.

"Shukaku!" Akiko yelled.

"What's the matter..? Weren't you going to run away?" Gaara asked. He looked at Sasuke and Naruto.

"What are those 2.....to you 2..."" Gaara asked Akiko and Naruto.

"These two....are my friends." The two responded. Gaara squeezed harder as Sakura yelled.

"Come on.....aren't you going to fight me?" He said angrily. His body now becoming Shukaku.

"I will kill you all!" Akiko stayed silent.

"Sand Shuriken!" Akiko grabbed Naruto as the shurikens deflected from Akiko like there was some kind of invisible barrier.

Can I...really win against someone like this...? Naruto thought.

"Now then, Fight me!" Gaara said.

"Show me your strength!" Naruto fought Gaara. Naruto started releasing a large amount of chakra.

"I will absolutely ...Protect everyone! Kage Bunshin no Jutsu!" Multiple Naruto's appeared. More than 50 probably. Akiko smirked as the others eyes widened. She stood by Sasuke, laying him by a near by tree branch.

"W-what's up with this large amount of clones..?!" Gaara said, panicing.

"T-this is amazing!" Pakkun said and looked at Akiko.

"That's right. He is my father's container after all." She said.

"You are pretty good." Said the frog Naruto summoned.

"All right! Everyone! Here I go! Jump!" Naruto yelled as all of them shot a shuriken as Gaara deflected it with his arm. All of the Naruto clones then punched Gaara who yelled.

"There is no way.....I'LL LOSE TO A GUY LIKE HIM!" Gaara yelled and turned bigger.

"Shukaku's true form, controlled by Gaara..." Akiko said.

"This is...the monster inside that guy..." Naruto said.

"That's right. And Naruto, if you want to fight that, it would be a good time to summon Chief toad Gamabunta." Akiko said to Naruto. Sasuke stared at the 2, wide eyes. He knew Akiko was strong, hiding her abilities but for Naruto? The knucklehead? It was unbelievable!

"Right! Summoning Jutsu!" Naruto yelled as Akiko helped Sasuke who was having trouble. The chief toad Gamabunta appeared.

"It's amazing that he can utilize a summoning jutsu in that state." Pakkun said. Akiko smirked.

"You know, I could do that too." She said and sat down Sasuke who looked at her, once again, wide eyed.

"Summoning Jutsu!" She yelled as a huge dragon appeared.

"Your name."

"Inferno, princess."

"Ok lets go." Akiko said and climbed up to Infero's head and they took off above the air to where Naruto was.

"Naruto! Gamabunta-san!" Akiko yelled.

"Uzumaki....Naruto...Akiko....." Gaara chuckled evily.

"You continue to give me such pleasure..." Gaara said.

"What, not you two again." Gamabunta said at Naruto and Akiko and looked at Gaara. (Gaara takes form of Shukaku but still has control of the power.)

Gaara shook his tail.

"That must be.... The Shukaku of the Sand." Gamabunta said.

"Chief Toad! Come join me in this fight!" Naruto said. The toad puffed out a smoke. (Dang, I noticed that rhymed.) 

"What!?" Naruto and Akiko yelled. 

"Why would I go out of my way and fight a guy like that? That's idiotic!" 

"WHAT!? You told me the other day that you would make me your henchman! It's only natural for a chief to help out his henchman! What about you Akiko?!" Naruto asked.

"Naruto, fire and sand isn't a good match." She said and shook her head.

"It's true that I made you my henchman. . . but we haven't even exchanges cups of sake to seal our friendship yet!"

"Gimme a break! I'm still underage! I can't drink!" The orange toad that Naruto summoned jumped on his head.

"Just do as he says, Pops." The small toad said.

"Why are you here, Gamakichi?" Gamabunta asked.

"I had a lot of time on my hands so..... I came to visit.." 

"Huh? Huh!? You're father and son!?" Naruto said, confused.

"Then that guy over there tried to bully me!" Gamakichi said and pointed at Gaara.

"What was that?!" 

"Then the girl rescued me! She and this guy clashed the guy! Their pretty interesting!" Gamakichi said. 

"I see... Kid... I recognize you as my henchman... and i'll show you my respect!" Gamabunta said and pulled out a knife. 

Gamabunta charged at Gaara,  slicing off his hand. The knife landed on the floor.

"Interesting......Naruto Uzumaki!" Gaara yelled. Gaara's body appeared on the forehead of Shukaku.

"I'll show you true power!" Gaara said.

"The lines under his eyes. Those are symptoms of Insomnia which indicate that the medium is also possessed by the Shukaku of the Sand. Those who possess Shukaku are unable to sleep soundly in the night. Because of terror. If one sleeps, Shukaku will eat away their personailty till one is not him or her. And become mentally unstable. However.....when that medium sleep..."

"Playing Possum jutsu!" Gaara said as he fell asleep.

"He's done it!" 

"W-what's going to happen, chief!?" Naruto said.

"My dad..." Akiko said.

"Your dad..?" 

"If one sets the playing Possum jutsu, then Shukaku will appear..."

"YAHOOOO!" Shukaku yelled.

"I'm finally able to emerge!"

"That's Shukaku?" Naruto said in disbeleif. 

"he's pretty funky..."

"Akiko-Chan!" Shukaku yelled. Akiko crossed her arms and pouted.

"C-come on! I didn't mean to! Besides, the boy did it! Not me!" Shukaku said. The four (Sasuke, Two toads, and Naruto.) stared at Akiko. 

"You promised me!" She said and turned away, sitting on Inferno's head. 

FLASH BACK TIME :D

So basically, when Akiko was about one or two months old in her little chakra things, she was able to speak perfectly and was always in the place where all the tailed beasts gathered. And you know, they talked and one time, Shukaku promised that he wouldn't hurt anyone and leave his container, Gaara alone and yet here we are. Shukaku has broken a promise and trying to slither his way out. 

FLASHBACK END

She continued to pout. And so finally, Shukaku gave up and said sorry and went back to his conatiner, leaving Gaara on the floor, the toads wide eyes, a confused Naruto, and finally a sleeping Sakura and shocked Sasuke. (I'm too lazy cuz I sat my butt off on this chair.)

And you know, Gaara, Akiko, and Naruto somewhat started a new friendship. Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaay
