HEY BABY, WELCOME HOME!

The timeline to this drabble happened 3 months before the night Mingyu fell sick

That day is a really tiring day for Seungcheol. One of his subsidiary company in Japan, almost files for bankruptcy. Lee Hwijae, the employee he trusted to manage his company in Japan has betrayed him. The blueprint to his project in Japan has been sold by him to a competitor. But Seungcheol is a smart CEO. He didn't make just one version of blueprint. He even has a more perfect and selling version.

For the sake of his project in Japan, Seungcheol flew there that morning. Been losing his trust to anyone, he eventually took care of it by himself, until he won that project.Tonight he's back in Korea. The clock shows 22.30 o'clock. He finds the house already quiet and dark. When he enters the living room, he sees his beautiful wife sleeping on the couch. A small smile creeps up on Seungcheol's lips. He kisses his wife and softly touches Jeonghan's shoulder, "Wake up honey..."

Jeonghan opens his eyes. Half consciously he looks up at Seungcheol and smiles widely, "Hey baby...welcome home..." Seungcheol's exhaustion for that day completely vanished as he sees his wife's smile. He hugs Jeonghan and kisses his face, eyes, nose, cheeks and ends on his lips.

Jeonghan just laughs at his husband's behavior, then he pushes his husband's body, "Wait, I have a surprise for you..." Jeonghan gets up from the couch, then takes a box with a ribbon on the table.

He shoves the box to Seungcheol, and with a gleam in his eyes, he forces Seungcheol to open it.

Seungcheol's confused with what's inside the box. 10 testpacks from various brands, all shows 2 red lines and a letter from a hospital of blood checkups that says his wife is pregnant.

When everything becomes clear and makes sense in Seungcheol's brain, Seungcheol laughs. He pulls Jeonghan in a tight hug and again kisses his wife's face. In between their blissful laughter, Seungcheol endlessly says, "Thank you...you're always full of surprises my angel...thank you for giving me a little angel in my life...I love you, angel...."
