Chapter 8

Echo POV

"Well we have about 4 minutes left, why don't we all talk about our weekend plans? Robbie I assume you have non?" Sikowitz said making me chuckle when Robbie asked what would make him say that before admitting it.

"Rex!" Sikowitz called.

"I'm gonna party with some Northridge girls." Rex answers.

"Northridge girls? That should be an adventure." Sikowitz says.

"Hey guess what Jade and Echo are doing tonight!" Cat says happily making me smile at her.

"There's this new place in los feliz, it's called Karaoke Dokie and they have singing competitions on weekends. So Jade and Echo are going to do a song while I go support them!" Cat says happily.

"I'm picking the song." Jade says causing Cat to repeat it.

"Can Rex and I come sing too?" Robbie asked.

"I guess. But I don't think that'll be a good idea." I say laying my head on Beck's shoulder.

"I told you, I got the Northridge girls." Rex says.

"They can come watch." Robbie says.

"Naw, man. Then they're gonna want us to buy them food and beverages." Rex answers making me chuckle.

"They're from Northridge, I don't wanna spend money on them." Rex says and I lean closer to Beck.

"How much are we betting they steal his wallet?" I whisper making him chuckle.

"Oh you know it's already gone." He whispers back making me giggle.

"Aw, I wish I could go to Karaoke Dokie." Tori whined.

"Why can't you?" Erik asked.

"Who cares why she can't?" Jade says rudely making me bite my lip in amusement.

"I was just wondering why she-" He's cut off by Jade.

"What, you need Tori around to have a good time? Is that your point?" Jade says.

"Dude." Erik says not understanding why she was acting like this over a question.

"What?!" Jade yelled.

"Jade! You're lucky to have Erik. Don't be such a gank." I bite my lip holding back my laughter by hiding on Beck's neck who too was holding his laughter at Sikowitz insult.

"So why can't you come?" I ask turning to look at Tori.

"Aw, Trina's getting her dumb wisdom teeth out today and guess who has to spend the entire weekend taking care of her?" Tori says.

"Ok, um, is it someone famous?" I blink, sometimes she worries me.

"No. Me." Tori answers.

"Why can't your parents take care of her?" Andre asked.

"Cause they're gonna be in Santa Barbara." Tori answers.

"For what?" I ask.

"So they don't have to take care of Trina." I chuckle at that answer.

"You can't blame them." Beck says.

"Sucks to be you." Jade says.

"Gank." Tori says making me laugh.

"I'm gonna get a soda." Jade says before getting up.

"Bring me one?" Andre asks.

"No." Jade says and I chuckle.

"I'll get you one, it's coke right?" I ask and he nods as I get up taking his glass with me.

"You know you don't always have to be so mean." I say as I step next to Jade who rolled her eyes while I got Andre a refill.

"And you don't always have to be so nice." Jade says.

"I am nice but I'm also mean when I have to." I say as she snorts and we make our way back and I feel my blood boil at the sight in front of me and probably Jade's as well as we make our way back to our table.

"They have girlfriends." I hear Cat say as we stop right behind the brunette who's flirting with my boyfriend.

"I don't see them." I tilt my head raising a brow.

"Turn around." Jade says with her drink in hand as the brunette turned around and suddenly I felt bad for her for thinking she actually had a chance against me.

"Now you see them." I say giving her a sarcastic smile.

"I don't see much." I chuckle walking to her placing Andre's drink down and pulling the girl forcefully to her feet. Yeah I may be short and look fragile but my parents thought both me and my brother how to fight since we could stand up and this bitch was just begging for it.

"Ok!" I hear Andre say as my brother pulled me away from being so close to the girl.

"Let. Me. Go." I warn him.

"Hey did you know that Karaoke comes to us from the Japanese?" Andre asks.

"Yeah, how great is Japan huh?" Beck says going to me and taking my brothers place so that he could go to Jade.

"You don't touch me after you let that bitch touch your hair." I say mad.

"Hey." A blond chick says gaining the bitch attention.

"Check out dude's jacket." The blond says looking at Andre's school jacket.

"Oh, Hollywood Arts. The school for wannabes." I feel Beck's hands tighten their grip on me.

"You know you might wannabe shutting your face there." Jade threaten.

"Really?" And the bitch still dares to get closer to Jade who looked like she wanted to pour her drink on the bitch! 

"Really." Jade says back with a smile that told me she wanted to do the exact same thing I did.

"Hey. Look at the menu, buffalo nuggets. Well that's good news.. not for the Buffalo." Andre says making me raise a brow at him but Beck's grip didn't seas on me.

"So Hollywood arts, are you girls gonna sing tonight?" The bitch asked and I manage to escape Beck's grip.

"Well we didn't come for the Buffalo Nuggets." I say sarcastically.

"But we are gonna get some right?" Beck asks and I roll my eyes.

"We don't care. And yeah, we are singing tonight." Jade says.

"Awesome." Says the blond and the two were really annoying me.

"So are we." The bitch says.

"I like Japan. Except my brother got stabbed there. It was an accident, he's better now. Are buffalo nuggets spicy?" Cat says causing me to shake my head and take a seat with a sip of Beck's drink to try and calm down while bouncing my leg up and down wanting to mop the floor with the bitch.

"You need to calm down." Andre says and I just felt my anger rising.

"Don't fucking tell me to calm down when all I want is to use their heads as my knife throwing target." I say glaring at him before Beck turn me to face him and kissed me full on the lips forcefully and as much as I tried pulling away -which wasn't really trying- he continued to kiss me until I kissed back now calm.

"There.. are you a bit calmer?" He asked looking into my eyes.

"Whatever." I say taking another sip of his drink.
