Third Person's POV

They decided to get married where Valarie's parents got married. Which is the Notre-Dame Cathedral. They had the whole two days to prepare and they just pulled a few strings to get the wedding together and it was just gonna be the 'X' clan and their families, Rae, Hyungwon's parents and Emmy and her family. Valarie was getting ready, with the help of Shannon, Kimberly, Alex, Morgan and Rae. All the ladies were helping her with the dress and the makeup and hair. She ended up with a simple white gown that is sleeveless and cups her breasts perfectly, which flairs out nicely, and her hair was pinned back and curled, with little flowers in it. Shannon decided to go for the doll look for her and they were done.

"Thank you so much for helping me. It was so sudden and the both of us can't wait" Valarie laughed, nervously.

"You look really pretty. Here you go" Emily passed her the bouquet of roses and she was ready. She had Paul walk her down the aisle. Everything is so sudden, but everyone made it to the wedding.

"You look perfect" Morgan, Minhyuk's wife stated.

"Me and Minhyuk just registered our marriage, we never had an official wedding. So, I get really excited seeing other people getting married" Morgan stated, as she fixed Valarie's hair.

"Thank you so much, for the hair" Valarie thanked her, giving a small smile.

"You're welcome. Your father is waiting outside for you" Morgan said, before she walked out. Valarie felt a tug at her heart. She must've mistaken Paul for her father, but then again, she doesn't know her history. Valarie took a few breathers, watching as she was the last one in the room. She stepped out and was instantly met with Paul's smile.

"You look beautiful" Paul exclaimed, grabbing both her hands and kissing them. Emmy was there with the camera and she was in charge of taking the pictures. Valarie smiled at the camera, and Paul offered his arm. Valarie hold onto Paul, as they headed towards the entrance of the cathedral. This is it. This is the moment. Her eyes teared up a little, as she looked at Paul, as they waited for the door to open.

"Valarie, you're the most beautiful woman in the world today. I know your family would be so happy and proud for you" She blinked away the tears and she nodded.

"I hope so too" She doesn't want to cry. It is supposed to be the happiest day for her.

"Thank you, Paul. For everything" Valarie said.

"You're like my own daughter. So, it's like an honour" He replied. Valarie smiled at that.

"I can't believe he's getting married. I really thought that no one would actually end up with that skinny bastard" Alex commented to Jooheon. Jooheon chuckled at that.

"Just so you know, I said I wanted you to be my date for the next wedding I'll be attending. But, I'm just glad that at least I get to sit next to you" Jooheon stated.

"You should've seen her at the last wedding we went" Changkyun commented to Rae.

"Yeah, I know! Jooheon told me! You were a badass!" Rae exclaimed to Alex. Alex smiled at that.

"Thank you" Alex said, liking Rae already.

"Alex, you better behave this time" Kimberly said, which Wonho nodded too.

"Honey, if I behaved, you wouldn't end up with your husband right now. So, I can't promise you that" Alex said to Kimberly.

"Honey, don't" Changkyun look at her. worriedly.

"It's nothing serious. I'm just making a meme out of Hyungwon" Alex said.

"Oh my god! I love memes!" Morgan and Rae stated at the same time.

"Baby, you're a mother" Minhyuk shake his head slightly at his wife, but he can't help the small smile.

The door opened and the bridal march song started playing. Valarie instantly sees Hyungwon's back that was facing her. Something about his back that gives a sense of comfort just looking at it. He turned around to face her, a smile on his face. He was clad in all white, a rose tucked in his chest pocket. All eyes were on her as she walk down the aisle, with a happy smile. Valarie see the 'X' clan along with their families on one side and Emmy's family, including Hyungwon's parents on the other. Minji, Minhyuk's daughter, Aria, Wonho's daughter, as well as Sera, which is Kihyun's daughter were the flower girls, throwing petals down the aisle.

"Oh my god! I can't believe it" Rae stated, looking at Valarie, as her eyes glistened a little.

"She's such a baby just a few days ago, and now look at her" Rae added, her voice cracking a little. Everyone watched as she reached the end of the aisle. Valarie and Paul kiss each other's cheeks and Valarie accepted Hyungwon's outstretched hand. They stand, facing each other and holding each other's hands tightly. She blushed, seeing his deep stare that was full of love.

"We are gathered here today, to unite these two people in marriage" The priest started, his english sounded with a French accent.

"I love you" He mouthed to her, making her blush harder and crinkle her nose slightly as she suppressed a giggle.

"Love you too" She mouthed back.

"Do you both pledge to share your lives openly to one another, and to speak the truth in love?"

"We do" They said in synchronization.

"Do you promise to honor and tenderly care for one another, cherish and encourage each other, stand together through sorrows and joys, hardships and triumphs for all the days of your lives?"

"We do" They said.

"May these rings be blessed as a symbol of your union" The priest stated. The ring bearers, which is the twins,  Changki and Changmin, Alex and Changkyun's kids brought the rings to them on a floral tray. They exchange the rings, it was a simple white gold, diamond ring.

"I pronounce you husband and wife, you may now kiss the bride" The priest announced, and without a second to lose, they both lean in and place a short, but deep kiss. As they pulled away, they heard everyone cheering.

They held the after party at the roof of the hotel, just blasting some music, having some drinks and some friends over. Valarie was wearing a white and baby pink dress, and her hair was let loose and curled at the end. She was talking with Alex and Kimberly, on the balcony, looking out at the scenery.

"I'm sorry I said those mean things to you" Alex apologized.

"Don't worry. All is forgiven"

"Like I said, one day she'll regret her words" Kimberly said.

"You know what? I actually kinda respect you. Because I didn't think anyone was gonna end up with him and can stand his attitude, but you did. So, cheers to you!" Alex said, bringing up her glass and Valarie clinked it with hers.

"Look at them" Kimberly said, as she nudged her chin towards a direction, and they all looked and saw the 'X' clan together, all of them clad in white and drinking champagne.

"When I think they couldn't look even more rich and powerful, I was wrong" Alex stated. Valarie's eyes caught Hyungwon staring at her, and she blushed and look away.

"Oh, Mrs. Chae" Kimberly greeted Hyungwon's mother, as she approached Valarie. Valarie tensed up at that for a moment, before she relaxed.

"We'll excuse ourselves" Alex and Kimberly went off, leaving Valarie alone with her mother-in-law. Valarie turned to face her mother-in-law, instantly seeing the displease on her face.

"I'm going to be blunt, that I don't like you, for the fact that my son changed because of you" She started. Valarie gripped the drink in her hand tightly.

"But I am grateful to you that you made him happy. You gave him the happiness I couldn't" His mother's eyes teared up. Valarie felt a pang in her heart, seeing her crying. She can't stand seeing a mother cry, especially after what she's been through. Her memory of her mother, is only about her mother crying, and nothing else.

"Mrs. Chae, don't think that" Valarie instantly gripped Mrs. Chae's hands, as she started to cry.

"I grew up, wanting a mother that cared as much as you cared for Hyungwon. I envied him for having a mother like you. And here you are, saying you didn't give him enough. When you gave him more than enough" Valarie stated, she glanced at Hyungwon for a moment, seeing him for afar, talking with his friends, laughing and smiling from ear to ear.

"Look at how happy he is" Valarie stated, Mrs. Chae turned and look, as she wiped her tears.

"You did that. It happened because you gave your blessings. And I can't say it with words, how much I'm grateful for your blessings" Mrs. Chae smiled at Valarie's words.

"Thank you so much, dear. And I apologized if I hurt you in anyway" Mrs. Chae cupped Valarie's face, and look at her adoringly.

"Did I miss something?" A voice budged into their conversation.

"Mother, why are you crying?" Hyungwon asked, reaching over to hold his mother's hand.

"I'm just happy to see you happy, my son"

"Eomma. Stop crying. You won't lose me, I promise" Hyungwon replied in Korean.

"Oh, you're so lucky to have her" His mother said. Hyungwon smiled at that, as he glanced down to look at Valarie for a moment.

"You're right. I am"

"Oh my god. I can't believe my son is married" His mother said, as she walked away.

"I want grandkids" She managed to cry out, making Hyungwon and Valarie to tense up for a moment, before they started to chuckle. Hyungwon hugged her from behind, kissing her cheeks. She smiled at the feeling, looking out at the scenery of the Eiffel tower.

"What did you say to her?" Hyungwon asked, looking down at Valarie. Valarie smiled, she was anticipating this question.

"I said to her that I am grateful for her blessing, and that I envied you for having a caring mother" Valarie said, honestly. Hyungwon softly smiled at her reply.

"You are a charmer, you know that?" He stated, giving a soft peck on her cheek.

"Why is that?" She turned her head to look at him.

"No one can make my mother turn soft like that, but you just did" He stated, leaning closer until the tip of their noses touch.

"And you made her cry too" He added, instantly she pulled away laughing.

"I did not make her cry" She said, between laughs.

"Yeah, you did" He said, nodding jokingly. She just laugh at that, playfully hitting his chest.

"But there's a way you can make it up to her" Hyungwon stated. Valarie's eyebrows raised at that.

"Oh, yeah? And what is it?" She asked, narrowing her eyes on him.

"I suggest that you give her grandkids" Hyungwon said, instantly she gape at that.

"I don't think my husband is up for it. I'm sure of it" Valarie tried to be cynical.

"Oh no! He told me he's ready!" Hyungwon protested in all seriousness, making her chuckle.

"I mean, why not? We just did it yesterday" He said, instantly she blushed and shushed him.

"Chae Hyungwon! What if someone overhears? There are kids around" Valarie hissed, as she looked around to make sure no one heard them. He bit his lip at that, thinking how cute she looks at the moment. He cupped her face, leaning close and giving her a deep, passionate kiss, catching her off guard. She slowly kissed him back, feeling as if everything faded around them, and it was just the both of them in the world.

"Hey, you" Rae heard someone called  out to her, breaking her out of her trance. Rae turned to see Jooheon coming closer to her, a hand in his pocket. She smiled seeing him.

"Wanna get out of here?" He asked, leaning closer and placing a soft kiss on her lips. She nodded and took his outstretched hand, letting him lead her away. Rae glanced back one more time at the newlywed couple kissing, and she looked back to Jooheon. She was sure this time, that he's the one for her.
