Chapter 15: Finale

Author's note: Hello there! I'm really, really, really sorry for not updating recently, I have had A LOT of homework, and a group of crazy friends in whattsapp the whole day (you know who you are). But anyways I finished. Enjoy! ;)●●●

After some weeks later Rey and Ben decided to get married. The wedding was not so big, it was just a small celebration with friends. To the wedding assisted Finn, Poe, Rose, C-3PO, R2, BB-8, Chewie, and Leia.

They organized it in the garden of the house. Rey was wearing a beautiful white dress. And Ben was wearing his finest cloths, he hadn't use them in a very long time they were too fine to use them so often. The rest were also dressed nicely.

A priest married them. After that they ate a nice meal. They talked to each other, "Well... who would have imagined that these two will finish together" Poe said with humour, everyone laughed Ben and Rey blushed.

After the meal they danced for a few hours.

Everyone had a nice time, it even seemed that war didn't exist, it was so beautiful so nice, they never wanted to end.

After the party, they returned with the Resistance, Ben and Rey stayed in Chandrila, they will stay there to take care of their children. The rest, promissed to return to see the babies when they are born.

They went to sleep together, Rey cuddle on his chest and he ran his fingers through her hair until both fall asleep.

The Supreme Leader Hux wasn't a good leader. None of the leaders that the First Order had had are not the most suitable; Snoke didn't care about, Ben wasn't prepared enough, and Hux is just crazy.

The war between the First Order and the Resistance has been rough.

Phasma was whatching Hux look through the large window of the Finalazer, 'I'm getting tired of this rat' Phasma thought. She has considered the fact of helping the Resistance in secret, but that could put her in risk too, so she needed more time to think. Anyways the First Order was going to fall some day, and when that happened she was going to be there to laugh at Hux's face.

●●●Five months later...

Finally the day they have been waiting for has come, at first Rey was scared and that made Ben be nervous too.

Leia, Finn, Rose, and Poe were there too accompained by Chewie and the droids.

It wasn't so easy for Rey, but she could made it without any complications, just a few pain, but at the end ahe was alright. The frist one was a girl, and the second one was a boy. After some minutes, when they were ready, the visitors were able to come in, Leia was the first one to enter she was so excited to see the babies.

Ben was carrying the boy and Rey the girl, "Hi, let me see them!" Leia said entering, she stood up next to Ben and saw the boy's face, Ben was smiling and Leia smiled too, "He is so similar to you when you were a baby Ben." She said.

"Really?" Ben asked.

"Well, I just hope that he doesn't have your humour, we don't need a little Kylo Ren." Poe said teasing, Ben frouned.

"And how is the girl? Let me see her." Leia said, and went next to Rey to see the baby in her arms. "She is just like you Rey but with black hair." Rey smiled.

"And do you know how are they going to be named?" Rose asked.

"Luna and Jason." Ben and Rey said in unison.

"Oh, lovley names!" Leia said happily.

"Yeah they are lovely, the cutest in the galaxy." 3PO said.

BB-8 made a sad beep, Poe laughed a little, "Don't worry BB-8, you will always be the cutest droid."

"Of course BB-8, you are cute." Rey said and BB-8 made an 'ok' beep.

"Oohhh, Finn... don't you think babies are lovely?" Rose said.

"Yes they are." Finn responded.

"Well..."

"Eh? Ah... no, wait what?" Finn said blushing. "Eh... Rose... I think that's something we need to discuss seriously... some other day..." everyone laughed, Finn blushed more.

"Guys, what do you think of letting them have a family moment?" Poe said, the rest agreed and left the room leaving just Ben, Rey, Leia and the babies.

"Hey! How are you doing?" Luke said apearing as a Force ghost.

"Hi master Luke." Rey said.

"Hi uncle" Ben said.

"Luke! Come and see my new grandchildren!" Leia very happy, it was almost like if she wanted everyone to know how happy she was.

"Really beautiful, I think the Skywalker-Solo lineage continious..." Luke said smiling.

Suddenly Anakin's ghost apeared reclining on Luke's shoulder, and excitedly saying "Yes! I have great grandchildren!".

"Dad please..." Luke started annoyed.

"It's alright, who can blame him for being happy?" Rey said in response.

Both babies were sleeping calmly. Here at this precise moment, seemed that the Force was trully in peace, like if it was singing a sweet lullaby, they were safe and in home.

●●●Two days after...

Back in the house, Luna and Jason were sleeping at their cribs, finally at calm after a while of being crying.

Ben and Rey were sitting on a sofa it what used to be Ben's room, now it was their children's room. Rey had put her head over Ben's shoulder, and both were looking through the window.

It was a beautiful night, full of stars, the moon was full, rounded, and shiny.

"Ben, how can this peace feel real, if a new war is just starting?" Rey asked.

"I'm not quite sure Rey, the Force feels in calm here, but far away it stills being unbalanced." He responded.

"Why do you think is this because?"

He thought for a moment, what a good question... "Them..." he turned to look to his children. "They are part of the balance."

"And we are the other part. Right?"

"I think so." They gave a kiss to each other.

There are times that, doesn't matter the turmoil that's outside, if you have some who loves you beside you, every moment will seem to be a moment of peace. Some stories never really end.

She was fine being the light.He was fine being the darkness.But they fell in love, and the balance was born.
