Chapter NineDoctor Shamal and The Hospital

~Anna's Pov~

I sit on my bed before grabbing my head.

Ugh... Why does my head hurt so much?

I get up from my bed, my head still hurting, and proceed to do my morning routine.

After I changed in my uniform I looked at the clock to see that it was almost time to go to school. I take my bag and quickly made my way downstairs.

I get in the kitchen to see Tsuna and the others looking at me.

"Onee-chan? I thought you're already at school." said Tsuna as he was watching me, worried.

"Is there anything left for me?" I say and take a seat at the table.

"Here Anna-chan." said Maman and put two fried eggs in front of me.

"Thank you, Mam-Ugh." my head starts to hurt again.

"What's wrong, onee-chan? Are you okay?-" Reborn kicked Tsuna in the head, stopping him from continuing to speak all these questions.

"You okay Anna? What's wrong?" said Reborn as he put his small hand on my forehead.

"I-it's nothing. Don't worry."

I eat my breakfast and then run to school. On the way there, my head starts to hurt again and was about to fall when someone catches me.

"Tsk, Tsk. Did you overwork yourself again?" my eyes widen and I look up to see someone I wish I didn't.

"Shamal..."

"Hai, darling. Missed me?"

I punch him and glare at him.

"Ha, you wish. But why are you here?"

"Of course, I came for the ladies."

This guy-

"Ugh."

"Easy there. What's wrong?"

"My head hurts since I woke up. It keeps annoying me."

"Hmm..."

"Well, I got to go. See ya, Shamal."

"See ya, Boss."

~Time skip~

This is so weird... My head doesn't hurt anymore... It stopped once I saw the weird Skull on Tsuna's palm.

"So he's going to die?" Reborn looked at me and smirked.

"I already called a doctor to cure him."

"A doctor?..." my face turns in one of disgust. "You don't mean Shamal, right?"

"Yep. It's Shamal."

"Ugh..."

I know he's a good doctor but why that pervert.

"Oh, we arrived." I say as I stop.

Wha-My head hurts again. Why?

He's in there.

???Who said that?

I look around only to see Reborn staring at me.

"What's wrong Anna?"

"Onee-chan, are you okay?"

"I'm fine. Let's just get in."

Once the door is open, we see how Shamal is trying to flirt with Bianchi.

Wait-'He's in there.' Don't tell me-

I run past Shamal and ran into my room locking it.

Nowaynowaynowaynoway...

After I thought for a while I concluded.

I can't believe it. I have Hyper Intuition!

Then I tilt my head to the side and smile a little.

Nah...That's not possible. I'm not related to Tsuna. Just a coincidence.

I look out the window to see that it was already dark.

I sweatdrop as I look out the window.

Just how lost was I in my thoughts?

~Time skip after a few days~

Poor Tsuna. He got into the hospital.

"So onee-chan..."

"Hm?" I look at him and smile.

"Why are you in the hospital again?"

"Ah...Well, you see..." I scratch my neck.

~Flashback yesterday~

I was taking a walk around the neighborhood when I hear a cat meowing like crazy. I was looking for her then I saw a few guys holding the said kitty above the edge of the bridge. I ran up to them and screamed.

"Give it back!" but I was too late. They tossed the cat in the water and without thinking I jumped after her. I ended up in the water and with a small cold.

When I got back home I was all wet and kept sneezing. Maman saw me and started freaking out for some reason.  When Reborn came back and saw me he called Shamal to come and cure me.

Of course, me being a girl made him arrive in just a few minutes which creeped me out.

In the end, they sent me here saying that my condition is grave.

~Flashback end~

"I think they just freaked out. I mean,  it's just a cold!"

The door opens and Maman comes in.

"Goodness, Tsu-kun.Anna-chan." said Maman as she put a few flowers in the vase."It's good that you two play hard, but you shouldn't be so reckless."

It's not like we wanted to be here either, Maman.

"I wasn't playing."

"I'll head home for now, but I'll return later. Is there anything you two want me to get?"

"Not really."

"Nothing Maman."

"All right. I'll come by later."

"Bye Maman!"

Once Maman is out of the room Tsuna begins to mumble to himself.

"As it turns out, I'm the only one who got hurt during all that ruckus."

I feel sorry for you, Tsuna.

"Hey, new guy." I look to the side to see a man looking at Tsuna like a predator.

This guy...I need to ask Reborn for a gun when he comes.

"Nice ta meetcha." said another man.

They laugh a little and Tsuna begins to scratch his neck.

"My name's Sawada, nice to meet you."

My eyes narrow as I watch all three men.

"You're in middle school, right?"

"And what if we are?" they look at me and all three of them smirk. My eyes just narrow more.

"That makes you the lowest on this room's food chain." said the man with an injured hand.

Huh? What kind of bull**** is this guy saying. And if we're talking about this room, lowest food chain then that will be you guys. We are from the mafia for god-

"A new gopher has been born." said the fat man.

A vein popped out on my forehead.

"You can walk using crutches, right?" said the one with glasses.

Another vein popped out.

Just continue to talk. You don't know what will end up happening to you.

Tsuna knew I was angry and tried to calm me down. Which he did. I can't be mad when I see my cute brother.

That doesn't mean I won't kill them in the end.

"So, why don't you go buy us some juice?"

"Why don't you go and buy some juice, hm, mister?" I say as I smile but my eyes don't.

Tsuna got up and made his way half across the room. I was about to stop him when the door opened and in came Dino's men.

"Hey, Tsuna. We stopped by to see you."

"Dino-san."

"Oh, Dino. How are you?"

"Hm? I'm fine Signora Anna. I just came to see Tsuna."

"Happy to hear you take care of my brother."

"Of course, he's my brother too after all." he turns to look at Tsuna with an apologetic face."I'm sorry, Tsuna. I was there and allowed you to get hurt."

"It wasn't your fault."

After a short talk, the man with an injured hand ran away, knocking Tsuna on the floor. Dino helped Tsuna up but a very ugly nurse came into the room.

"Sawada-san, it's very troublesome when you have people here that scare the other patients!"

"Then just move these guys in another room." the nurse glares at me and I just look at her with a bored face.

"Now why will I do that? It's his fault that these people came and scared the patients."

I raise an eyebrow at her.

"And you don't? Have you seen your face? Even now it scares the crap out of me." the nurse looks at me, all red at face from all the anger she tried to contain.

"Why you... We are nice enough to let you here and that's how you treat us?"

"Nice? We're paying for our stay here. It has nothing to do with your 'kindness'. Now leave and take these three clowns with you. I want to sleep."

The nurse came up to me and was about to slap me when Reborn appeared and pointed a gun at her while Dino was holding her hand.

Even some of Dino's men took out their guns.

"Who gave you permission to hit her?" said Reborn, giving off a little tiny bit of his KI.

The nurse was now trembling and I just smirk.

"Bye-bye miss nurse." with that she ran away and these three men followed her.

"You okay Anna? She didn't get to hit you before I came, right?" said Reborn looking at me.

I smile at him.

"I'm fine and thanks, she was getting on my nerves."

Reborn jumps on Dino's shoulder.

"We should go. Take care."

Dino's men were the first to exit and Dino was about to leave but I stopped them.

"Ah, wait!" Dino turns to look at me.

"What is it, Signora Anna?"

"Do you have a gun?"

"...Yes. Why?" I smirk.

"Just in case she comes back." Reborn appears in front of me again and hands me a gun.

"Give it back once you're out of the hospital." he smirks.

"Sure." and with that, they finally leave.

I dare you to come back 'miss' nurse.
