Chapter 8

Heeji was left alone in the classroom.

Her head hurts so much,so she decides to sleep.

Meanwhile,Yena asked Chaewon how she is again...

Yena Chaewon

'Are you okay now?'

'No,not yet.'

'Not yet?'

'Yena,do you think it's really easy for me to just do that?Stop asking and just eat.'

Chaewon ended their conversation.

'She won't really stop doing it.Yuri should come back soon,she's the only one who can stop her.' Yena mumbled.

After eating,Yena and Chaewon went back to the classroom.

They see Heeji sleeping so they didn't interrupted her...

Minutes later,Yena tried to wake Heeji as their class is about to start soon.

'Heeji,wake up.'

But Heeji didn't responded.

'Ya! Wake up.' Yena tried to wake her again but there's just no response.

Chaewon approached Yena to find out what's wrong.

'Ya,what is it?'

'She won't wake up.'

Chaewon tried to wake Heeji too,but there's no response again.

Yena and Chaewon skip school to rush Heeji at the hospital.

They didn't expect what the doctor told them about Heeji's condition.

'Are you her family?'

'We're her friends.'

'Oh.Base on her test,we found out that she has been overdose with drugs.'

'What?'

'It's a good thing you rushed her here so quickly or else she would've lost her life.'

After that,the doctor excused himself.

Chaewon and Yena wondered if the doctor was saying the truth.

Yena Chaewon 'What did I just heard? Is she really overdose?'

'Ya! Did she tell you about this?'

'No,she never told me.'

'Don't tell her about this later once she woke up.'

'Then,what if she ask?'

'Don't worry,I'll handle it.'

Minutes later,Heeji woke up.

Yena Chaewon Heeji

'Heeji,are you awake? Do you recognized us.'

'Y-Yena-unnie.What happened?'

'Oh,that?...'

Yena looked at Chaewon,like she's signalling her something.Chaewon answered Heeji.

'You fainted earlier.'

'Oh...'

Heeji mumbled something...

'Liar.'

Heeji heard all of their talk earlier.

'They know it now.How am I going to hide this from them? They might get in trouble once I came back to them.' Heeji thought...

Trouble?What is Yuri referring to?FLASHBACKSHeeji overheard what the old hag(the man who kidnapped her) and Nako was talking about.

'She's regaining her memories back,what will we do now?'

'Just keep on drugging her.If ever she came back to her family,I'll kill all of them.'

'What?!!!'

'No one can find out who she is and where she came from.Once she leave us,her family and friends will be killed.'

Hearing that,Heeji was dumbfounded.

So ever since that day,she didn't tell Chaewon nor Yena that she already regain all her memories back,fearing that they will be in danger.

She too wants to come back to them,but she needs to do this,for her family and friends safety.

Meanwhile,the other two can't stop worrying about Heeji.

YENA CHAEWON

'YA! What should we do?'

'About what?'

'Heeji,,,'

'Let's just wait until she tell us.I'm sure she knew that we already found out.'

'What?'

'She heard our conversation yesterday.'

'WHAT?! What are you saying?'

'She knew that we lied to her.'

That's right,Chaewon heard what Heeji mumbled yesterday.

So she's hoping that Heeji should tell them about this soon.

but never did she know,now that she and Yena already found out about her situation,Heeji keeps thinking how she would hide this to them,,,

(don't get her wrong,she just badly want to protect them.)

A few days later,Heeji still didn't tell Chaewon or Yena about her situations.

Chaewon and Yena are getting suspicious of Heeji.

But they don't know how to make her tell them.

Just then,Yena thought of something.

YENA CHAEWON

'Ya! I have a plan.'

'What are you planning again? You will just fail again.I don't trust you.'

'YA! That's in the past.Just trust me this time.'

'No,I won't.'

'Just trust me this time.Don't tell me you're not curious.I know you.'

'Fine.But don't get me involve if you're plan don't work.'

'Okay.'

Yena planned it herself,not getting Chaewon involved.

She knew too that Chaewon wouldn't really agree to her plan,,,

Yes,back then,they used to plan something to prank Yuri,but Yena knowing how much Chaewon has changed so much in those passed 3 years,she just decide not to get her involved.

Yena decided to tell her plan to Heeji.

Yena knew something and that will be revealed later.

Yena Heeji

'Heeji,let's talk.'

'What is it,unnie?'

'You're hiding something from me,right?'

'No,I'm not.

'Don't lie to me anymore,Heeji,no Yuri.'

'U-Unnie...how did you...?'

'I heard you talking that you need to do this for us.Why? Why did you say that?'

'U-Unnie,it's because...'

'Tell me,Yuri.'

'It's because I want to protect you two.'

'What? Why do you need to protect us?'

'I overheard them talking that they do something to all of you,once I regain all of my memories back.'

'WHAT?!!!'

'So let me do this,unnie.'

'Then tell Chaewon about this.So that she won't suffer anymore bacause of the guilt of losing losing you.'

'No.I can't tell her,unnie.'

'Then,will you just let her suffer because of you? She missed you so much,Yuri.Don't you think it's time for you to come back to her?'

'No,not yet,unnie.Until I can make sure you two are safe.So don't tell her yet.'

'Then will you just let her continue commiting suicide because of you?'

'Unnie,what are you saying??? IS Chaewon-unnie trying to commit suicide?'

'Yes.I just found out a few days ago.So tell me,will you still keep it as a secret to her?'

'B-But,I'm scared,unnie.'

'That something will happen to us? Don't worry,we can protect ourselves.So just tell the truth to Chaewon,,you're the only one who can stop her.'
