chapter 4

* they are 7 !!!! yay ! okay now back to the story !*

" HOLLY WAKE UP IT'S TIME FOR SCHOOL!!!!!" Hannah , who is now six, and Hayley scream in my ear . i sleepily sit up ,pushing back my neon yellow and pink striped blanket . " but i don't wanna " i whine . " if you don't  get ready then mommy said you don't get to hang out with ross after school " she told me .  " WHAT !!!!! im up im up " i hop out of bed and rushed to my closet . " anna you might wanna go get ready too . first grade is a lot of work " Hay told anna . " what should i wear for the first day of spring " i ask Hay who spends all her time on fashion . " wear a yellow tank top and blue shorts , put you hair in a high poney tail and wear your red converse . " she suggested . i nod and wave her out of my room . i change into just that and add on a few band bracelets . once im done changing i give my self one last look in the mirror and step out of my room . i skip down the steps and enter the kitchen where mommy is laying a plate of poptarts in an empty spot . i smile and walk into the kitchen . " well don't you look cute today for the first day of spring " mommy commented as i walked over to my seat . i pulled back my chair and plopped down . " thank you mommy Hay picked it out " i smile . haley nodded with a perky smile perched on her perfectly pink lips . " well you did a great job Hayley but props to the model . you girls should totally model for me one day " mommy winked at us . we both giggled and continued eating . soon anna joined us at the table wearing a red tank top , shorts, and black flat shoes .  her lushes blonde hair was in a fish tail braid to her side . " Hay did you pick that out too " i ask her . she smiled and nodded . " wow sweet heart you have a true gift . " mommy complimented her . " thank you mommy i learn from the best " she smiles innocently . " OKAY !! NOW TIME FOR SCHOOL GET IN THE CAR " mommy claps happily .  we scoot off from the table and head to mommy's mustang . we gather in the back seat . " mommy how can you fit with the peoples in your belly " anna asks mommy . " anna ! you used to be one of those peoples . " i scold her for the rude comment she made about mommy's fatness . " anna that was very rude . but if you must know your brothers will be due in a month and i can fit in the car just perfectly thank you . " mommy frowns in disappointment . " sorry mommy " anna frowns . mommy gets in the car and drives us to Littleton elementary . she parked into a parking space and me and my sisters climbed out of the car . " i love you all . i will see you at home . have a good day at school okay . i love you " mommy air kissed us.  " bye mommy we love you too . bye !" we waved and walked in the school . " anna , don't forget to by your lunch today with the money . do not punch any body today . and if you pull all your sticks thn we are gonna tell mom this time " i place my hands on my hip . " okay , okay fine you win . here's lunch money " anna gives us our lunch money from mommy ." okay now go . you can't be late to miss macarty's class again " Hay folds her arms . anna skips off to class . " now  lets go to class " i hold out my hand for hay to take and we walk into mrs. Barbra's room . sadly we don't sit together , we sit in opposite sides . i sit with ross though . so it's all good . we find our places and sit down . then in walks mrs. Barbra . " okay class today we are gonna write notes to our older selves . do i have a volunteer to pass out the papers ?" she asks . i raise my hands along with the many others . " ahh , miss Holly why don't you do it today " she smiled at me . she handed me a stack of blank papers and i passed them out to everyone . " okay at the top of your paper put your name , class, and in big letters the date and your grade which is second grade " she instructs us . i write neatly at the top of my paper

" okay now that that is done here are a few ideas of what you would want your older self to know .

- what you want to do in the future

- advice for your older self

- how your life is and best moments are

- or maybe about your social life

after you finish we will put them in envelops and you will recive them when you reach high school . " mrs. Barbra says . " now get to work " she smiles at us . okay okay what to say ? what do i want in the future ? oh i know ! to stay best friends with ross and the lynches ! to be good at sports ! yea i need that . and to be a good big sister . for anna and the new babies ! . okay now write it down Holly

hi it's your younger self ! in the future i hope that i stay bestest friends with ross and the lynches . i NEVER EVER ! want to lose him as a friend ! i also really want to be good at sports so people will stop laughing at my un athletic ability . and i wish to be a good big sissy to Hannah and the new babies !!! .

okay -so some advice i can give myself is , haha my self , stay yourself , myself ? i don't know whatever . keep our cool awesomeness because that's what we are . you should also be nicer . being mean gets you know where . i learned that the hard way . that's a story we both know so no need to explain . stop eating so much so we don't get fat . and STAY BEST FRIEND WITH ROSS HE KEEPS US SANE !!!

my life ? well ross and i have lots of fun . we do dance contests all the time . he taught me how to play my guitar i got for my birthday from him . rocky is teaching me how to sing along with my guitar . rydel is my crazy minion she is how i look awesome everyday . riker and Ryland and ross are my play buddies. them and my sisters have lots of fun .

just then mrs. Barbra walks over to me . " lovely job miss Holly . you and Haley need to leave now though sadly . your mom has had the babies " she tells me . my eyes widen and i drop my pencil i nod and hug ross quickly . " whats going on " he asks . " tell you later bye !" i grab my backpack and rush with Haley to find Hannah . i see her running down the hallway and we run over to her . " COMMON !" we yell . we scurry to the front office and see a grumpy daddy . " come on you worthless kids get in the car " he scream at us . we jump in the backseat as he speads down the highway . soon there are sirens behind us . " ah sh**" daddy curses . a coppy comes to the window . " sir show us your license " he says buffley . he shows him some type of card . the coppy notices daddy has like 10 tickets already . " you need to come with us your going to jail for a few years for not paying these tickets " he tells him . daddy gets out of the car . " whats going on "anna fears . " i don't know " i shrug . i roll down the window . " what is going on " i ask seeing daddy being pushed in the car . the coppy looks at me in shock . " there are kids in the car " he says to his shoulder . then he walks over to the window ." where were you going to " he asks . " the hospital my mommy is having the new babies "Haley pipes holding anna close . " oh dear . good thing we have 2 cars . i will take you there okay "  he tells us we just nod and get out of the car , to follow him to his car. we sat in the backseat and silently rode to hospital . it was a very awkward silence . luckily we wered close to the hospital so the ride was fast . he pulls up to the hos[ital. and we get out . we follow him inside to a desk with a lady behind it . they talk for awhile and then finally he leaves . " hello dears " she smiles at us . " hi " we say quickly . " who are see " she asks kindly . " mommy " anna tells her . " can i get a name " she asks . " Harper Thomas " i tell her . she smiles at her name . " she is room 325 " she tells us . " Katie will you be a dear and bring these girls to room 325 Harper Thomas " she asks a black haired girl with pale skin in blue shrubs behind her . " of course " she smiles and walk over to ud . " well hi there . my name is Katie and who might you 3 be " she asks . " im Holly and these are my sisters Haley and Hannah " i tell her . " wow the 'h' must be a family thing that's adorable " she smiles and takes mine and Hay's hands . " so are you excited to meet your new siblings " she looks at us . " yes . i wanna be a very good big sissy " i smile happily . " we really do Hannah isn't that much younger , but it would be nice to have some more friends around the house . " great ! now you have to know these babies are  7 years younger than you " she says sternly leading us into the elevator . " but why " anna pipes . " well you are all 7 now and the babies are being born now so that makes you 7 years older because    that's  how old you are when they were born " she says sweetly. " but im 6 " anna pouts out her lip . " oh well than your 6 years older than your new family . the elevator doors open and we walk outside . " so we are looking for room 325 ,hmmmm . OH! here it is room 325 here you go " she turns to us . " i bet you guys are gonna be the best big sisters ever " she opens the door for us to enter the room and then she walks away and returns to working. when we walk i see blue painted walls with a huge window and a comfy bench bed thing below it . next to the window in the center of the room was a bed with machines attached to it . then there was a bathroom , a table , and a TV . " mommy !" i run over and hug her . she was holding 2 babies in her arms . " why are there 2 of them " Hay asks . " Holly , Hayley , Hannah  meet your new brothers .....Henry and Harvey " she whispers to us . Hayley and anna run to her side by me . " mommy can i hold one " i ask . " of course sweet heart . here . put your arms like this, and hold his head " she instructs me as i hold Henry . " hi Henry , welcome to the world . we live in Littleton Colorado i am very much sure you will like it here " i tell hi . he reached up and touches my nose . i kiss his small little forehead and rock him slowly . " anna come here " i call her over . she walks over to me . " this is Henry . tell him how great of a big sister you'll be . " i say softly . she smiles and nods. " hi Henry , i am your big sister Hannah but when you can talk you can call me anna . we are gonna have so much fun playing together . and when you meet my best friend Ryland and his family we can all have big fun playdates !!!" she says excitedly . '' and this is Hayley , Henry "  walk over to her . " Hayley is also your older sister and me 2 . we are gonna   make sure your life on earth is awesome " i tell him . " we sure are " she smiles adoring his face . " and this is mommy , she will love you forever. she helps with our ingeury's , our problems, she makes us some yummy food to eat . she buys us cloths . she is also a very nice mommy . you will love her . " i tell Henry . " and at last your life long partner . your twin Harvey . you guys will have so much fun growing up together . and i can't wait to see it " i smiile . " that was very sweet " mommy smiles at me. " now where is your father " she asks . " in jail " i answer . " for what " mommy asks shocked . " not paying tickets " Hay shrugs .  " for how long " she asks . " a few years . " anna answers . " well okay then now he can't hurt us " she sighs of relief . " why do you put up with him if he hates us " i ask in confusion . " because i thought he loved us . iv'e been trying to get rid of him for years . but he keeps threatening me " she admits. " now we can live a happy life " ......................
