Journey's End

"Doctor!" Alyssa yelled out, "Your hand!" and the Doctor turned his body to the hand and sent all his regeneration energy into it. Before he stumbled back. Alyssa let out a grin as she ran forward and took him into a hug. "My clever Alyssa" he said as he picked her up and spun her around. As the others looked at the two of them stunned. He put Alyssa down and looked at the other three.

"Now then where were we? The Doctor said, before he walked over to his spare hand which was now glowing with his regeneration energy and blew on it, and the regeneration energy disappeared. " There now." before he stood up straight.

"You see? Used the regeneration energy to heal myself, but soon as I was done, I didn't need to change. I didn't want to. Why would I? Look at me. So, to stop the energy going all the way, I siphoned off the rest into a handy bio-matching receptacle, namely my hand. My hand there. My handy spare hand. Remember? Christmas Day, Sycorax. Lost my hand in a sword fight? That's my hand. What do you think?" The Doctor said, looking at Rose.

"You're still you?" Rose said, "I'm still me." The Doctor said, and the two hugged as Alyssa turned to Jack and ran up to him "It's my big brother." She said as she took him into a hug. As Rose broke away from the Doctor and grabbed his hand and looked at the ring on his left hand her eyes snapped to his eyes and gestured to Alyssa with her head Alyssa was still hugging Jack, the Doctor smiled and nodded at her. And Rose mouthed "congrats" to him, Alyssa oblivious to the whole exchange. Alyssa broke away from Jack and walked up to Rose

"Oh come here." She said, hugging her. She soon broke away from her and joined the Doctor in working on the Tardis. Before all the lights shut off.

"They've got us. Power's gone. Some kind of chronon loop." The Doctor said, before the Tardis jerked as they were taken up to the Daleks command ship. "There's a massive Dalek ship at the centre of the planets. They're calling it the Crucible. Guess that's our destination." Jack said,

"You said these planets were like an engine. But what for?" Donna asked,

"Rose, you've been in a parallel world. That world's running ahead of this universe. You've seen the future. What was it?" The Doctor said,

"It's the darkness." Rose said,

"The stars were going out." Donna said,

"One by one. We looked up at the sky and they were just dying. Basically, we've been building this, er, this travel machine, this, this er, dimension cannon, so I could. Well, so I could..." Rose started

"So you could come back." Alyssa finished for her and the Doctor grinned at Rose.

"Anyway, suddenly, it started to work and the dimensions started to collapse. Not just in our world, not just in yours, but the whole of reality. Even the Void was dead. Something is destroying everything." Rose said,

"In that parallel world, you said something about me." Donna said,

"The dimension cannon could measure timelines, and it's, it's weird, Donna, but they all seemed to converge on you." Rose said

"But why me? I mean, what have I ever done? I'm a temp from Chiswick.""Doesn't mean you're not brilliant." Alyssa said, before the Tardis scanner started beeping

"The Dalek Crucible. All aboard." The Doctor said,

"Doctor, you will step forth or die." A dalek was heard through the Tardis doors.

"We'll have to go out. Because if we don't, they'll get in." The Doctor said

"You told me nothing could get through those doors." Rose said,

"You've got extrapolator shielding." Jack said,"Last time we fought Daleks they were scavengers and Hybrids and mad. This isn't the same thing. Alyssa said as she walked up to the Doctor and took his hand,

"this is a fully-fledged Dalek Empire, at the height of its power. Experts at fighting Tardises, they can do anything. Right now, that wooden door is just wood." The Doctor said,

"What about your dimension jump?" Jack said talking to Rose

"It needs another twenty minutes. And anyway, I'm not leaving." Rose said,

"And your jumping or your teleport?" Jack looked at Alyssa,

"You know I can't control my jumping Jack, if I could I wouldn't leave him either way." Alyssa said,

"What about your teleport?" The Doctor said,

"Went down with the power loss." Jack said,

"Right then. All of us together. Yeah. Donna?" The Doctor said, as Alyssa and The Doctor looked at Donna who was staring off."Donna?" Alyssa said, before walking over to her and putting her hand on her shoulder. Which seemed to break Donna out of whatever she was in.

"Yeah." Donna said,

"I'm sorry. There's nothing else we can do." The Doctor said,

"No, I know." Donna said,

"Surrender, Doctor, and face your Dalek masters." The Dalek's voice was heard again

"Daleks." Rose said, trying to make light of the situation, and Jack joined her

"Oh, God." Jack said,

"It's been good, though, hasn't it? All of us. All of it. Everything we did." The Doctor said before looking at Donna "You were brilliant." he turned to Jack "And you were brilliant." before looking at Rose. "And you were brilliant." He finally looked down at Alyssa "I.." He started "I know, I love you too." She said, "Blimey." The Doctor said, as he turned towards the door and opened it. The 4 stepped out, Donna stopping right by the door as she heard a heartbeat. "Daleks reign supreme. All hail the Daleks!" a Red Dalek said, and the other Daleks started chanting it. As there were thousands flying around the ship

"Behold, Doctor. Behold the might of the true Dalek race." The Red Dalek said, as Alyssa noticed that Donna wasn't with them

"Donna! You're no safer in there." She said, and Donna moved to leave the Tardis only for the Tardis's doors to slam closed on her. "What?" Alyssa and the Doctor said, as Alyssa racked her head, she knew she was forgetting something, something very very important. The Doctor ran over to the door

"Alyssa, Doctor, What have you done?" Donna asked, k

"It wasn't me. We didn't do anything." The Doctor said,

"Oi! Oi, I'm not staying behind!" Donna yelled

" What did you do?!" The Doctor yelled at the Red Dalek,

"This is not of Dalek origin." The Red Dalek said,

"Doctor! Alyssa!" Donna yelled,

"Stop it! She's our friend. Now open the door and let her out." Alyssa yelled, as she continued to rack her brain,

"This is Time Lord treachery." The Red Dalek said, "We didn't do anything, It just closed on it's own." Alyssa said as she finally remembered what she was forgetting No she thought as she stared at the Tardis.

"Nevertheless, the Tardis is a weapon and it will be destroyed." The Red Dalek said before a door underneath the Tardis and it fell deep into the ship.

"What are you doing? Bring it back!" The Doctor said as he ran towards the Dalek "what have you done? Where's it going?" The Doctor asked,

"The Crucible has a heart of Z-neutrino energy. The Tardis will be deposited into the core." The Red Dalek said,

"You can't. You've taken the defences down. It'll be torn apart!" The Doctor said,

"But Donna's still in there!" Rose said,

"Let her go!" Jack yelled,

"The female and the Tardis will perish together. Observe." The Red Dalek said, as a holographic screen appeared showing the Tardis in the core. Alyssa looked up at the screen as she watched the Tardis bob. "The last child of Gallifrey is powerless." The red Dalek said,

"Please. I'm begging you. I'll do anything! Put me in her place. You can do anything to me, I don't care, just get her out of there!" The Doctor yelled,

"You are connected to the Tardis. Now feel it die." the Red Dalek yelled,

Total Tardis destruction in ten rels. Nine, eight, seven, six" Another Dalek said, as Alyssa and Rose walked up to the Doctor taking his hands. "Five, four, three, two, one." the Dalek finished as the Tardis disappeared from the core.

"The Tardis is not destroyed my love," she whispered into his mind,

"What how?" he responded

"I wish I could say more but I can't. Spoilers." Alyssa said, and the Doctor tightened his grip on her hand.

"The Tardis has been destroyed. Now tell me, Doctor. What do you feel? Anger? Sorrow? Despair?" The Red Dalek said,

"Yeah." The Doctor said,

"Then if emotions are so important, surely we have enhanced you?" the red Dalek said,

"Shut up about emotions, as if you could feel anything." Alyssa snapped at the dalek

"Yeah? Feel this!" Jack said as he pulled out a gun and shot at the red Dalek. "Exterminate!" the Red Dalek said, as he shot Jack who fell to the ground dead.

"Jack. Oh, my God. Oh, no." Rose said as she crouched next to him, Alyssa stepping away from the Doctor and kneeling next to her"Rose Come here, leave him" She said putting a hand on her back,

"They killed him." Rose said, "I know," Alyssa said, as she pulled Rose to her feet,

"Escort them to the Vault." The Red Dalek said,

"There's nothing we can do." The Doctor said

"They are the playthings of Davros now." The Red Dalek said, as other Daleks rolled towards them and towards an exit. Alyssa glancing back at Jack and saw him wink at her before closing his eyes.

They were escorted down to where Davros was. Where Alyssa Rose and the Doctor were separated into 3 different spots in the room"Activate the holding cells." Davros said, and lights turned on overhead the 3.

"Excellent. Even when powerless, a Time Lord is best contained." Davros said,

"Still scared of me, then?" The Doctor said, as he reached forward and touched the forcefield around him.

"It is time we talked, Doctor. After so very long." Davros said,

"No, no, no, no, no. We're not doing the nostalgia tour. I want to know what's happening right here, right now, because the Supreme Dalek said Vault, yeah? As in dungeon, cellar, prison. You're not in charge of the Daleks, are you? They've got you locked away down here in the basement like, what, a servant? Slave? Court jester?" The Doctor said,

"We have an arrangement." Davros"No, no, no, no, no. No, I've got the word. You're the Dalek's pet!" The Doctor said, and Davros turned away from him and began rolling over to Rose.

"So very full of fire, is he not. And to think you crossed entire universes, striding parallel to parallel to find him again." Davros said,

"Leave her alone." The Doctor said,

"She is mine to do as I please." Davros said, as he

"Then why am I still alive?" Rose asked,

"You must be here. It was foretold. Even the Supreme Dalek would not dare to contradict the prophecies of Dalek Caan." Davros said, before he rolled over to Alyssa, almost as if he was looking over her, accessing her. Alyssa glaring at him. "So cold and dark. Fire is coming. The endless flames." Dalek Caan said, Alyssa eyes snapped to Dalek Caan,

"What is that thing?" Rose asked,

"You've met before. The last of the Cult of Skaro. But it flew into the Time War, unprotected." The Doctor said,

"Caan did more than that. He saw time. Its infinite complexity and majesty, raging through his mind. And he saw you. All of you." Davros said, as he continued to stare at Alyssa, as Alyssa began to shift uncomfortably.

"What?" Alyssa finally snapped at Davros

"You are an enigma, Dalek Caan has seen you here, seen you as a companion of the Doctor, but nothing more." "Ah, so Caan it appears you didn't see everything or you're lying to him." Alyssa called out to Caan, but he just laughed,

"Who are you?" Davros asked her

"Alyssa Smith, Time lady," Alyssa finally said, "Ah, so he isn't the last of his kind" Davros said, finally taking his eyes off of Alyssa and towards the Doctor

"Leave her alone." The Doctor hissed out,

"Yet it appears to be more then just judging by his reaction,"

"I have no reason to tell you anything else then that." Alyssa said, and Davros looked like he was going to say something else but was interrupted

"This I have foreseen, in the wild and the wind. The Doctor will be here as witness, at the end of everything. The Doctor and his precious Children of Time. And one of them will die." Dalek Caan said,

"Was it you, Caan? Did you kill Donna? Why did the Tardis door close? Tell me!" the Doctor yelled infuriated

"Oh, that's it. The anger, the fire, the rage of a Time Lord who butchered millions. There he is. Why so shy? Show the last time lady. Show her your true self. Dalek Caan has promised me that too." "I have seen. At the time of ending, the Doctor's soul will be revealed." Dalek Caan said,

"What does that mean?"

"I already know it, and they are wrong, always have been." Alyssa called out to the Doctor in his mind,

"We will discover it together. Our final journey. Because the ending approaches. The testing begins." Davros said,

"Testing of what?" The Doctor asked,

"The Reality bomb." Davros said, "Behold. The apotheosis of my genius." Davros said, as another Holographic screen appeared showing a group of people surrounded by Daleks. "That's Z-neutrino energy, flattened by the alignment of the planets into a single string. No, Davros. Davros, you can't! You can't! No" The Doctor said, and they watched as the people dissolved into dust. "Doctor, what happened?" Rose asked,

"Electrical energy, Miss Tyler. Every atom in existence is bound by an electrical field. The Reality bomb cancels it out. Structure falls apart. That test was focused on the prisoners alone. Full transmission will dissolve every form of matter." Davros said,

"The stars are going out." Rose said,

"The twenty seven planets. They become one vast transmitter, blasting that wavelength." The Doctor said,

"Across the entire universe. Never stopping, never faltering, never fading. People and planets and stars will become dust, and the dust will become atoms, and the atoms will become nothing. And the wavelength will continue, breaking through the Rift at the heart of the Medusa Cascade into every dimension, every parallel, every single corner of creation. This is my ultimate victory, Doctor! The destruction of reality itself!" Davros said, as the screen changed to show Martha Jones

"This message is for the Dalek Crucible. Repeat. Can you hear me?" Martha Jones said,

"Put me through." The Doctor said,

"It begins As Dalek Caan foretold." Davros said,

"The Children of Time will gather, and one of them will die." Dalek Caan said

"Stop saying that. Put me through!" The Doctor said,

"Doctor! I'm sorry, I had to." Martha said,

"Oh, but the Doctor is powerless. My prisoner. State your intent." Davros said,

"I've got the Osterhagen Key. Leave this planet and its people alone or I'll use it." Martha said,

"Osterhagen what? What's an Osterhagen Key?" the Doctor said,

"There's a chain of twenty five nuclear warheads placed in strategic points beneath the Earth's crust. If I use the key, they detonate and the Earth gets ripped apart."

"What? Who invented that? Well, someone called Osterhagen, I suppose. Martha, are you insane?"

"The Osterhagen Key is to be used if the suffering of the human race is so great, so without hope, that this becomes the final option." Martha said, "There is ALWAYS hope." Alyssa said,

"That's never an option." The Doctor said,

"Don't argue with me, Doctor, Alyssa! Because it's more than that. Now, I reckon the Daleks need These twenty seven planets for something. But what if it becomes twenty six? What happens then? Daleks? Would you risk it?"

"She's good." Rose said,

"Who's that?" Martha asked,

"My name's Rose. Rose Tyler." Rose said, and Martha's face turned to one of shock

"Captain Jack Harkness, calling all Dalek boys and girls." Jack said, as a second screen appeared on the screen Jack, Mickey, Jackie and Sarah Jane on it. Jack holding a necklace up and Alyssa laughed, "Are you receiving me? Don't send in your goons, or I'll set this thing off."

"He's still alive." Rose said, "Did you really think I wouldn't be upset about my brother's death?" Alyssa said, and Rose shook her head as she looked back at them

"Oh, my god. That, that's my mum." Rose said,

"And Mickey. Captain, what are you doing?" The Doctor said,

"I've got a Warp Star wired into the mainframe. I break this shell, the entire Crucible goes up."

"You can't! Where did you get a Warp Star?" The Doctor said,

"From me. We had no choice. We saw what happened to the prisoners." Sarah Jane said,

"Impossible. That face after all these years." Davros said,

"Davros. It's been quite a while. Sarah Jane Smith. Remember?" Sarah Jane said,

"Oh, this is meant to be. The circle of Time is closing. You were there on Skaro at the very beginning of my creation." Davros said,

"And I've learnt how to fight since then. You let the Doctor go, or this Warp Star It gets opened." Sarah Jane said,

"I'll do it. Don't imagine I wouldn't." Jack said,

"Now that's what I call a ransom." Rose said, and the Doctor was looking off down to the side,

"Doctor?" Rose said

"Don't listen to them my love."Alyssa said, but the Doctor offered no response, and Alyssa looked away from the screens and at him.

"And the prophecy unfolds." Davros said,

"The Doctor's soul is revealed. See him. See the heart of him." Caan said,

"The man who abhors violence, never carrying a gun. But this is the truth, Doctor. You take ordinary people and you fashion them into weapons. Behold your Children of Time transformed into murderers. I made the Daleks, Doctor. You made this."

"They're trying to help." the Doctor said,

"Already I have seen them sacrifice today, for their beloved Doctor. The Earth woman who fell opening the Subwave Network." Davros said,

"Who was that?" The Doctor said,

"Harriet Jones. She gave her life to get you here." Rose said,

"How many more? Just think. How many have died in your name? The Doctor. The man who keeps running, never looking back because he dare not, out of shame. This is my final victory, Doctor. I have shown you yourself.""Oh you can shut up now Davros." Alyssa snapped glaring at him "You cannot speak about the Doctor and knowing his true self. Because you do not know him"

"And you do?" Davros said, turning to her"Oh yes I do" Alyssa said, as she pushed images of all those he saved into the Doctor's mind from his past "I know his past, his present and his future and this isn't because of him. These humans." Alyssa said, pointing at the screen " These wonderful brilliant people, were not made to do this because the Doctor made them do it, they were made to do it because of you, you threaten the whole universe, and guess what Davros they have people they love on the planet below. You cannot expect every human being to lay down and let their loved ones die. They are willing to do this because the Doctor thought them to care." Alyssa said "A lost man who scammed people, a women who got up everyday to go to work, a Journalist, a doctor in training, a mother wanting to protect her daughter, a normal man. People he wanted to show the stars because they Cared." Alyssa said looking at Caan

"You know nothing about the Children of time they are not weapons, they never could be they are people who care enough to fight for all of humanity. And you Davros? You created a whole race for one goal. Destroy all life. But the Doctor is somehow the bad guy? Nah." Alyssa finished before looking up at the screen, as Martha was smiling at Alyssa, before holding up the key again, "It's the Crucible or the Earth." Martha said, before she yelled out "No!" As all of them were transported to the vault.

"I've got you. It's all right." Jack said as he grabbed Martha,

"Don't move, all of you. Stay still."

"Guard them! On your knees, all of you. Surrender!" Davros said, as Daleks started surrounded them

"Do as he says." the Doctor said, as they all surrendered,

"Mum, I told you not to." Rose said,

"Yeah, but I couldn't leave you." Jackie said,

"The final prophecy is in place. The Doctor and his children, all gathered as witnesses. Supreme Dalek, the time has come. Now, detonate the Reality bomb!" Davros said,

"You can't, Davros! Just listen to me! Just stop!" The Doctor said, but Davros just laughed "Nothing can stop the detonation. Nothing and no one!" Davros said, "Hey Davros, there's one thing I forgot to mention, I think you should be very careful with what you do with our Tardis, and who you leave on it." Alyssa said, as the familiar sound of the Tardis sounded in the room as it began to materialize.

"But that's" The Doctor said,

"Impossible." Davros finished, as it fully materialized and a Second Doctor stepped out,

"Brilliant." Jack said, as the Second Doctor ran towards Davros.

"Don't!" The Doctor yelled, as Davros shot the second Doctor with a bolt of electricity, and he fell to the ground, dropping the device he was carrying,

"Activate holding cell." Davros said, and another cell was activated around the second Doctor. Donna ran forward and grabbed the weapon,

"Doctor! I've got it. But I don't know what to do!" Donna said, as Davros shot her and she flew backwards.

"Donna! Donna! Are you all right, Donna?"

"Destroy the weapon." Davros said, and another Dalek obeyed, "I was wrong about your warriors, Doctor. They are pathetic." before he turned to Alyssa, "Any other words from you?" but this time Alyssa stayed quiet with a small grin on her face, and the rest of them looked at her like she was crazy.

"How comes there are two of you?" Rose asked,

"Human biological metacrisis. Never mind that. Now we've got no way of stopping the Reality Bomb" The Doctor said,

"stand witness, Time Lords. Stand witness, humans. Your strategies have failed, your weapons are useless, and. Oh. The end of the universe has come." Davros said, as they watched the planets activate before an alarm sounded,

"Mmm, closing all Z-neutrino relay loops using an internalised synchronous back-feed reversal loop. That button there." Donna said, as she flipped a lever. And Alyssa started laughing,

"Donna, you can't even change a plug." The Doctor said,

"Do you want to bet, Time Boy?" Donna said,

"You'll suffer for this." Davros said, as he moved to shoot Donna only for her to flip a switch and electricity to travel up Davros's arm, causing him to yell in pain.

"Oh, bio-electric dampening field with a retrograde field arc inversion."

"Exterminate her!" Davros said,

"Exterminate. Exterminate. Exterminate." The daleks said as Donna started pressing mor buttons on the control panel. Before the weapons on the Dalek's powered down

"Weapons non-functional." A dalek said,

"Macrotransmission of a K-filter wavelength blocking Dalek weaponry in a self-replicating energy blindfold matrix."

"How did you work that out? You're" the Doctor said

"Time lord." Alyssa said,

"Part Time Lord." The other Doctor said,

"Part human. Oh, yes. That was a two-way biological metacrisis. Half Doctor, half Donna." Donna said,

"The Doctor Donna. Just like the Ood said, remember? They saw it coming. The Doctor Donna." The doctor said

"Holding cells deactivated. And seal the Vault. "Well, don't just stand there, you skinny boys, in suits. Time lady, get to work." Donna said as the cells were deactivated and the three of them ran towards her.

"Stop them! Get them away from the controls." Davros said, as some other Daleks started towards them

"And spin." Donna said, as she spun the Daleks, as Alyssa reached Donna's side, "Oh you brilliant woman" She said as she hugged her quickly

"Help me. Help me!" the Daleks cried, as Donna span them the other way,

"And the other way."

"What did you do?" The Doctor asked,

"Trip switch circuit-breaker in the psychokinetic threshold manipulator."

"But that's brilliant!" the other Doctor said,

"Why did we never think of that?" The Doctor asked

"Because you two lack that little bit of human. I got it from all the years I lived as one, but it's that gut instinct." Alyssa said,

"The gut instinct that comes hand in hand with planet Earth. I can think of ideas you two couldn't dream of in a million years. Ah, the universe has been waiting for me. Now, let's send that trip switch all over the ship. Did I ever tell you, best temp in Chiswick? Hundred words per minute."

"Ha!" The new doctor said, as Jack ran past them into the Tardis and came out with two guns"Come on then, Alyssa, boys. We've got twenty seven planets to send home. Activate magnetron." Donna said and they got to work beginning to on reversing what the Daleks had done,

"Stop this at once!" Davros yelled

"Don't think so Davros." Alyssa said, as Jack ran out with two guns

"Mickey!" Jack said, and threw him one of the guns

"You will desist!" Davros said,

"Mickey?" Alyssa said as she jerked his head towards Davros and Mickey walked towards him and pointed his gun at him

"Just stay where you are, mister." He said,

"Out of the way." Jack said as he pushed a Dalek out of his way, as Rose and Sarah Jane grabbed another one,

"Good to see you again." Sarah Jane said looking at Rose,

"Oh, you too." Rose said,

"Ready? And reverse." Donna said, as the four of them pulled some rods and sent the planets to their original location

"Off you go, Clom." Alyssa said,

"Back home, Adipose Three." The other Doctor said,

"Shallacatop, Pyrovillia and the Lost Moon of Poosh. Sorted. Ha!" Donna said,

"Ha!" the other Doctor said,

"We need more power!" The Doctor said, as the four of them started trying to find a way to get more power as Rose and Sarah Jane joined them

"Is anyone going to tell us what's going on?""I had the Doctor pour all his regeneration energy into his spare hand," Alyssa started

"I touched the hand, and he grew out of that but that fed back into me. But, it just stayed dormant in my head till the synapses got that little extra spark, kicking them into life. Thank you, Davros! Part human, part Time Lord. And I got the best bit of the Doctor. I got his mind." Donna finished,

"So there's three of you?" Sarah Jane said,

"Three Doctors?" Rose said,

"I can't tell you what I'm thinking right now." Jack said,

"You're so unique the timelines were converging on you. Human being with a Time Lord brain." The Doctor said,

"But you promised me, Dalek Caan. Why did you not foresee this?" Davros said,

"Oh he did, he saw everything, and he helped set everything in motion, see Davros you want to act like the Doctor is some horrible being out of your own personal Vandetta, but you Davros you made a whole race into weapons to survive. But when you've seen the things that I have, you can only come to one conclusion" Alyssa said, as she joined Mickey and looked at Dalek Caan who started laughing,

"You betrayed the Daleks." Davros said,

"I saw the Daleks. What we have done, throughout time and space, I saw the truth of us, Creator, and I decreed, no more!" Dalek Caan, a door above them opened and a platform started being lowered "Heads up!" Jack said

" Davros, you have betrayed us." The red dalek said

"It was Dalek Caan." Davros said

"The Vault will be purged. You will all be exterminated." Tbe red dalek said before firing at the control panel

"Like I was saying, feel this!" Jack said before firing his gun and destroying the Dalek. As Alyssa and the Doctor investigated the machine.

"Oh, we've lost the magnetron. And there's only one planet left. Oh, guess which one. But we can use the Tardis." The Doctor said, before he ran into the Tardis. As the other Doctor flipped some switches

"Holding Earth stability. Maintaining atmospheric shell."

"the prophecy must complete." Dalek Caan said,

"Don't listen to him." Davros said,

"I have seen the end of everything Dalek, and you must make it happen, Doctor." Dalek Caan said,

"He's right. Because with or without a Reality bomb, this Dalek Empire's big enough to slaughter the cosmos. They've got to be stopped." "Not that way!" Alyssa yelled, remembering what he was going to do from the show.

"You saw all of this, you let it happen. The prophecy will be fulfilled." The Other Doctor said with anger, which made Alyssa reel back.

"Just, just wait for the Doctor." Donna said,

"I am the Doctor. Maximising Dalekanium power feeds. Blasting them back!" The other Doctor said, and the Daleks around them started to explode, and the Doctor ran back out of the Tards.

"What have you done?" He asked,

"Fulfilling the prophecy." The other Doctor said,

"Do you know what you've done? Now get in the Tardis! Everyone! All of you, inside! Run!" The Doctor yelled, and everyone started running into the Tardis. Alyssa was about to when Dalek Caan called out to her "Tick tock goes the clock, golden angel Tick tock!" Dalek Caan said, and Alyssa froze for a second as she recognized the words. The rhyme that led up to the Doctors death in the show. She turned around and looked at Dalek Caan.

"What?" Davros said as he looked back at Alyssa

"Thanks for the reminder Caan but its not time yet" Alyssa said, and Caan started laughing as Davros made the realization of the time lady in front of him, the one who transported his fleet across space, the one who made the bombs that destroyed his ships. Another enemy to the daleks right under his nose.

"You. You're the golden angel?" He said and Alyssa laughed

"Ally!" The Doctor yelled, as he stared at her and she ran to him, stopping by him as he looked at Davros

"Davros? Come with me. I promise I can save you." The Doctor said,

"Never forget, Doctor, you did this. I name you. Forever, you are the Destroyer of the Worlds!" Davros yelled,"Only one person in this room wanted to destroy worlds Davros and that was you. The Doctor is the saviour of worlds." Alyssa said, before flames engulfed Davros and he let out one last scream.

"One will still die." Dalek Caan said, and the two ran into the Tardis

"What did Caan mean?" the Doctor said, "with that Tick Tock warning?" as the two ran to the Console

"Doc we do not have time for this right now." Alyssa said, as she pulled a lever on the Console to send them away from the Crucible as it blew up."We are not done with this conversation." The Doctor said

"Oh Yes we are." Alyssa muttered under her breath,

"But what about the Earth? It's stuck in the wrong part of space." Sarah Jane said,

"We're on it."Alyssa said, as she phoned Torchwood "Torchwood Hub, this is Alyssa. Are you receiving me?" As the Doctor and Rose joined her, "Loud and clear." Gwen said, as the image came onto the screen, "Is Jack there?" "Can't get rid of him. Jack" The Doctor said as he looked at Gwen who looked identical to Gwyneth from Old Cardiff, "what's her name?" "Gwen Cooper." Alyssa and Jack said together, "Tell me, Gwen Cooper, Are you from an old Cardiff family?" The Doctor asked, "yes, all the way back to the eighteen hundreds." Gwen said,

"Ah, thought so. Spatial genetic multiplicity." The Doctor said, looking at Rose, "Oh, yeah." Rose said, "Yeah, it's a funny old world." Alyssa said, "Now, Torchwood, I want you to open up that Rift Manipulator. Send all the power to us."

"Doing it now, sir, Ma'am." Ianto said,

"Good man Ianto" Alyssa said, "What's that for?" Gwen said, as Alyssa looked at the Doctor as he realized what her plan was. "It's a tow rope. Now then. Sarah, what was your son's name?" The Doctor said, as Alyssa went to call them "Luke. He's called Luke. And the computer's called Mister Smith." Sarah Jane said, "Calling Luke and Mister Smith. This is Alyssa and the Doctor. Come on, Luke. Shake a leg." Alyssa said,

"Is Mum there?" Luke said,

"Oh, she's fine and dandy." The Doctor said, "Yes! Yes!" Sarah Jane said, happy her son was okay

"Now, Mister Smith, I want you to harness the Rift power and loop it around the Tardis. You got that?" The Doctor said, "I regret I will need remote access to Tardis base code numerals." Mr. Smith said,

"Oh, blimey, that's going to take a while." The Doctor said, and Sarah Jane ran towards them and joined them by the scanner. "No, no, no. Let me. K9, out you come!"

"Affirmative, Mistress." K9's voice said from their house "Oh! Oh ho! Oh, good dog! K9, give Mister Smith the base code." The Doctor said,

"Master. Tardis base code now being transferred. The process is simple." K9 said, as Alyssa moved away from the Scanner "Okay now for the rest of you, Mickey come here." Alyssa said, and Mickey walked over to her, and pointed at some controls on the Tardis "Hold that. you know why this Tardis always is always rattling about the place? And the Doctor is always using his body to reach controls that are out of reach?" "Oi." the Doctor said, As Alyssa walked over to Rose and showed her what button to press up

"You know I love it, Rose right here. It's designed to have six pilots, and he's used to doing it single handed. " she said as she moved over to Martha "Martha, keep that level. But not any more especially with me" Alyssa said as she joined Jack's side,

"Jack, there you go. Steady that. Now we can fly this thing." Alyssa said, looking at the Doctor who was grinning at her, as he was by Jackie's side, "No, Jackie. No, no. Not you. Don't touch anything. Just stand back. Fly it like it's meant to be flown. We've got the Torchwood Rift looped around the Tardis by Mister Smith, and we're going to fly Planet Earth back home." As Alyssa rejoined the Doctor by the main lever

"Right then. Off we go." Alyssa said, as she and the Doctor pulled it flying Earth back to it's normal space in Earth. When they finally arrived, everyone cheered as everyone hugged eachother. Alyssa looked up at the Doctor and grabbed his coat "Saviour of worlds. You got that? Don't listen to Davros." She said, as she leaned up and pressed her lips to his quickly.

Later they had piloted the Tardis to somewhere near where Sarah Jane lived. The three exited the Tardis as Alyssa beamed at Sarah Jane "You know, you act like such a lonely man. But look at you. You've got the biggest family on Earth." Sarah Jane said, and the Doctor and her hugged,

"Oh it's a lot bigger then just earth." Alyssa said, as Sarah Jane turned to her and hugged her right before she remembered her son."Oh! Got to go. He's only fourteen. It's a long story. And thank you!" Sarah Jane said as she backed away from the two,

"I told you it wasn't too late!" Alyssa yelled out after her, as they waved at her. Sarah Jane just laughed waving bye and then running off. Before Jack and Martha joined them out of the Tardis.

"I told you, no teleport." The Doctor said as he soniked Jack's Vortex Manipulator. Before turning to Martha "And, Martha, get rid of that Osterhagen thing, eh? Save the world one more time." "Consider it done." Martha said, before the two saluted the Doctor and Alyssa, them doing a small one back. As Mickey exited the Tardis. "Oi, where are you going?" The Doctor asked, and Mickey stopped and looked back at them "Well, I'm not stupid. I can work out what happens next. And hey, I had a good time in that parallel world, but my gran passed away. Nice and peaceful. She spent her last years living in a mansion. There's nothing there for me now, certainly not Rose." "What will you do?" The Doctor said, and Alyssa smiled at h"Anything. Brand new life. Just you watch." "Mickey if you need anything, just call us, us Smith's need to stick together." Alyssa said, and Mickey nodded at her,

"See you, boss. Hey, you two!" Mickey said before he ran to Martha and Jack. The Doctor reached down and took Alyssa's hand and they went back into the Tardis. And Alyssa went over to the console and started the process to send them to their last stop"Just time for one last trip. Dårlig Ulv Stranden. Better known as." The Doctor said as he looked at the scanner

"Bad wolf bay. Almost as if I knew" Alyssa finished, as they arrived at the beach, and the Five exited the Tardis.

"Oh, fat lot of good this is. Back of beyond. Bloody Norway? I'm going to have to phone your father. He's on the nursery run. I was pregnant, do you remember? Had a baby boy." Jackie said to the other Doctor. "Oh, brilliant. What did you call him?" The other doctor asked, as Alyssa and The Doctor stood by the Tardis. "Doctor." "Really?" He asked, "No, you plum. He's called Tony." Jackie said, "Hold on, this is the parallel universe, right?" "Yes." Alyssa said, "You're back home." The Doctor said, "And the walls of the world are closing again, now that the Reality Bomb never happened. It's dimensional retroclosure. See, I really get that stuff now." Donna said, "No, but I spent all that time trying to find you two. I'm not going back now." Rose said, as Alyssa looked up at the other Doctor

"You've got to, because we saved the universe but there was a cost. Too high of a cost. One of it was him." she said gesturing to the other Doctor, "He destroyed the Daleks. He committed genocide. He's too dangerous to be left on his own." Alyssa said,"You helped make me." the other doctor said, "Exactly. You were born in battle, full of blood and anger and revenge. Remind you of someone? That's me, when we first met before you and Alyssa. Both of you made me better but only one of us can stay. you can do the same for him." The Doctor said, "But he's not you. And you're not going to be here." Rose said looking at Alyssa,

"He needs you. Help him Rose," Alyssa said, but Rose didn't look convinced "Give me a second." Alyssa said, as she walked towards Rose, pulling her away from the others

"He doesn't trust me. Like the Doctor did when he first met me. The only difference he's too dangerous to leave him to figure it out. But he's not the same.""What do you mean?"

"One heart." Alyssa called out, and the new doctor nodded " He's only got one heart. Rose, he'll live a human life for the most part. However that may be." Alyssa said, and Rose finally nodded at her "One more question." Alyssa asked, "donna said that in her alternate universe it was like I didn't exist."

"You didn't" Rose said, "I looked for you, but there was no mention of you anywhere. It's almost like..."

"My existence is linked to the Doctor... or why i jump is..." Alyssa finished as she looked up at the water. Remembering the Tardis's words from so long ago, her being linked to the Doctor which was why she jumped primarily to him. But that wouldn't mean she wouldn't exist... she knew that in the other universe the Doctor died on the moon. Her thoughts were interupped, "What does that mean?" Rose asked,"I don't know, but i'll figure it out." Alyssa said as the Tardis made a noise " We're out of time. We got to go." Alyssa before taking Rose into a hug, "Just know this Rose, you'll always be one of my sisters." she said before she pulled away from her, and walked back over to the Doctor. She sent one last smile to Rose and Jackie before the Doctor took her hand and the 3 went into the Tardis. A headache ran through Alyssa as the Doctor piloted the Tardis back to their universe. The Doctor looked up at Alyssa and saw the golden wisps dance around her she sent one last panicked look at Donna before looking at the Doctor. 

"Im sorry," she said before she disappeared.
