"𝐅UCK!" Gwi-nam screamed, his voice muffled as he bit onto on the handle of his knife.
He sprinted through the darkened campus, the sound of shuffling feet and low growls echoing behind him. He had gone out to find Na-hee, but instead, he was met with a horde of zombies chasing him.
Desperate, he dashed back into the school, his heart racing, but as he turned a corner, he found himself cornered in the narrow hallway. With no other option, he bolted into the principal's office, slamming the door shut behind him.
Inside, he quickly killed the few zombies that had made their way in, adrenaline coursing through his veins. Once the immediate threat was neutralized, he sank onto the worn couch, utterly exhausted.
He ran a hand through his hair, frustration bubbling to the surface. "Where could Na-hee have gone?" he muttered to himself, the weight of worry pressing down on him.
Gwi-nam was convinced Na-hee was still alive, or at least, he desperately hoped so.
Just then, out of the corner of his eye, he noticed movement. Someone was emerging from their hiding place. He instinctively pointed his weapon in their direction, ready to defend himself.
As the figure stepped into the dim light, Gwi-nam's tension eased slightly. It was Mr. Song, looking worse for wear.
A smirk crept onto Gwi-nam's face as he took in the bruises on Mr. Song's left eye, a reminder of their last encounter when Gwi-nam had punched him square in the face.
"You're still alive, old man?" Gwi-nam taunted, his voice dripping with sarcasm.
"Old what? You little-" Mr. Song started, stepping forward in frustration, but he was abruptly cut off by the principal, who had been cowering in the corner of the office.
"That's enough!" the principal barked, his voice firm yet shaky.
Gwi-nam let out a scoff, his dark eyes narrowing as they locked onto Mr. Song. The tension in the room was palpable, a mix of fear and unease conflict hanging in the air.
Gwi-nam moved his neck, the sound of cracking joints echoing in the tense silence as he let out a deep, weary breath. He was probably contemplating ways to kill the insufferable dodgebag that stood before him.
His eyes narrowed as he glanced Mr. Song, gwi-nam's mind raced with possibilities, each more violent than the last. He could almost envision the satisfaction of putting the old man in his place once and for all.
Suddenly, a wave of sensation headache went through Gwi-nam, as he reach his head with his hand in pain, he shakes his head at the sudden ringing in his ears.
The sun was now rising, its golden rays streaming through the broken window, casting a warm glow across the room. Despite the sunlight, a chill lingered in the air, but Na-hee managed to keep her cool.
She woke up with the worst headache she had ever experienced, the pounding in her temples almost unbearable. As she lay on the cold floor, her head resting against the wall behind her, she let out a breathe trying to gather her thoughts.
Na-hee had slept next to the door, hoping that Na-yeon and Mrs. Park would return soon, and she imagined being the first to greet them with a smile. But as the minutes ticked by, that hope faded, and the silence around her felt heavy.
Nearby, the others were awake, their voices low as they discussed their possible plans for survival. Na-hee pulled Su-hyeok's blazer tighter around her shoulders, grateful for the extra warmth it provided.
At first, she found it hard to focus on their conversation, her mind still foggy from sleep and pain. But as she listened more closely, their voices we're becoming clear.
With a deep breath, she pushed herself off the floor, shaking off the headache, and prepared to join the discussion. Na-hee sat down on one of the chairs as she glanced at Nam-ra who was talking.
"We can't last long anyway... Three days without water, three weeks without food" Nam-ra stated, her voice steady but laced with a hint of urgency.
Su-hyeok glanced at her, confusion etched on his face. "What's that?" he asked, his brow furrowing in concern.
"How long a person can survive" Nam-ra replied, her expression still blank as she delivered the grim information.
"It's only been a day, you know. We have to try our best" On-jo interjected, her voice rising slightly as she engaged in the discussion, the tension in the room palpable.
"We'll show signs of dehydration today. And we won't be able to move tomorrow" Nam-ra countered, her tone unwavering, as if she were stating a fact rather than a possibility.
"What are you trying to say? Are you suggesting we should go out, or are you saying we'll die anyway, so we shouldn't bother doing anything?" On-jo exclaimed, matching Nam-ra's intensity.
Nam-ra glanced away, her gaze distant and contemplative. "I don't know." she admitted quietly, the weight of uncertainty hanging in the air.
"Then don't say anything." Ji-min added firmly, her voice cutting through the uncertainty like a knife.
"Are you saying we need to understand the situation in order to take action?" Cheong-san stated, trying to diffuse the tension that had built up between the two girls.
Nam-ra nodded slowly. "Yes, that's right." she confirmed, her tone softening slightly.
Dae-su nudged Na-hee, who turned to look at him in confusion. "What about you, Na-hee? What do you think?" he asked, his eyes searching hers for insight.
Na-hee cleared her throat, resting her head on the table, her expression unreadable. "Why me?" she asked, raising an eyebrow. She had been trying to listen to their conversation, not necessarily participate.
"Geez, you're scary when you're serious." Dae-su added, a nervous chuckle escaping his lips.
Gyeong-su then nudged him, his face serious. Dae-su then lowered his voice, as he remembered what had happened yesterday.
"Well, for me, we don't know anything at all. We need more information to decide whether to wait, run, or get out." Na-hee said, her voice steady as she tried to cut through the tension.
"What can we find out about this situation, and how?" Dae-su asked, his brow furrowing in thought.
"If we can check online if we have a cell phone" Cheong-san replied, his tone hopeful.
"But, we don't" Su-hyeok stated.
Na-hee thought about this for a moment, her mind racing. *Shit. The teacher's office. That's where my phone is!* she thought, furrowing her brows in concentration. *But it's dangerous.*
"The cellphones... are in the teachers' office." Na-hee finally told them, lifting her chin with determination.
Na-yeon would surely scold Na-hee for putting herself in a dangerous situation again. The thought made Na-hee's lips curve into a small smile.
"Sorry, Na-yeon" Na-hee whispered to herself, her heart pounding in her chest.
She stood up from her seat, feeling the weight of everyone's gaze upon her as her spirit surged with determination. Na-hee's heart raced at the thought of the teacher's office looming ahead.
"Hear me out, I have a plan" she stated, her voice barely above a whisper, but the urgency in her tone was unmistakable. She pointed toward the broken window, her eyes locked onto it as she stepped closer.
"We could try going through the window and towards the teacher's office." The group fell silent, the gravity of her words hanging heavily in the air.
"Although I know this is very dangerous, I could try doing that" Na-hee said, letting out a deep breath to steady herself. "It's my plan, so I have to take action."
Cheong-san looked between Na-hee and the others, weighing the situation carefully. "Na-hee, you have a point, but we need to be smart about this" Cheong-san urged, his voice laced with overprotectiveness and fear.
Na-hee glanced at him, her resolve unwavering. "Cheong-san, I need to do this. We need this." she insisted, her eyes fierce with determination.
"If I go through the window, I can check every room. I'll be quick and quiet. If it's clear, I'll retrieve the phone. I know the way to the teacher's office."
Her announcement sent a ripple of alarm through the group. Gyeong-su, who had been quietly observing, finally stood up from his seat, his expression cautious.
"Na-hee, that's dangerous!" he exclaimed, his voice firm yet filled with concern.
Su-hyeok looked torn, his protective instincts battling with the harsh reality of their situation. "I don't like this." he said, anxiety threading through his voice as he glanced around at the others.
After a tense moment of silence, Cheong-san was the only one who finally nodded in agreement. "Okay, but I'll be ready to help you. You can't do this alone." he declared, his voice resolute.
Na-hee's heart racing with each step. The others watched her with a mix of worry and anxiety, their expressions reflecting the tension in the air. As she carefully glanced at the broken window, the faint sounds of groaning and shuffling from outside sent a chill down her spine.
"You shouldn't go alone." Cheong-san insisted, concern etched across his features, his brow furrowed deeply.
Su-hyeok pushed himself up from the cold ground, his eyes lingering on Na-hee with a sense of urgency. "Let me do it." he offered, his voice steady but laced with determination.
Na-hee shot him an incredulous look, her eyebrows raised in disbelief. "Are you kidding me?" she replied, her tone sharp.
"You shouldn't go, it's dangerous. Don't play with death!" Na-hee scolded him, her voice rising slightly as she felt the weight of the situation.
"It's dangerous, so you shouldn't go either." Su-hyeok countered firmly, his concern growing as he stepped closer to her.
Cheong-san, sensing the tension between them, interjected, "It's just two rooms across and one floor down to the teacher's office, right? I know the way." His voice cut through the argument, trying to bring some clarity to the chaos.
As Su-hyeok and Cheong-san continued to bicker back and forth about who should go, Na-hee rolled her eyes at the two of them. With a determined stride, she made her way to the window, slowly lifting herself up and sending them a cheeky wink.
"Yah, you two are annoying." she teased, her voice light despite the gravity of the situation.
As she perched on the edge of the window, the others looked on, alarmed and scared for her safety. "I'll be back in a few minutes." she assured them, her voice steady as she moved forward, not looking back despite the chorus of calls from her friends.
"Yah! Kim Na-hee!" Joon-yeong shouted, his voice filled with concern, but Na-hee simply waved him off. The others echoed their worries, their voices overlapping in a chorus of anxiety.
Wu-jin ran his fingers through his hair, fear filled him. "What the hell..." He muttered to himself.
"Is she really going to go there by herself? That's dangerous!" On-jo exclaimed, her eyes wide with fear.
"Don't worry, I'll go." Su-hyeok said, determination in his voice as he put on the blazer that Na-hee had handed to him earlier.
He stepped closer to the window, but Cheong-san quickly pulled him back.
"Hey, I told you. I'm going with her" Cheong-san said quietly, his tone firm but low enough that the others couldn't hear.
Su-hyeok glanced at him, frustration bubbling beneath the surface. "Can we not fight? Na-hee is probably in danger right now," he urged, nudging Cheong-san with his shoulder.
"Why are you always in our way?" Cheong-san shot back, his voice rising slightly, but still, he made sure non of the others could hear them.
Su-hyeok let out a scoff, shaking his head. "Don't start now, Cheong-san." he replied, lowering his voice.
"You left me alone on the staircase, remember?" His tone was firm but quiet, the memory clearly still fresh in his mind.
"I didn't." Cheong-san retorted.
"Whatever, Na-hee needs me." Su-hyeok stated resolutely. He then lifted himself toward the window, glancing back at Cheong-san.
"You probably don't even know she has a fear of heights." he added, his voice tinged with urgency as he moved forward, towards Na-hee.
Feeling a surge of worry for Na-hee, Cheong-san followed after them. "Yah, Cheong-san is also stubborn." Gyeong-su chimed in, trying to lighten the mood.
"Whatever, if they don't come back with Na-hee, I'll kill them." Wu-jin muttered under his breath, his tone half joking but laced with genuine concern.
Dae-su nudged him playfully, trying to ease the tension, but Wu-jin shot him an annoyed look, his mind clearly elsewhere.
The air was thick with uncertainty, but one thing was clear, they all cared deeply for Na-hee, and they would do whatever it took to keep her safe.
Dae-su stood up from his seat, making his way toward the window with a determined stride.
"You too?" Wu-jin exclaimed, his tone firm and incredulous, disbelief etched across his face.
"Yeah, I'm going too." Dae-su replied, his voice steady and resolute.
"Stop." Joon-yeong insisted, a hint of frustration creeping into his voice.
"Why?" Dae-su challenged, crossing his arms defiantly, his brow furrowing in annoyance.
"You can't go out there at your size, fatso"
"Are you serious?"
Meanwhile, the three of them struggled to maintain their balance, gripping the wall tightly to avoid falling. Na-hee glanced back at Su-hyeok, then toward Cheong-san, her expression a mix of annoyance and concern.
"Why do you keep following me?" She asked, her voice edged with irritation, frustration bubbling beneath the surface.
Su-hyeok shook his head, a playful smirk playing on his lips. "What else do you have?" he replied, he glanced at Cheong-san his tone teasing, as if challenging Cheong-san to come up with a better plan.
Cheong-san let out a scoff, disbelief evident in his eyes. "You better stay close then." he warned, grabbing onto a nearby pillar as he carefully made his way to the other side, leaving Na-hee and Su-hyeok behind.
"Can we go in?" Su-hyeok asked, his voice low as he peered inside, scanning for any signs of danger. Cheong-san shook his head, signaling that it wasn't safe yet.
"Come back." Na-hee urged, watching as Cheong-san grabbed the other side of the pillar, carefully making his way toward them, his movements deliberate and cautious.
"What are we gonna do?" Cheong-san asked, letting out a breath of frustration as he reached their side, his brow furrowed in thought.
"Let's hang by our hands and go across" Su-hyeok suggested, a hint of mischief in his ttone
"No, I don't mean that" Cheong-san replied, rolling his eyes, a smile breaking through his annoyance. "We need a better plan than that."
Suddenly, Cheong-san shifted his attention to Na-hee, who was already looking at him with curiosity. He took a deep breath, his voice firm as he spoke.
"Na-hee, I heard On-jo likes you." Cheong-san stated, his eyes locked onto hers.
Na-hee nearly lost her balance, her heart racing as she processed his words. *I almost freaking fell!* she thought, panic coursing through her veins.
She slowly turned her head toward Cheong-san, who was watching her intently.
"What?" she managed to say, her breath coming in quick gasps.
Na-hee's eyes widened at the unexpected revelation, a whirlwind of emotions swirling within her.
Su-hyeok shook his head, a hint of exasperation in his voice. "Is this really the appropriate time to say that?" he questioned, glancing between Na-hee and Cheong-san.
"Na-hee almost fell!" he added, gently placing a hand on Na-hee's shoulder to steady her, his touch reassuring.
Meanwhile, Na-hee blinked repeatedly, trying to make sense of the situation. Was it Cheong-san's sudden confession that left her stunned, or the fact that she had nearly fell over? Perhaps it was both.
*Nam On-jo. Likes me?* Na-hee panicked in her head, then suddenly, she remembered it cleary, how she thought On-jo was planning to confess to Su-hyeok, but she was planning to confess to her!?
"Would you go out with her?" Cheong-san pressed, his eyes searching hers for an answer, a hint of vulnerability in his tone.
"Cheong-san, is that really important right now?" Su-hyeok interjected, disbelief coloring his voice.
He playfully nudged Cheong-san, who responded with a slight push in annoyance, his brow furrowing.
"I'm not asking because it's important. I'm just curious, that's all." Cheong-san stated, his voice tinged with irritation.
"Why?" Su-hyeok challenged, raising an eyebrow, a smirk playing on his lips.
"Nothing." Cheong-san muttered, clearing his throat.
"This is crazy news to me." Na-hee chimed in, her back pressed firmly against the wall behind her, trying to steady her racing heart and avoid looking down at the ground.
"Wait, you don't know?" Cheong-san exclaimed, blinking in surprise, his eyes widening.
"No?" Na-hee replied, panic creeping into her voice.
"Why do you think I'm having this panicky reaction right now?" she gasped, her breath quickening.
"Just go!?" she urged the two in annoyance, her frustration bubbling to the surface.
Su-hyeok nudged Cheong-san again, a playful grin on his face, and Cheong-san nudged him back, their playful banter momentarily easing the tension.
Na-hee shook her head in disbelief, her mind racing with thoughts. Now she had another thing to think about, all thanks to Lee Cheong-san.
Cheong-san peered cautiously into the teacher's office, his heart racing as he took in the sight before him. The entire room was filled with zombies, their forms shuffling aimlessly, moans echoing off the walls.
He quickly moved backward, turning to face Na-hee and Su-hyeok, who were anxiously watching him.
"So, what is it?" Su-hyeok asked in a hushed tone, his eyes wide with apprehension.
Cheong-san gestured for them to be quiet, and they complied, their breaths quickening as they listened intently.
The room was filled with the audible growls and snarls of the zombies, a chilling reminder of the danger they were in.
Cheong-san carefully lowered himself to observe the room more closely, his heart pounding in his chest. He slowly opened the window just a crack, trying to avoid drawing the zombies attention.
Suddenly, a loud thud reverberated through the office, causing the zombies to shift their focus toward the sound.
Seizing the opportunity, Cheong-san swung the window open wider and gestured to Na-hee and Su-hyeok that it was safe to enter.
They quickly made their way inside, hearts racing, careful not to alert any of the zombies lurking nearby.
As they approached the area where the phones were kept, the three of them heard the thudding noise growing louder, echoing ominously in the confined space.
"What's that sound?" Su-hyeok whispered, anxiety creeping into his voice.
Na-hee shook her head, her brow furrowed in concern.
"I don't know either." she replied, her determination pushing her forward. They cautiously peeked around the corner, and Na-hee's eyes widened in shock.
It was the female student who had been bullied, frantically smashing the phones against the table. Blood stained her white polo shirt.
A phone slipped from the table and slid across the floor, drawing the trio's attention.
Cheong-san let out a deep breath, steeling himself as he slowly and quietly approached the fallen phone, his hands trembling slightly.
Na-hee and Su-hyeok's breathing quickened, the tension in the air palpable as they exchanged worried glances.
Just as Cheong-san reached for the phone, the thudding stopped, sending a wave of dread through the three of them.
They exchanged anxious looks before turning their gaze back to the female student, holding their breaths in anticipation. In an instant.
Eun-ji locked eyes with Cheong-san, her expression a mix of rage and despair.
"I'M GONNA KILL YOU!" she screamed, her voice echoing through the room, sending chills down their spines.
The female student charged at him, taking everyone by surprise. She knocked him to the ground with a fierce determination.
"Give it to me, fucker I'll kill you!" Eun-ji shouted, grappling with Cheong-san on the floor, their bodies twisting and turning in a chaotic struggle.
Suddenly, Su-hyeok intervened, throwing Eun-ji against the lockers with a forceful shove. The impact echoed loudly, instantly capturing the attention of the nearby zombies, who began to fill the room with their menacing growls and snarls.
Na-hee quickly rushed to help Cheong-san to his feet, gripping his shoulder tightly as they both scrambled to regain their composure.
The three of them exchanged anxious glances, their eyes darting around the room in search of an escape route.
In a moment of desperation, Cheong-san spotted the phone lying on the ground. He quickly snatched it up, but as he examined it, his heart sank, the screen was cracked, it was useless.
"Shit." Cheong-san mumbled anxiously, frustration lacing his voice.
"What is it?" Na-hee asked, her voice trembling as she glanced around in panic, the growls of the zombies growing louder.
"This phone is broken!" Cheong-san uttered in desperation, his mind racing with the realization.
Su-hyeok, meanwhile, had made his way toward the window, oblivious to the fact that Na-hee and Cheong-san were still inside, desperately searching for a phone that hadn't been damaged by Eun-ji earlier.
"Shit." Na-hee mumbled under her breath, her heart racing as she lowered herself and crawled quickly across the floor.
In a swift motion, she kicked away a zombie that was too close for comfort, her eyes darting around in search of a phone.
Su-hyeok caught sight of her struggle and instinctively ran back inside, delivering a swift kick to another zombie that threatened his path.
Panic surged through Na-hee as she desperately scanned the room for a phone. Her eyes finally landed on her own, and a flicker of victory crossed her face. She lunged forward, her fingers wrapping around the device, relieved to find it miraculously undamaged.
Raising her hand triumphantly, she caught Cheong-san's eye, who noticed her success but felt a wave of panic wash over him.
"Su-hyeok, go ahead! We'll meet you back with the others!" Cheong-san shouted, urgency lacing his voice as he pushed a zombie out of their path.
"Go!" Cheong-san shouted again, his voice firm and commanding, cutting through the chaos.
With a determined grip, he seized Na-hee's wrist, and together they sprinted out of the room, racing down the hallway, the sound of shuffling feet and groans echoing behind them.
"Damn it." Su-hyeok muttered to himself, frustration boiling within him as he hurriedly ran back toward the window, narrowly avoiding a zombie that lunged for him with outstretched arms.
As the chaos unfolded around him, worry for Na-hee consumed his thoughts. He silently cursed himself for not being able to protect her, feeling the weight of responsibility heavy on his shoulders.
Cheong-san and Na-hee burst out of the hallway, adrenaline coursing through their veins as Cheong-san shoved a zombie aside with all his strength.
He stumbled momentarily but quickly regained his balance, determination fueling their desperate escape.
The two dashed toward the open window on the first floor, their hearts racing as they leaped through, landing outside with a thud. However, they found themselves cornered against the cold, unforgiving wall, the threat of zombies closing in around them.
Na-hee let out a deep breath, her chest rising and falling rapidly as she prepared to run again. Just in time, the zombies lunged at them, and both instinctively dodged to the side, sprinting down an open path that was momentarily clear.
With urgency in their movements, they dashed back inside, leaping through the window once more.
As they raced through the dark hallways, the growls of the zombies echoed behind them, signaling that more zombies were hot on their trail.
Cheong-san stumbled against the wall, but Na-hee was quick to react. She grabbed his shoulder, steadying him as they pressed on, her grip firm and reassuring.
"Come on!" she urged, her voice filled with urgency and determination. They spotted a nearby room and dashed inside, Na-hee slamming the door shut behind them with a loud thud.
Breathless and exhausted, Na-hee slid down to the floor, their backs pressed against the door as they tried to catch their breath, the weight of their fear settling heavily.
They exchanged worried glances, their eyes wide with the realization that they were still far from safe, the sounds of the zombies scratching and moaning just outside the door.
Na-hee and Cheong-san checked the room, their bodies straighten up as they saw the scenes playing in front of them. Gwinam was on top of the principal threatening him with a weapon, while Mr. Song was tied onto the principal chair his mouth shut with a fabric on his mouth.
"Is that mr. song and the principal?" Cheong-san told Gwinam anxiously.
As soon as the two got the others' attention, the hostages were practically trying to break free. "Get him off my back!" the principal told them.
Cheong-san stepped forward slowly. "what the hell gwinam?" he uttered. Na-hee stood beside him, alarmed.
"Na-hee, you're here! That's perfect! Help me tie his arms! This bastard won't stay still!" Gwi-nam called to the girl, his eyes widening at the sight of her.
Cheong-san pulled Na-hee towards him protectively. Gwi-nam's face dropped at the sight. "Come. here." Gwi-nam stated, his voice dark.
"You're finished do you hear me? I'm expelling you! untie me now!" the principal demanded Gwinam. Gwinam again, threaten the principal.
"Gwi-nam, stop that." Cheong-san told him. Gwinam then pointed the weapon at the two, causing them to stepped back slowly, cowardly in fear.
"Stop what? this two tried to kill me." Gwinam responded towards cheong-san. "This principal and teacher of yours told me to go out and get their cars." he continues. "what a joke."
Gwinam turned to look at Na-hee, "Na-hee i founded out something." he told her, a smirked creeping onto his face.
"At any point don't listen to him." Cheong-san whispered to Na-hee, that's what she was planning to do anyway.
"What could you possibly want to tell me? you're still the same person who keeps hurting everyone." Na-hee stated to Gwinam.
"Do you want me to keep it to myself?" Gwi-nam told her, a smirk playing on his lips. His eyes roamed over Na-hee, assessing her like a predator sizing up its prey.
There was a confident glint in his gaze, as if he relished the power he held in this moment.
Cheong-san grabbed the phone from Na-hee's hand, making her feel tense at the sudden urgency. His hand began to shake as he started to record the scene in front of them.
The principal let out a sigh. "Hey, that's right? Good idea!" he praised Cheong-san.
Mr. Song's words were muffled by the fabric, but they could tell he was also agreeing with Cheong-san.
"I'm filming everything." Cheong-san told Gwi-nam. Na-hee felt a lump in her throat as the tension in the room thickened.
"Cheong-san, don't provoke Gwi-nam." Na-hee whispered to him, panic rising in her voice.
She knew what he was capable of, especially since he was literally holding a weapon that could end them.
"Let go, or I'm sending this to the police immediately." Cheong-san continued, his voice rising.
Gwi-nam's expression darkened as he muttered under his breath, "You little... I'm going to kill you." The threat hung in the air.
"Just stop acting like human garbage. No one respects you just because you act tough." Cheong-san shot back, while Na-hee was practically in a panic.
"I'm the new boss of the school. Don't you get it?" Gwi-nam retorted, his glare at Cheong-san intensifying.
Cheong-san scoffed, "Don't make me laugh, you're just a pathetic loser."
Gwi-nam gripped his weapon tightly. "Yeah? Say that again." he challenged.
The principal tried to run, but Gwi-nam was quicker than him. He lunged at the principal and slashed his neck, causing his body to fall to the ground.
This scene made Cheong-san and Na-hee cower in fear. Na-hee covered her mouth in shock.
Gwi-nam walked slowly towards Mr. Song, who was now panicking. His eyes looked at Na-hee in a pleading way, as if seeking help.
In a flash, Gwi-nam stabbed Mr. Song's eye and neck repeatedly, blood gushing out and drenching Gwi-nam's uniform in a gruesome display.
Na-he looked away in horror and disgust, her heart racing as she struggled to process the brutality of the scene unfolding before her. The sound of the struggle echoed in her ears.
Gwi-nam looked over at them as he moved back to his spot. "So, am I still a loser or what?" he taunted Cheong-san.
"Na-hee, get over here." Gwi-nam called out, gesturing for her to come closer. But Cheong-san stood protectively in front of her, his glare daring Gwi-nam to make a move.
"She's not going anywhere." Cheong-san told him firmly.
"She's mine." Gwi-nam said to Cheong-san, his voice darkening.
"As if." Cheong-san spat back, challenging him.
Gwi-nam charged his weapon toward Cheong-san, but he managed to avoid it, dragging Na-hee close to him.
"Na-hee, get away from Cheong-san!" Gwi-nam yelled at her as he raised his knife towards them. He then charged at Cheong-san.
"Shit, what's happening?!" Na-hee yelled as Cheong-san grabbed her hand, and they sprinted out of the room.
"Just hold on to me!" Cheong-san told her as they ran through the hallway, Gwi-nam close behind, his loud footsteps echoing ominously.
"Damn it! Kim Na-hee!" Gwi-nam yelled from behind them, which only made the two run faster.
"Kim Na-hee. You're driving me insane! Come here!"
Gwi-nam didn't even think as he ran, he threw his knife toward Cheong-san,Gwi-nam thought the knife was about to hit Na-hee but it struck the back of Cheong-san's head with a sickening thud.
The impact sent a jolt of pain through Cheong-san, causing him to stumble forward. "Shit!" Cheong-san uttered in pain.
Gwinam let out a satisfying smirked as he chased the two infront of him. He would do anything to get Na-hee in any way possible.
Fucking hell, he could forget about the phone, it's fucking useless. Na-hee was the only thing that mattered. The thought consumed him, a dark obsession swirling in his mind.
This time no one would take her away from him.
Not 𝑎𝑔𝑎𝑖𝑛.
