"So, you will all come back to the city on November 15 so we can prepare for Atiny day which is on November 17. You have exactly 8 days for break, anything else?", Manager Kim asked checking the boys as he stood by the door of the rest house.

"We'll just call you if anything happens hyung.", Hongjoong patted Manager Kim's shoulder, assuring the older that everything was in place.

"I trust you all, but promise me you won't do anything risky like before.", Manager Kim talked with his eyes, the members understanding what it meant and nodded in sync.

"Well then, I'll take my leave! Have a great break boys!", the members all waved and greeted goodbye to their manger, Hongjoong escorting him to the car.

After a few minutes, the boys went to their rooms...and of course y'all know who are roommates right? It was actually 8 AM in the morning, but the boys decided to get back to the rest house early so they could have more time there.

"Its too early in the morning, I should go back to sleep.", Seonghwa said as he plopped on the bed, scrolling through his phone and taking out his airpods.

"You're going back to sleep? I'll just be in the record studio then. I have to finalize the music I produced.", Hongjoong said as he took out his things and placed them on the table.

Seonghwa sighed and looked at Hongjoong with a blank expression, "DO you not know what break means? You're suppose to be resting."

Hongjoong looked back at Hwa and took a deep breath, "Okay fine, I'll rest but let me finish this first. The next days I will really use it for break."

"I'm giving you until tonight to finish that.", Seonghwa bluntly said, trying not to act annoyed and continued doing his own business. Hongjoong smiled and went immediately to the studio.

     Seonghwa put down his phone and went back to his bag to get the gift that he prepared for Hongjoong. He stared at it and as he did, his eyes sparkled and a sigh came out of his mouth.

"I'm sure he would really like this.", Seonghwa murmured to himself and continued to place the gift inside the night table on his side. He then laid down on the bed and started to play the music on his phone, drifting off to sleep again.

- 4 PM in the afternoon -

"Hey! We should all go and swim in the basement swimming pool tonight!", Wooyoung shouted as he ran to the living room.

"I'm not in the mood.", Yeosang groaned as he plopped on the chair. Wooyoung sat down beside him and pouted.

"Come on! We don't have a pool in the dorms! We should take this opportunity ya know.", Wooyoung whined and shook Yeosang's body.

"What time tonight though? After dinner?", Jongho asked as he glanced from the TV.

Wooyoung shrugged and tilted his head, "If the others are fine with it. Its boring to swim alone."

"We should hangout in the swimming pool later, I'm sure we can have the whole night for that.", Mingi said while shooting some chips in his mouth.

"How about Hongjoong hyung? Will he be able to join?", San asked as he wiggled closer to Seonghwa who was just staring at the TV, watching the other's play.

"Should I go ask him?", Seonghwa glanced at San with an expecting expression.

"Hyung hasn't been out of the studio since this morning, the only time he went out was lunch.", San replied, brushing his hair out of his forehead.

     Seonghwa then stood up, leaving the others as he went towards the studio room. He went to the door to hear Hongjoong talking to someone so he gently closed it and waited until the call ended.

"Was that one of the producers?", Seonghwa asked from behind, Hongjoong flinched and glared at Seonghwa.

"When did you get here? I didn't hear the door open.", Hongjoong crossed his arms and rested his strained body against the chair.

"I didn't want to disturb the call. You seem tense from producing, go rest a for a minute.", Seonghwa said as he walked to the couch, getting comfortable.

"You gave me the whole day to finish this and I'm almost done with it. I just need a few more revisions before I send it to them.", Hongjoong replied as he focused back on the screen of the laptop.

"The others are planning to hangout in the basement pool tonight, you should join us.", Seonghwa said as he watched Hongjoong work.

"I don't think- YAHH WHAT ARE YOU DOING?", Hongjoong shouted as his chair was pulled away from the table and was turned to face Seonghwa who was still seated on the couch.

"I don't take no for an answer.", Seonghwa said in his deep voice, his eyes piercing through Hongjoong, making the other feel so cornered.

"I said I'm almost done but I think it would take up until later night.", Hongjoong took a deep sigh and slouched.

"Mmm no, I'm not listening. I'll call the producers to say that you'll take a break from doing that.", Seonghwa threatened as he pointed at the piece that Hongjoong was working on. He then took out his phone and started dialing a number.

Hongjoong's eyes grew wide and tried to take the phone away from Seonghwa, "Wait! Don't call! They'll think I'm over working and they will scold me! Fine, I'll joined you later!"

"Good, now I'll let you do that until dinner. I'll be staying here since I have nothing to do outside.", Seonghwa gave a cheerful smile and pushed Hongjoong back to the table.

"Who said you can stay here while I'm working?", Hongjoong asked, not glancing and annoyed that Seonghwa decided to stay.

*silence*

"Yah! I'm ask-", Hongjoong stopped midsentence as he saw Seonghwa's eyes closed with his airpods in his ears.

Hongjoong gave a soft smile and put his attention back to the computer, "At least you won't disturb me."
