The Letter

« Lexis POV »I was quite the whole ride to are apartments. When we got here, I unlocked the door and ran into my room. I flopped myself on to my bed and grabbed my phone. I turned it on and unlocked the lock screen. "Lexi...um...c-cann I come in?" Jenn asked me."Sure..." I whispered.Jenn opened the door and sat on the Corner of my bed I sat up and sat next to her. Jenn started to hug me while I started to cry on her shoulder. I grabbed the letter from.........m-myD-dad. I slowly open it because I don't want to mess up the letter inside. I slowly opened the letter and start to read while Jenn put her arm around me. "Dear Lexi,I Just want to say...I love you. I'm so proud of my princess graduating. I know you are going to move out and live your life...and the reason whey I wrote this really early because I would be crying tears of joy and I may be silent the whole time thinking about you...all the memories and the day you were born..time went by so fast...I love you and forever...and remember beautiful be you and do the things you love to do...don't let nobody tell you what to do and I know you'll find that lucky guy to love you...and remember mistakes are always made don't feel bad about it....NOW GO LIVE LIFE!!! Love,Your Dad"Oh My...I started to cry and put the letter aside me and started to hug Jenn. I picked up the letter and felt something else in it. I checked and it was a photo when I was maybe 15 with my dad. Behind the photo was five hundred dollars. Oh no...I wAs so Surprised I jumped off my bed and start to scream and then Jenn joined.

I was so happy...my dads letter cheered me up so much. I wiped my tears off. "So Lexi sorry to ask but are you going to the party?" Jenn asked me. "Are you going?" I asked her. "YEASS" Jenn said. "Ok I'm feeling a little bit better...and your going I'm going. I don't want to be here alone.." I said "ok well Ima change, hurry ok..." she said. "Ok" I said.

Jenn left my room to go to her room to change. I closed my door and then went to my closet. I wore my 2 pieces palm tree bikini. Then put on my black shorts and a white crochet tank top. I grabbed my sandals from under by bed. I grabbed my beach bag and stuffed it with things I need : Sunscreen, a towel, extra clothes, and my wallet and phone with my headphone.I went to the living room and waited. Jenn was finally done. We got in the car and road to the beach. Just realizing that Jc is gonna be there...I was a little to harass to him. I hope he forgives me...
