LEILANI-

I stood back up and regained my composure. I missed Cassie so much, we've been through it all. I've known her since kindergarten and we've been friends since then, more like sisters really. She knows all my secrets, the embarrassing ones, the depressing ones, and of course the 'tell anyone and I'll kill you' ones. And I know all of hers, she's truly my angel.

I almost forgot there were other people in the room.

"Hey Rene!" I pulled her into a hug

"Hey Lei!" she smiled "you look gorgeous as usual!"

"Ahh! you too babe! How you been?"

"Good, great now that you're here," she hugged me again

"So I guess your just gonna ignore me huh Leilani?"

"Of course not!" I rolled my eyes "wassup Jacent?" I playfully punched his arm

"I see you're still abusive," he chuckled

He pulled me into a hug, lifting me off the ground.

"Put me down fool!" I laughed

"Damn you got heavy!"

"I did not!" I gasped

"I'm kidding Lei."

"So guys this is Aubrey, my boyfriend."

"Nah, really?" Cassie said sarcastically

One of her many traits.

"Aubs this is Cassie, Rene, and Jacent."

"It's nice to meet you, Aubrey!" Rene smiled

"Yea nice to meet all of you guys too," he smiled

Jacent gave him a less than amused expression.

"I'm gonna go get my stuff," he walked out

"But really, you dating some dude named Aubrey?" Jacent laughed

"Shut up Jac!" Rene flicked him

"You two are cute" she smiled

"shit, we were cute too.." Jacent said lowly

"We're going to a beach party tomorrow though," Cassie interrupted

"You and Aubrey are going, you have no choice."

"Wouldn't miss out on that for anything."

"Great we should probably get going," she opened up my door

"Can we talk real quick?" Jacent asked as Cassie and Rene walked out

"Not right now," I shook my head

"Why? It's been so long," he grabbed my hands

"I know, but I have a boyfriend Jacent," I slowly pulled my hands away

"Right. I get it, well I'll see you around. Text me or something, I missed you," he kissed my cheek and followed behind the girls

Things between us are the definition of complicated. He's the first guy I've ever loved, and honestly our relationship was perfect. No cheating, no heartbreaks, no major drama. I guess our feelings stemmed from the close friendship we used to have, he always gave me the best advice when it came to guys and relationships. Until one day I realized, that's he's the guy I was searching for. Weeks before I moved to Toronto we broke it off, so our feelings wouldn't get any deeper but seeing him again defiantly sparked those raw emotions back up.

"So who was that guy?" Aubrey walked into my room with a bag from Taco Bell

"He's my ex," I sighed as I flopped down on my bed

"I take it you guys are still friends, why didn't you tell me?"

"We're really not, that's why I didn't tell you. Sorry," I grabbed the bag out if his hands and pulled out a taco

"Nah you good, we already know who you belong to," he smirked at me

DRAKE-

"Anything you wanna do tonight?" Leilani asked as she played with my fingers

"Not really, I'm still pretty tired," I yawned

"Boo! Lets get in the hot tub?"

"Actually that sounds like a good idea," I got up

"Mk, meet me outside."

I walked down to my room and pulled out the luggage I knew my swim trunks were in.

I took off my sweatpants and slipped the bathing suit on. Walking over to the connected bathroom, I grabbed myself a towel.

I walked down the stairs and made my way outside, Leilani was already there testing the water.

She looked sexy as hell in her red strapless bikini, it's going to be hard to be on my best behavior with her wearing that.

"Everything good?" I stepped into the tub

"Yup! I'm just turning off the timer."

She finally got in.

"Oh shit, so guess what?"

"What?" She moved closer to me

"I got my shit sent off to Jay-Z."

"Oh my gosh! Really baby?!"

"Yea hopefully I'll get a reply soon."

"I hope so too!" She smiled

The sun was setting as Lei was rambling on and on about Miami. But I'm glad to she her smiling again, it's been awhile since she's been truly happy.

"Aubrey are you listening?"

"Yea of course babe."

"You liar," she got up and straddled me

"Nah I'm not," I wrapped my arms around her waist

"You're a terrible liar," she smirked

True. I started kissing up and down her neck as she messed with my curls.

She started kissing on my sweet spot, where my neck connected to the collar.

"Someone's excited," she laughed as she started unbuttoning my swim trunks

"You with all them curves and me with no breaks.." I grabbed her ass

She placed her perfect lips on mine. I started sucking on her bottom lip, gently tugging at it she softly moaned.

"CAN YOU TWO PLEASE STOP?!" her mom yelled out the window to us

"Oh god, she's so embarrassing," Leilani sighed as she got off of me

"Can I ask you something?" I got out of the hot tub

"You just did babe."

"Shut up," I smacked my lips

"I kid, what's up?"

"Did you uh... let Marco hit?"

"No, I'm a virgin," she said lowly

That's nothing to be ashamed of, but honestly I don't feel like I deserve to take her virginity.

"Good."

"I guess, here," she tossed me a towel

We walked back into her house, the cool air immediately hit my skin which sent chills down my back.

"I want you two sleeping in your own beds ok?" Leilani's mom approached us

"I'm not trying to be a grandma anytime soon," she glared at Leilani

"Mom you're being ridiculous," she rolled her eyes and walked upstairs

"Aubrey do you understand?"

"Uh yes ma'am," I trailed behind Leilani

"I'm gonna go take a shower so goodnight babe," I pecked her lips

"Good night," she smiled

"Oh, my friends invited us to a beach party tomorrow."

"Sounds fun, is ole dude gonna be there?"

"Jacent?" I nodded my head

"Yea probably, don't worry about him Aubrey."

I'll be fine, just as long as he stays in his lane~
