What fandom am I writing for?

This story is a Harry Potter fanfic.

What prompt am I using?

I am using prompt thirteen. "When you challenge a magical being, the rules are simple: you must finish what you started, no matter the cost."

How am I using the prompt?

The magical being is Voldemort, but he is a magical being because the Horcrux makes him immortal until they're destroyed. Regulus is the one who challenges him by attempting to take out one of the Horcrux, yet he never finishes the job. Not only did Kreacher not destroy the Horcrux, there were even more Horcrux to go after. Sirius needs to find Regulus, so Regulus can finish what he started, but this is also a story where Neville is the boy-who-lived instead of Harry. At first, Sirius is the one feeling the cost of losing James and Lily, but Regulus has lost things, such as the ability to use his left arm.
