LEILANI-

All three of us ended up getting suspended for 3 days and a 500 dollars fee on top of that.

"You know how I feel about fighting.." my dad sat down next to me

"Yes daddy.." I sighed

"So did you beat her ass cause I know your mom didn't raise no punk."

"I guess you could say that," I chuckled

"But she pulled out a lot of my hair."

"How about I take you to get it done tomorrow, plus you can get rid of this ridiculous hair color."

"Dad it's not ridiculous! But that sounds like a plan," I smiled

"Good, I'm going to head back to work, you can have Marco over if you want."

"Dad, I'm not dating him anymore," I sighed

"And he moved to Los Angeles"

"Oh ok, well I'll be home around 8."

"Ok," he kissed my forehead and headed out

I pulled my phone out of my pocket so I could call Aubrey and there was a missed text from Cameron.

CAM: damnnn, nice fight! Didn't know you were about that life

I deleted the message and blocked his number.

I put the phone up to my ear and waited for Aubrey to answer.

"Hey bae, yo turn the music down!" he answered the phone

"Hey, what are you doing?"

"I'm at the studio, you should come thru."

"No I don't want to bother you guys."

"Nah forreal Lei, it's just me and 40. Come onnnn," he whined

"Ok Aubrey," I chuckled

"What's the address?"

"I'll text it to you, see you in a little babygirl."

"Ok, bye."

I put on my big jacket, slipped on my black timbs, and grabbed my keys off of my dresser.

I got to the studio about ten minutes later,

"Hi uh, what room is Aubrey in?" I asked the receptionist

"We don't have anyone renting out a studio by that name," he looked through the papers

"Oh! I meant to say Drake sorry!"

"Oh ok, he's in studio 5 towards the back," he pointed

"Thank you," I smiled as I walked off

DRAKE-

I opened the studio door to see a tired Leilani.

"What happened to your face?" I pulled her into a hug

"What's that suppose to mean Aubrey?!" she kicked my shin

"Damn Bruh!" 40 laughed

"Leilani, this is Noah. My producer," I said through gritted teeth

That kick actually hurt.

"Nice to meet you," he stood up and shook her hand

"Nice to meet you too," she smiled

"I'm gonna leave you two love birds alone," he chuckled shutting the door behind him

"I didn't mean it like that Leilani," I smacked my lips

"But why are there scratch marks? And it looks like your getting a black eye."

"I got in a fight today," she sighed as she sat down on the couch

"With who?"

"Guess," she said sarcastically

"Jade, huh?"

"Mhm, I'm suspended until Thursday."

"Damn, did you win?"

"You know it," she winked at me

"That's my girl, you wanna hear this song I'm working on?"

"yes!"

I got up and started the track.

'I hope they never find out

The beat floated off at the end.

"You like it?"

"I love it! Your voice sounds so good" she grabbed my hand

"Glad you like it babe, it's no where close to being done though."

"Well I can't wait to hear the finished version," she smiled

"Oh wait! I need to ask you something."

"Wassup?"

"Do you want to go to Miami with me next week? I have an extra ticket since my dad isn't going. Please say yes Aubrey!"

"Hell yea I'll go! Is that even a question?"

"Yesss! Oh my god I'm so excited now" she started messing with my curls

"Shit me too, I've never been to Miami"

**6 days later**

"Welcome to the lovely state of Florida, hope you had a great flight and I look forward to you all flying with us again" I pilot said over the intercom

"Welcome to my city," Leilani smirked

We got up and stood in line as everyone got off of the plane, that had to have been the longest flight I've ever been on. Thank god we're finally here.

"Aubrey, can you get my bag up there," Leilani pointed to the upper cargo holder

I pulled it out and handed it to her.

We emptied out of the plane and made our way to baggage claim.

"Hey guys!" her mom waved us over

"Hey mom!" Leilani gave her a hug

"Hello Aubrey! How are you?"

"I'm good and you?" I gave her a quick hug

"Even better now that you two are here. But you might want to pull off that jacket, it's 80 degrees outside," she chuckled

"Oh I'm going to, I'll be right back I need to get our luggage," I looked down at Lei

She seemed happier than ever.

"Ok" she smiled

I got all of our luggage after about 5 minutes. She packed way too much shit.

"I should probably help you," she chuckled grabbing her bags

We tossed our bags in her moms trunk, I slammed it and got into the backseat with Leilani.

Her mom drove off and I was in awe. This place was amazing. Everyone on the streets seemed so happy and at peace unlike Toronto. The cold weather makes us bitter.

"You like what you see Aubrey?" Leilani tugged on my shirt

"Yea, this place is so beautiful!" we passed by a beach

"I know right, I can't wait to show you around," she held my hand

Her mom pulled into the driveway of what I assumed is their house.

Leilani hopped out and I followed in suit.

"You guys can leave your luggage in the trunk," we followed behind her

"Lei, I have a surprise for you up in your room," her mom smirked

"What is it?" she asked

"Just go see!" she shooed us off

I followed her up to her room, she opened the door and-

"WELCOME BACK LEILANI!" a group of people shouted

"AHH! Cassie!" she tackled some girl to the ground

"I missed you so much!" she sniffled as they stood up

I noticed some guy staring directly at Leilani's ass as she pulled herself together.
