Jungkook's dark eyes bore into hers, an intensity so sharp it sent a shiver down her spine. His grip on her shoulders was firm-unyielding. Not out of rage, but control. Dominance. He wasn't asking for permission. He never did.

His expression was unreadable, but there was no regret in his gaze. Only possession. Only certainty.

"I know I'm a horrible man," he murmured, his voice low-almost a confession. "Damn it, I admit it. I'm the worst. An insult to men, to spies, to everything I once claimed to be."

He exhaled sharply, frustration flickering behind his cold facade.

"And I know what I did was unforgivable." His voice dropped even lower, a dangerous edge creeping into his tone. "I fucked up. Ruined everything."

His fingers tightened, but not in desperation - never desperation.

"I am the worst kind of man. A beast. And nobody deserves a monster like me."

A bitter chuckle escaped him, rough and hollow. "Fucking hell." He cursed under his breath. Then, his grip turned almost possessive.

"But you have no right to leave me."

The words weren't a plea. They were law. A finality that sent a chill through the air.

"Did you hear me?" His gaze darkened further, his thumb grazing her collarbone, a silent warning.

"You. Can't. Leave me."

He let the silence stretch, allowing his words to sink in before continuing.

"I know I ruined everything. Every single thing, including you. And I won't deny it." His lips curled slightly, almost taunting.

"But if I was the one who tore it all apart, then I'll be the one to fix it. Every fucking thing I destroyed-I'll put it back together."

His eyes burned with something dangerously unwavering. "This story of yours? Maybe it started with revenge. With hate. With vengeance." His voice was laced with certainty now, a promise she had no say in.

"But it will end with love."

His dark gaze bore into her soul, daring her to defy him.

"And I'll make sure of it—whether you want it or not, because You. Don't. Get. A .Choice."

Evie's hands trembled as she grabbed his collar, yanking him close with a force fueled by nothing but pure, unfiltered hatred.

Her eyes-once filled with love-now burned with betrayal, with the kind of pain that turns warmth into ice.

"You fucking bastard." Her voice cracked, but her resolve did not. "You still have the audacity to stand before me after everything you did?"

Tears threatened to spill, but she refused to let them fall. Not for him. Not anymore.

"I trusted you. I loved you. And this is how you repay me?" Her voice rose, a storm building in her chest.

Her nails dug into his shirt as she tightened her grip. "I hate you, Jungkook. I will hate you for as long as I breathe. I don't care how much you try to change—" A single tear betrayed her, slipping down her cheek.

"I hate you for destroying my life, for tearing everything apart just for your useless revenge. You pathetic idiot. Worthless bastard !!"

Her breathing was ragged as she spat out the words. "You can lock me away, chain me, torture me—" Her voice sharpened.

"Threaten me again. Hurt me. Do whatever you want, because I've already gotten used to your disgusting ways."

"But you will never make me love you again."

There was no hesitation in her tone. It was final.

"You can't fix something that's broken beyond repair." She shoved him away, chest rising and falling with fury. "Try all you want, Jeon Jungkook."

Another tear slipped free, but she no longer cared. She let it fall as she whispered her final promise:

"You won't fix anything. You won't be able to fix anything. Mark my words."

Her voice dropped, venomous, unwavering.

"I will curse you every single day of your miserable life. And you will regret every second of it."

She let out a broken laugh, wiping her tears harshly. "You don't want me to leave? Fine. I won't go."

She looked at him through tear-stained eyes, filled with hatred–filled with the kind of loathing that could burn the world down.

"You don't want me to leave? Then I'll stay."

"I will stay here, trapped in this cage with you, waiting- waiting for the day you crumble beneath the weight of your own sins."

"I will stay and watch your downfall."

"I will wait until you have nothing left but regret. Until you are left with nothing but the ruin you created with your own hands."

"And for that day, I will not leave you." She took a step closer.

"I will stay. And I will be part of your destruction every single day, until the very end."
