I have been with the Wayne's for a year now. Its been very normal which I'm not used to. I am now returning to the Ghost Zone. Dick has tears threatening to burst. I smiled sadly at him. "Don't worry Dick, I will visit", I hug him. He buries his head into my chest. "But still. You've been my brother for a year! I will miss you", He sodded. Bruce is standing a little behind Dick with his normal emotionless expression, I rolled my eyes at the Dark night's reaction. Buring my year here he has been a bit of a stick in the mud. Only being a dad at certain times.

Dick stops hugging me and moves away. I look one more time at Dick before I open a portal. "Bye! I will visit", I waved and jumped through the portal.

-----------------Timeskip to where Dick is now Nightwing and the Rest of the Bat-family is there------------------------------------

"Okay, Team! lets go over the plan again!", everyone groaned in response to their Leader Nightwing. SuperBoy, Megan, Garfield, Robin, and Blue Beetle are all on a mission, to collect information on a base that has been active for a while but could never find it, until now.

"Beast Boy; Beetle, Robin. Sneak in and get as much info you can. Megan, I and SuperBoy will make a distraction for you. Everyone got it?", They all Nodded. Nightwing nodded to Megan and she gave a small nod. Her eyes glowed green, connecting everyone to the mind link 'Everyone online?', Megan thought. The team all gave a 'yes' and 'here' indicating they are in the mind link.' Okay then. Let's go!' Nightwing jumped down. Along with Superboy and Megan. Robin, BB(Beast Boy) and Blue went the other way and hide away from guards.

'What do you see?', Nightwing asks. Robin looked at the men. 'There are Guards at every entrance and window. Whatever they are doing they don't want anyone to find out' Robin reported. BB then leaned forward to get a closer look. Pushing both Beetle and Robin. 'They are all wearing white suits and glasses. Like the men in Black but White, weird' Nightwing froze. He took out some binoculars and zoomed in at them.

'Team....' Everyone stopped and waited for their leader to give the signal but he didn't. 'Nightwing?' Megan questioned. Dick shook his head 'Be careful. Lets start'.

Robin nodded 'let's go!' Superboy jumped into action and punched the ground. Making the earth shake getting the guard's attention long enough for the rest to sneak in. Megan made some trees fall and got the guys on her side attention to her.

While they were busy. Robin's team slipped in. 'were in'

They creaked through the white hallways, looking for the main room or something to use. Robin hacked into a door and found a computer and started to hack into that as BB and Blue kept watch. Most of the Guys were investigating what's happening outside so not many were around inside. 'okay I have everything, let's get out of here!' They ran out of the office to find an exit. 'good work. Get out as soon as you can, we can look at the data back at the mountin' Dick said as he sent up another bomb.

They were all running to get out without being spotted when the scarab spoke 'unidentified energy detected, extremely dangerous!' Jamie stopped and looked around. 'Jamie what are you doing we need to get out!', Robin said. 'I'm picking up dangerous energy nearby', he said still looking for it. 'Just get out of there, we can look for it later' Nightwing said. Jamie scanned once more before he continued to escape with the others.

They got out and went to the ship. Where Miss Martian, Superboy and Nightwing were waiting. "Good job now lets us get out of here", They nodded and took off.

-----------------------------------------------Back at the mountain

Dick and Tim started to look at the Info they got while the others trained, well more like playing games and talking. Team bonding we will call it.

Everything was going great... until they heard a crash. The Team all rushed to where it came from to find Tim and Dick also looking for the threat. Silence... an eerie giggle echoed off the walls. You couldn't pinpoint where it was coming from. Dick found this vaguely familiar. "Come out! and we won't hurt you!", shouted Dick. "how did someone get in?!", said Beast Boy.

"Hurt me?! Oh! I don't have to worry about that!", Sweat dripped down Dick's chin. Too familiar. "what language is that?", Asked Wonder girl. "Romanian", said Beetle. "Come out! I know who you are!", shouted Dick. Those who know the language and with mind-reading abilities looked at Dick in confusion. There was a 'Tch' sound and the voice said "your no fun~", the voice wined. Dick smirked. Everyone is confused.

All of a sudden a Man appeared. He had Raven Black hair that was untamed. His icy blue eyes seemed to be glowing. He was very pale and wore a simple black jacket and jeans but the jacket had a 'DP' sewed on it. He was crossing his arms and looked at Dick with an annoyed pout.  Dick just continued to smirk at this stranger. They stared at each other for a minute or so until Dick bursts out laughing, followed by The stranger, who by the way is levitating!

" Come here you stupid Ghost!", Dick goes up to the now dubbed 'Ghost' and gives him a bear hug. "Oh man. It is so good to see you Dick", Ghost says. "Can someone please tell me what is  going on!?", Impulse shouts. Dick looks at his team and at the Ghost. "Team this is a...", he thought for a second "Old friend of mine", Dick gestured for him to the Team.

He floated to them and landed "Hi. I'm Danny Phantom, a Ghost", Danny said lifting his hand up as a wave. Megan shouted in excitement and hugged Danny "Danny! Oh my Goodness! I've missed you!", Danny laughed and hugged her back " I've missed you too, Megan", Megan stepped back as Superboy came into view. Danny looked at Conner wide-eyed, his checks became a little pink. Megan smirked and gave Dick a knowing look. Dick looked confused then saw the blush on Conner's checks and smirked with Megan.

"H-hey Conner, uh long time no see", Danny said nervously. Conner smiled softly, which shocked the new members of the team who hasn't really seen Superboy smile as much. Conner opens his arms and Danny hugged him. Conner wrapped his arm around his small frame and hugged him. Dick then whistled "You guys haven't seen each other in years and already its getting heated", Danny's whole face goes red and bury his face into Conner's chest. Conner laughs. bringing Danny closer to him.

"I'm still confused", said Impulse. Conner picked up Danny and carried him out of the room. "Don't take long! I still want to talk with Danny too you know!", Dick yelled after them.

"That was Danny Phantom. He is an old friend of the original team, he was only with us for a short time. but Work on some missions with us from time to time. But since he is the Ghost Prince he has to return to the Ghost Zone. We haven't seen him in ages", Dick tells the team. "So wait. He's a Ghost?!", Gar jumps and hides by his sister. "yes but he won't do anything like that. Most of what movies know about ghosts is not true.", Dick explained.

The Team was now doing a training exercise when Superboy and Danny walked back in. Danny was red in the face and was pouting at something Conner said. Superboy was smiling fondly at Danny. The Team stopped and looked at the duo. Megan ran up to Danny and started to talk excitedly about something, both babbling and rushed out of the room. Conner looked stunned for a second before he shook his head amused. 

"well... what did you two talk about?", Dick asked nudging Conner with a 'Lenny face'. Conner blushed a little "n-nothing, we just caught up....", he mumbled. Dick started to laugh "I'm just kidding! calm down!",

The team was very confused. They have never seen Superboy act like this and it was very rare to see him not all serious like he normally is. Lagoon boy was curious about this Danny Phantom and went to  Robin. "Hey, the name of that ghost is familiar...", Tim nodded with a bit of a smirk "yeah I know", the rest of the team was now listing to them. "Its because he was a hero just like us", Everyone was shocked. "He was a small-town hero called: Danny Phantom. He protected a city called Amity Park from Ghost and monsters that always found the town", Robin explained. "I remember him! He was a big-time hero that fought of ghost and monsters 24/7! but he disappeared when a family died in their home with two other kids. Ghosts then stopped attacking and he hasn't been seen since", Beast Boy rambled excitedly. "Well I can't share the exacted details but he has become the King of the Ghost Zone and has been busy there most of his time", Robin said.

Megan then walked in a called everyone for Dinner. When they walked into the kitchen. Their mouths watered. Danny was by the table putting plates for everyone. There was a big chicken with a bunch of other food that smelled delicious. "how did you two make this so fast?!", asked BB. Megan and Danny just giggled and lead everyone to sit down.

The night was full of delicious food and laughs. In the end, everyone was stuffed and tired. Danny got up and stood in front of everyone "Hey I have a announcement to make", everyone gave him their attention "I know I have been busy with a lot of things and I haven't really visited, to the people that know me but I'm here to invite you to my deathday", the newer teammates looked confused but the others cheered. "we can finally see the Ghost Zone and meet your family!", Megan shouted. Tim started to go on about how the Zone will look like and Conner looked down.

"Yes and they all are excited to meet you as well, the new members can come if they want, and you don't have to suit up", The team shrugged and agreed to come.

It was getting late so Dick and Tim decided to leave. Danny said he would meet them at the Manor. You see when Danny left to the Ghost Zone he kept his promise to visit. As he did missions as Phantom he stayed with Bruce, also living through the death of Jason. Which he wishes he could have done more.

Danny then made his own portal and appeared in Gotham. He just needed to visit one person.

Danny, in his ghost form, Few all the way to an apartment building. He went back to human form and knocked on a door. After a minute someone opened the door. It was tall, and I mean a very Tall man. He had Black hair and Green eyes. He looked at Danny for a second. He narrowed his eyes at Danny. Danny smirked "what? do I have a familiar face or what? Or is your brain up in the clouds you tallass", Danny smirked when he saw the realization on his face. "Danny?!", He shouted surprised. Danny nodded "Hey Jack, good to see you again", Jack bent down and gave Danny a big bear hug. "Ah! I've missed you, you ass!", Danny hugged back well more like hold on to him because he was so tall he picked him up.

"I missed you to", Danny even thought was in and out of the Ghost Zone still had some time to visit his friend. He didn't tell Jack that he is a Ghost but its fine, he is safer like that.

Danny spent some time talking with him. Jack became a tattoo artist and owns his own parlor. "So how is exploring the world doing?", Jack asked. That was the story Danny told jack. That he was exploring the world. "It's going good, right now I'm just visiting my family before I go again", jack nodded. "I really did miss you. You better visit more! you got it!", Jack gave Danny a noogie "alright alright I will!", Danny laughed. They said their goodbyes and Danny left to the Wayne Manor.

Danny arrived back at the manor and went straight to the kitchen. He found Alfred cleaning up some dishes. He then used his powers to make it clean itself. Alfred was shocked for a second until he felt a chill run up his spine. He then chuckled "Hello Master Daniel, I hope you won't stay invisible all the time?", Danny giggled and showed himself to Alfred. He smiled and gave him a big hugged "I can never get past you Alfred",  Alfred nodded, "Its good to see you Alfred", Danny said with a soft smile "and its good to see you too, Danny", Alfred said with a fond smile.

Danny helped Alfred with the dishes as they talked about what has happened. "you are invited to my Deathday, Alfred. If you want to come", Danny said as they finished the last of the dishes. "I would love to come but I have to stay here and keep the manor clean", Danny shook his head "Don't worry about that! I will clean the whole place when we get back! you need to take a break at some point Alfred", Alfred was about to say something but was stopped when Bruce walked in. "I think its a good idea, you need to take a break and this is a perfect time", Bruce gave a soft smile to Alfred. Alfred rolled his eyes but nodded "oh alright", he smiled as Danny laughed.

Danny then looked at Bruce "hey Batsy. Hows life", Danny's and Bruce's relationship was a bit complicated. Danny still didn't like that he wasn't acting like a father but what he heard from Dick was that he is getting better at it. "It has been fine. How are you?", Danny gave a big sigh "Being King is hard. Lots of responsibility but it's going great", Danny laughed.

Bruce and Danny then left the kitchen as Alfred went to clean something. They found Tim and Dick watching a movie. Bruce joined and Danny started to float around, In his ghost form. "I'm still not used to you flying around the place", Tim muttered. Danny laughed at Tim's distress. "Well get used to it! Flying is like second nature to me", Tim grumbled. Dick laughed  "ahh but I can't wait to see the Ghost Zone, you never let us visit or even see how the Ghost Zone looks like", Danny stopped flouting around and looked at Dick with a sad face "I'm sorry but most of the Ghost doesn't like humans anymore. When they found out the GIW did to me they did everything they could to keep me safe from humans, I told them it not all humans but they are still a bit angry with humans",

They all nodded grimly. "The guys in White have been missing and disorganized for a while now but it seems like they have come back", Dick explained. Danny nodded not liking that they are back. For the rest of the evening, they had a family movie night, at one point Alfred was forced to join them.

The next morning everyone who was coming was outside the mountin. "Danny dude! its good to see you again!", Wally and Danny hugged "It has been awhile Kid",  Dick, in casual wear, got everyone's attention "Okay is everyone here!", there was a course of yes through the crowd. Danny then flew up to him "Remember not to attack or scare any of the Ghosts! this is the first time humans are coming to the GZ as guests. They don't trust Humans much so you have to on your best behavior!", Everyone shouted a yes and Danny nodded. He looked nervous. Dick put a hand on his shoulder and gave him a reassuring smile. Danny smiled back but was still nervous.

He took a deep breath and concentrated. He channeled his powers. He ripped hole, opening a portal. Everyone stared amazed until Danny gestured for them to follow. Tim and some others where busy writing down on what they are seeing.

"Welcome to the Ghost Zone", Danny lead showed them and they all looked around in wonder. They were by the Phantom Castle that was black and White with Lime green flags. There were guards at the entrance and there was a beautiful garden. As the portal close behind them, they could see a big town. It was like a normal small town. "Come on everyone, we will get you settled in and then we will go to the party. This is Phantom Castle where I live. I will give you all a tour later", Danny walked by the enormous doors, nodding to the guards they opened. 

They followed Danny into the Castle, still admiring everything.

When they all got their luggage in their rooms they were outside again. "we will take a carriage to the garden", Danny said smiling. Just then! an obsidian carriage being pulled by glowing green skeleton horses pulled There Their was two of them. "okay get into groups of two and let's go!",

Once everyone got settled, Dick and Megan purposely made Danny and Conner sit next to each other. And They road off.

Everyone was talking excitedly and looking at their surroundings "Whats with all the doors? what do they do?", asked Tim. Everyone stopped talking and listened "Well it could be anything really, Some lead to Ghost Lairs, like the weak ghosts, stronger ones have their own islands. Some of the doors lead to different dimensions or timelines so it really depends on what you want. If you opened one you would be in for a surprise", Danny explained. "Do you know where they all go?", asked Jamie. "Not all of them, some yes but if I want to find something I just use the infinite map. Its a map that can take you anywhere",  Tim nodded, fascinated with this knowledge.

The careg then stopped "okay everyone off!", They climbed out and look around. Looking around you could tell you were in a forest/jungle. Exotic flowers and plants everywhere. "This is where one of my close friends live. They look after this place and keep all the nature in the world going", They walked through the plants and found a clearing. There were other ghosts and snacks were put out everywhere. All of the Ghosts saw them enter and downed their head in respect for their king. Then a white blur came out of nowhere and tackled Danny to the ground making him give out a oof. Everyone watch as a teenage girl with white hair wearing a black shirt and jeans hugging Danny.

"I wasn't gone that long?!", Danny yelled hugging her back. "No you weren't I just like to tackle you", she laughed. As Danny and The girl got up the girl ran up to Conner and gave him a hug. Conner didn't move but hugged her back. "Hey Clone buddy!", she yelled in his chest. Conner chuckled "good to see you too Dani",

Tim, with everyone else, was confused. Danny then explained to them that Dani was his clone. As he mentions that it was his uncle that made her, just as he said that Vlad appeared. "I hope you are not bad mouthing me", He was in his human form. In his suit like always "I kinda was but you are good now", Danny smiled. Vlad smile too and looked over at Dani who was talking to Megan, they became like sisters. Everyone was mingling and having fun with everyone. Danny smiled at his friends and family. On one of the trees, there was a picture with his Dad, Sister, Sam, and Tucker.

Danny blinked away tears. Vlad gave him a hug as his husband floated over. "I hope you have been studying Danny", Clockwork said as he stood, YES! stood next to Vlad, Vlad gave him a peck on the check. Danny smiled sheepishly at them. "uuuuuh... got to go!", he Flew up in the air and crashed into someone.

He found he crashed into his brother, Dick. He was talking to Azalea better know as Aza. She was in a beautiful long mint green dress. She wore no shoes, her hair has grown and was long, tied in a high pony. She looked down at Danny with an unamused look. "what happened?", She asked as Danny helped Dick up. "Running away from my dads", he muttered. Aza shook her head "they will get you sooner or later, you moron", She hit the back of his head getting a whine from him "wait! Vlad is Gay? I thought he loves your mom?", Dick asked confused. Danny laugh at that "he did yes but over the course of years he and Clockwork bonded on trying to find me and being overprotective when I came back", Danny muttered the last part. Dick laughed.

Conner walked over to Danny slowly. Aza saw him and smirked at him. "Danny! you have to go! Ember wants you to sing with her!", Danny paled when he saw Ember glaring at him"Oh shit!", he ran to her and getting another smack to the head. Conner frowned and walk to Megan and Dani. Dick looked at Aza confused but she just gave him a smirk "Don't litter this is my garden and I won't let it get destroy by you idiots!", She yelled as she saw someone drop a candy wrapper on the grass. She had a glint in her eyes as she glared as everyone. BB who was the one to drop it picked it up with no hesitation. "What up with her?", he asks Dick as Aza walked away. Dick grind "Oh don't worry, she is a nature siren she keeps, with the help of someone else, nature clean", BB nodded and walked to his sister.

As everyone was talking Ember came on stage "alright! its time for the main attraction! My Band!", she cheered as everyone cheered as well "Let's get this started then!",  She picked up her guitar as the rest of the band came on. Danny walked on as well with a black guitar with a Lime green pattern. Danny came to the center of the stage and took the microphone.

Everyone was cheering so loudly. Ember saw that Danny was looking at SuperBoy, and smirked. She went behind Danny as he put his guitar down. "Ember what are you doing?", without answering him she pushes him off the stage. Yes, Danny could have saved himself but he was shocked. He fell right into Conner's arms. His pale face was red! Conner grind at him and gave him a kiss on the lips. Danny immediately kissed back. The crowd aww'd "Keep is PG13!", Aza and Dani yelled. Danny pulled away just realizing that there are other people here.

When the party was over. Danny gave them a tour of the Zone. After some battles the returned to the castle. Some of the team went to explore the castle some more as Conner, Megan, Dick, and Vlad went to the living room finding a man standing by the couches like he was waiting, he had Mussels, icy-cold eyes, and long black hair. He had a permanent scowl on but he had a small smile when he saw Danny. Vlad tensed when he saw him, the others got ready to attack but Danny walked straight to him.

"Dan...", Danny said monotone. Dan had a pained look. He looked down in shame "What are you doing here?", Danny asked his tone was sharp and angry. Dick and the others had no idea who he was, was surprised by Danny's tone. Dan looked at Danny with sad eyes "I-I came here to", he looked at the others, Vlad growled his carnivores sharpening. "I came here to say Happy deathday and give you this", he pulled out a small box, it was just black and had a lock. Danny accepted it "I know you have been trying to clean up your act Dan... and I am proud you are... but you can't stay long. Ghosts are afraid of you and don't want you here", Danny said sadly. Dan nodded "I know, I just came to give you your gift. A bit of a 'thank you' and a 'sorry' for what I have done and for you for helping", Danny nodded and gave a smile. Dan nodded and smile back before disappearing in a light.

Danny looked at the box, opening it. He closed it quickly and rudded his eyes. "you guys can stay here if you want. I'm going to return to my room", and he retreated to his room before anyone can say. "who was that?", Dick asked Vlad. Vlad looked nervous but took a deep breath "that was Dan... Dan Phantom. He is the future version of Danny if Danny didn't fulfill his Odseson, the rest you have to ask Danny", Dick nodded. They all went to their rooms to sleep.

The GZ became dark as it was night. Danny sat in his room looking at the box. He smiled as he put on his bedside table. He then looked outside the window. Conner entered and smile at his boyfriend. "hey...", Danny hugged him "hey...", he said quietly. "I heard Dan came to visit", Danny nodded in his chest. "you alright?", Conner asks softly. "I will be, I just need some cuddles", Conner chuckled as he picked Danny up effortly and lied down on the bed pulling Danny close to him.

Danny snuggled into his chest and fell asleep.

He dreamed of his family and what he could do to keep them safe.
