Part 9

Of course, we were late. Not just late, the last couple they were waiting for. Everyone looked at us and laughed. I felt a little embarrassed, but Perth didn't care. He took our bags from the trunk, locked the car, and leaned close to me.

"Tata," he whispered. I looked at him, and he kissed me on the lips. I kissed him back, not caring that the entire GMMTV company was watching.

"They drove together? Are they living together? Are they real boyfriends? I'm so happy for them. Are they outing themselves? What is GMMTV going to say? They're so brave. Are they getting married?" I heard the coworkers whisper in the distance.

My heart skipped a beat, and my body tensed with nerves. But Perth didn't give a fuck. He grabbed my hand and led me toward the bus. Some of the boys had already boarded; only the GMMTV managing director was still waiting for us.

"Perth, Santa,"  P'Tha said strictly, looking at us seriously.

Perth protectively stepped closer to me, ready to defend us if necessary.

"Your seats are at the back of the bus, next to the last row," the director said, glancing at the paper in his hand.

We looked at him, confused but relieved. Then he looked up and smiled.
