I saw Temari out the next day but she saw I wasn't with Shikamaru so she just ignored me. I felt like I needed to apologise for embarrassing her but she did try to touch him. So I was fine as she walked right pass me.

Shikamaru had gone on a mission with the rest of his team and wouldn't be back for a couple of days so I was bored by myself. Naruto was occupied. Sakura and Ino had to sort scrolls and I definitely didn't want to be stuck inside all day. Lee was training and everyone else was just busy.

"Hey." I looked up from picking at my nails. I didn't recognize the guy but I smiled politely as he looked down at me.

"I've never seen you around before." He said his violet eyes seeming uninterested. From the memories I could recall, his eyes told me he was a Hyuga.

"Ive been here a while actually. Almost a year. My name's Kira." He looked down at my hand before reaching forward and giving it a shake.

"Neji." I nodded at him and went back to picking my nails as he looked down at me. I was starting to feel a little uncomfortable.

"NEJI!" We both looked towards the voice and I saw a girl with two buns sat upon her head. I recognized the girl who was always with Lee.

"Oh you're Kira right? Lee's friend." I nodded smiling at the girl had joined.

"I heard from Lee you're with Shikamaru. Congratulations" I blushed and nodded how did he find out.

"Shikamaru, Shikamaru?! He's with someone? But he doesn't date anyone!" The violet eyed boy said shocked. I felt the possessive side of me enjoy the information and I had to wipe my face to hide my smile.

"Because of what happened with his parents. Poor guy." The smile instantly left. What about his parents? Tenten must've seen my wondering gaze and slapped Neji on the back.

"We really need to go." I was about to ask them what Neji was about to say but Tenten dragged him away.

"It was nice to meet you Kira. Bye!"

They left me sitting on the bench with one question running through my head. What about his parents?!

The day dragged slowly and I found myself worrying about Shikamaru. I had met his dad several times and his mother too. They seemed like normal people to me.

Different scenes we're playing out in my head and my thoughts were running wild. I groaned going home. I needed to clear my head. I sat on my bed and grabbed out a book but nothing was working as I was reading the page the words changed.

What about Shikamarus parents.

I sighed I just wanted to see Shikamaru.

I loved the feeling of waking up wrapped in his arms. I snuggled closer before waking up with shock.

"Shikamaru!" I looked up to see him frown in his sleep before his face softened and his snores started up. I quietly settled back in his arms breathing in his scent. I hugged him even closer feeling comfort as his arms wrapped around me. Nejis words popped in my head and I tightened my grip on him. He must've felt uncomfortable.

"Kira your gonna cut my blood circulation." His husky sleepy voice vibrated through his chest. He leaned down and kissed me. I sighed contently as his lips moved with mine. I pulled back smiling up at my boyfriend.

"You're back early." I said pointing out he still had a day left.

He nodded tracing his thumb along my jaw.

"We just had to go to a nearby village to deliver a message." I nodded reaching up and moving his hair away.

"Shikamaru? You're alright aren't you?" He looked down at me confused at my sudden question.

"Yeah, better than alright."

"Am I your first girlfriend?" He seemed shock by my question and I ignored the blush spreading across his face. I wasn't trying to embarrass him. He nodded looking into my eyes confused.

"Why?" He sighed and shrugged.

"You're the first person I've felt anything for." He said.

"Can I ask you a personal question?" He seemed to hesitate before he nodded.

"Do your parents hurt you?" He was so shocked that he let out a startled laugh. Probably not expecting my question.

"What?!" He sat up looking down at me.

"I'm serious do they hurt you? You can tell me Shikamaru, I will keep you safe. I promise."

He grabbed my face in between his hands and slowly said his next sentence seriously.

"Kira. My parents don't abuse me." I frowned what did Neji mean then.

"Why are you asking something like that?"

"Neji! He said that you never dated anyone because of your parents!"

He chuckled moving my hair away from my face.

"So you automatically thought I was being hurt?" I shrugged groaning I hid my face feeling like an idiot.

"I'm glad you're protective of me but I swear my parents would never. I mean you've met them they aren't the type."

I nodded.

"That's why I was going crazy!" He chuckled again and kissed my cheek.

"Neji was probably referring to the fact that my parents are divorced."

"Divorced?" He nodded.

"They live together because I guess they're just comfortable with each other i don't know.. They just fell out of love..... I can't believe everyone thought I didn't date because of them. I seem like some sort of loser." I tackled him so I was straddling him and noticed that irresistible blush again.

"Loser? Mmmmm I don't think you're a loser." I said rubbing against his neck placing a small kiss on the skin there. He grabbed my waist and I had to remind myself that he wasn't ready. I brought our lips in to a tender kiss and trailed them across his jaw. His beauty, many times, left me speechless and it was no different as I leaned back and stared down at my blushing boyfriend. I was glad I had come to this village. Time passed and I felt sleepy I cuddled into his side and he wrapped an arm around me.

"Goodnight." He hummed.

I woke up and everything was a bit fuzzy.

"So beautiful." I turned towards the voice and noticed it was Shikamaru. He was leaning over me placing small kisses on my shoulders. I trailed my finger along his collar bone and sighed feeling happy.

"Kira.." I looked up from his lips to see him looking at me through half lidded eyes.

"Kira I... " He didn't say anything just thrusted upwards and brought our bodies together. The gesture sent a wave of pleasure through me and another one was followed up as he repeated the action. The friction of our clothed regions was driving me crazy as moans escaped our mouths.

"Shikamaru!"

"Kira... I" he looked like he wanted to talk but instead roughly kissed me. The kiss was different from all the ones we had shared. It was just pure lust, it excited me. He pulled away for a second throwing his shirt off giving me a view of his naked chest. I ran my hands down until they reached his pants.

"Are you sure?" I asked seriously. He looked down at me and nodded.

"I need you Kira." He slowly reached for pulling at my top then my shorts until I was in nothing but my underwear and bra.

"Don't tease me!" I moaned as he ran his finger against my most sensitive place and he bit his lip..

"Kira!" I frowned looking up at him, why did he yell all of a sudden.

Shikamaru who was on top of me suddenly disappeared as my eyes flung open. I looked around shocked what the hell just happened?

I made eye contact with a very red in the face Shikamaru. I looked down at our bodies to see we were both fully dressed and it dawned on me that it was all just a dream.

"Kira... You were...." I took in our position and notice I had his leg between my own and i was using in my sleep to get friction.

"Omg... I'm so sorry ." I separated from him feeling embarrassed. Heat rushed to my already hot face and I wanted to die. Shikamaru was looking anywhere but me as I looked where I had basically been humping his leg. I was so embarrassed. I wanted to run and hide so I did that. I ignored his shout of my name and made it to the bathroom, locking the door behind me. I slid down the wall hiding my face. I must look like some kind of pervert. A knock was heard and I flinched.

"Just leave me to die of embarrassment." I heard his chuckle and the sound sent blood rushing to my cheeks.

"Kira open the door." I shook my head before realizing he couldn't see me.

"No! I'm staying in here for the rest of the night." His sigh was loud before I heard him sit down outside the door.

"Well then I'll wait here as well." I frowned but it's cold...

"Get in the bed don't be silly."

"Use your own advice woman."

"I'll come out in a bit..... I just....."

"Then I'll wait for you here."

I rolled my eyes at his stubbornness but smiled knowing he wasn't turned off by my horny ass.

I got up and quickly stripped having a quick cold shower. Luckily I had left the clothes I was gonna wear in here. Dressed, I hesitated at the door. I was still feeling a bit shy.

"Shikamaru?" No answer maybe he was angry.

I slowly unlocked it to see he wasnt there did he go? I looked at the bed to see he want there and freaked a bit. He left. He probably felt rushed. Panic started to turn in me. I walked around the apartment, nothing.

"Shikamaru!" Tears spring to my eyes and I was about to start crying when he walked through the front door. In a split second I was in his arms, shocking him.

"Kira!... Hey are you crying?...Kira..."

I just held on to him tightly. I'll never think about sex again just never leave. He pulled my chin we were making eye contact and frowned at the tears rolling down my cheeks dramatically.

"Kira."

"You left. I'm sorry I creeped you out ... I won't-" he cut me off pressing his lips against mine.

"Kira I was just outside the door, we have a mission tomorrow with Naruto. Stop crying." I nodded wiping away my tears. He picked me up bridal style and took me back to the room.

"C'mon let's get you to bed. We have an early start tomorrow." I nodded pushing away the dream again.

His lips were suddenly on mine and I pulled away a blush on my face.

"Go to sleep Kira, I'll be here when you wake up."

SHIKAMARU' POV

I woke being rocked gently. I frowned I just wanted to sleep. I pulled Kira into my arms and my eyes flew open as a lewd sound escaped her mouth. What I saw shocked me. Kira had my leg between hers and she was using it for.. pleasure.

The sleepiness had left as quickly as the boner in my pants had formed. "Ahh.. Shikamaru." I let out a small groan and felt giddy, knowing her dream was about me. Her grinding started to get rough as breathy moans escaped the sleeping girl. I realized I was being creepy as she was still asleep and couldn't control her actions.

"Don't tease me!" That sentence alone almost made me release in my pants. This girl will kill me.

I shook her awake calling her name.

God Shikamaru why'd you just watch her!

Her eyes were shocked when she woke up and I didn't know what to say.

"Kira...you were..."

Her face was flushed and she quickly removed herself from the position, much to my dismay, apologizing. Before I could tell her it was alright she had ran to the bathroom. I chuckled a little. There was nothing to be embarrassed about. I loved that she dreamed of me that way. It fed my ego.

As I was waiting for her to finish in the bathroom a certain silver haired man teleported in front of me. I frowned he didn't have to come into her room.

"Yo-" I pushed my finger against my lips motioning him to follow.

"What is it?" I asked leading him in to the lounge.

"You have been selected to escort the sand nin home." I groaned at the news.

"Can't they choose someone else?" Kakashi shook his head almost looking like he felt bad for me.

"They specifically chose you."

"Temari?" I groaned seeing Kira's annoyed face pop in my head.

"Well then I have to bring Kira." I sighed rubbing my face.

"I'll tell her what the mission is in the morning."

"I thought you'd say that so I just came to warn you before she flipped." I looked up at him and nodded she was probably obsessed with Kakashi. Jealousy surfaced but I quickly squashed it. That was in the past. Kira was with me now.

I walked him out of the door closing it behind me.

"Shikamaru?" I waited for the ninja to talk not expecting him to place a hand on my shoulder.

"I'm sorry I almost killed you." He said it with a closed eyed smile so I didn't really know if he was sorry but I laughed it off awkwardly.

"It's fine..."

He turned around, walking down the steps.

"See ya tomorrow then."

"You're coming to?"

"How do you think I found out about the mission? Goodnight."

He continued walking down the street until I couldn't make out his figure. I shook my head well this is gonna be an interesting team.
