XVI:

Next Morning

It was 5:00am in the morning and Yeong was already in her way to workout at gym which is inside YG building. Yeong listens to her favorite playlist on her headsets as she entered the YG building after 15 mins of walk as a warm up. There was alot of staffs in the building so she greeted everyone with a smile & walked towards gym area.

Long hands wrapped around her shoulder making her look at the person beside her. It was non other than her best friend Haruto.

"Hey Yeong, how are you?" He said calmly with his low tone.

"I'm good, how are you? What's with you waking up so early today?" Yeong teased him.

"I always wake up early" Haruto said in confident tone.

"Yeah whenever he wanna workout, which happens once a month" Jihoon joined the conversation.

Yeong laughed.

"How are you Yeong?" Jihoon asked in concern tone.

"All good" Yeong smiled at him.

It was obvious that they wanted to ask her about the rumors going on but they didn't wanted to pressurize her so they stayed silent and talked as normally as they could.

After a small talk, they started working out together. As Yeong was doing her stretching & yogas. Jihoon & Haruto couldn't stop looking at her in concern knowing she wasn't as calm as she's showing.

"Should we ask hyung?" Haruto whisper to Jihoon.

"I don't think so, i don't wanna pressure her mind with these things knowing how hard it is already" Jihoon whispered back.

"But hyung, I'm worried about her. I don't want these stupid things to get on her mind" Haruto whispered.

"She's a strong girl, I'm sure she won't take these things to her heart or mind" Jihoon said calmly.

Haruto looked at her one more time & started working out again.

On the other hand Yeong was deep in her thoughts;

"I don't even have a courage to open social media today. Whatever happened yesterday was enough. So I've decided that I'll just focus on my work & not on these things"

Time Skipped

It was 8:00 am in the morning now. After working out for almost 3 hours Yeong is all sweaty & tired. She looked around and saw Haruto & Jihoon was ready to go as well. So she started walking towards them.

"Hey guys, done with workouts?" Yeong asked.

"Yeah we're done for today" Haruto smiled.

"Do you wanna grab something with us at the store?" Jihoon asked.

"Actually i won't be able to cause I'll be meeting my manager on the hallway. I have packed schedule today. Sorry guys" Yeong apologized sadly.

"It's okay Yeong. Take care & don't overwork yourself " Haruto said and hugged her.

Haruto and Jihoon left.

Yeong POV

As i saw them walking away slowly, i smiled sadly.

"Sorry that i lied, i just don't want us to be seen together. I'm scared if we'll get shipped too"

After they were far away, i walked out of gym slowly & started walking towards my home. As i was walking, i suddenly got a call from unknown number. I just cut the call but it kept ringing again & again. I finally decided to pick up as i entered my home.

Person on the other side didn't spoke a word so i stayed silent too. Then suddenly someone spoke;

"Hello" it was female voice.

"Yes?" i answered changing my voice.

"Is this Yeong?" she said.

"No, who is this?" i said.

After the long pause, i suddenly heard a screaming and i knew exactly who it was.

"YAHHHHH SHE'S JUST CHANGING HER VOICE. YAHHHHH YEONG" the female said.

"Yahhhh unnieeeee, you scared me" i replied.

It was none other than Lisa unniee who shouted.

"Sorry Yeong! This is my number. You don't have my number?" she said in dramatic tone.

"As if you ever called unniee" i replied back in dramatic tone too.

"Yahhh yahhhh-" she was cut off by another soft voice. It was Jisoo unniee.

"What are you doing?" Jisoo unniee said.

"Just arrived home from gym. Where are you?" i asked.

"We're at YG, Are you gonna come or not? We wanted to meet you." Jisoo unniee said.

"I'll come by 2:00pm unniee, we can meet then" i said with soft smile.

"Okay see you then" Jisoo unniee said.

Then we hung up.

As soon as i hung up the call, i rushed towards my room to shower as i was all sweaty. After taking a cold shower, i wore the outfit of the day. I choose simple comfy outfits.

I made simple breakfast for myself & stared at my phone screen for a while thinking should i ho through social medias or not!!But then i just decided to play some music. So i played "Bite Me by Enhypen" as i ate my breakfast.

I was done with my breakfast and suddenly my manager called me.

"Yes manager-nim" i said as i picked up the call.

"Good morning Yeong, actually Bang pd and Yang pd wanna meet you and Niki today. So you have meeting in an hour. Get ready, I'll come and pick you up" he said.

"Oh okay, I'll be ready" i said formally then he hung up.

I sighs and went to change again as i wanna look presentable infront of pd-nims.

At Hybe:

Enhypen is in their practice room as they danced on their new song for 5th times in a row. They have special appearance in Jimmy Fallon show in few days that's why they are practicing hard.

"It'll be live singing & dancing so we should practice hard guys" Heesung said.

"Maybe we should sing too as we practice" Jake suggested.

"Okay let's do that, one more time" Jungwon said and played a song.

Everyone sang their part as they danced looking at the mirror in front of them. Just then, door slowly opened and their manager walked in. As soon as they noticed him. They stopped and bowed at their manager.

"Hello guys, how's practice going?" he asked.

"It's good manager-nim" Jungwon said.

"Actually i have to take Niki for a while cause he have a meeting with pd-nim" he said.

"Meeting? All of sudden?" Niki said in confused tone.

"Yeah Yang pd wanna meet you and Bang pd-nim along with Yeong" he explained.

As soon as Yeong named popped out, they knew what this meeting was gonna be about. Jungwon looked at Niki who was already looking at him.

"You guys can continue practicing, Niki will join in few hours" their manager said.

Everyone nodded & Niki walked out with their manager.

"Is this what i think this is about?" Sunghoon said as soon as they walked out.

"I think so" Jay answered and others nodded.

"Maybe it's for good, they'll discuss and annouce that they are just friends" Sunoo said.

"Might be, but you never know" Jake said.

Others nodded and looked at their leader who went quiet again.

"Let's continue practicing" Jungwon said in leader tone.

Everyone nodded quietly and started practicing again.

Jungwon POV

"I don't wanna hear any unpleasing news from today's meeting, pleaseeee"

He thought for himself.
