chapter 1

* please note that this is from when ross lynch and holly meet , to when ross moves  to California, so don't just click away . if you would like to skip the parts when they are younger than you may thank you *

" common Holly it's time for pre-k " mommy yelled from downstairs . " coming " I giggle and race downstairs to see Haley , my sister that was as old as I am , and Hannah , my sissy that is younger than me . " there she is my little girl ! are you ready for school honey " mommy asks picking me up . " yes mommy " I laugh as she spins me around . " well good . Haley is not in your class so you need to make new friends okay " mommy tells me . I nod knowing I won't see Haley . "okay good . are you ready to go " she asks . I nod again . she grabs her keys and we go out to the car . first mommy buckles me and Haley in the back seat and then then she drives away . we drive to this weird looking building with writing on it . I can't read it though . she pulls into the parking lot and gets me and Haley out of the back seat . " okay girls hold my hand so we go inside " mommy tells us . I hold her hand and we walk across the street . " mommy what are those letters on the building say " I ask . " it say Littleton care for kids " she answers me back . " okay " I smile and we walk through the doors . " Holly and Haley Thomas age 5 " mommy tells another lady . she nods and points to a back door . we walk to the  back door and mommy opens it up . it was so cool here ! I saw a blonde kid over in the lego section ! I love legos ! . " alrighty I will see you later okay " she tells us . " but what about a hug and kiss " I ask . she turns around and picks up haley sideway like . she spins her around and gave her kisses . " ME TOO MOMMY " I lift up my arms . she puts sissy down and picks me up and spins me too . " you're a silly mommy " I giggle . she puts me down and takes haley . "BYE MOMMY ! AND HAY " I call after them and the door closes . I rush over to the guy at the lego place . " hi " I smile and wave taking a spot at the table . " hi " he waves back . " my name is Holly what is yours " I ask him grabbing a handful of legos . " my name is ross . aren't you a little to girly to play with legos " he asks me . " no ! I am not . " I cross my arms . " are too " he sticks out his tounge . " do I look girly to you " I ask him referring to my jeans , black t-shirt , and tennis shoes . my brown hair was in a poney tail too . " well I guess not " he shrugs . " told you " I stick out my tounge . " whatever . what are you gonna build " he asks. " a space ship " I simply answer . " can I help " he questions . " sure " I shrug and scoot over . " class gather in a circle please " the teacher girl says . I join the circle and ross sits by me . " we are going to do an activity . tell us your name and something about you " she tells us . when it was my turn to stand up I told the class " my name is Holly Thomas . I like dancing , singing , and playing video games " I tell them . " wow that's great , thank you Holly " the teacher emma smiled. then it was ross's turn. " I like singing , dancing , and playing games " then he sat down . the circle ended on him so it was snack time . me and ross sat together at the table waiting for our animal crackers and juice . " sorry looks like somebody won't be getting a juice there isn't enough . " teacher emma says as she passes them out . I was the un-lucky one with no juice . " here have mine I don't want it " ross says and gives it to me . " thanks ross " I smile and hug him . we eat up our animal crackers and I share his juice with him . " game time ! " misses emma yells. we through away out trash and play a game called 4 corners . see there is 1,2,3,4 corners and somebody covers there eyes and calls one out who ever is in the corner is out and the person standing wins ! it's real fun game . I got out first though . ross won . when he counted I went to the corner 3 and I didn't even get out . then I went to 4. and then 3 again . but then ross got me at 4 again . he is good . " I wanna go " I pout because I never won . I cross my arms and slouch down . " it's okay you will win next time I bet " ross assured me . " I doubt it " I poke out my lip . " I bet you will " he says again . " okay the winner is Cindy James now start counting Cindy " misses emma tells us . I follow ross to 1 . then 2 . then 3. then 4. then 3. then 2 . it was just me and ross now . he told me to go to 1 so I did while he went to 4. he got out . that means I won . " I WON I WON !!!!" I clap and hug ross . " yay ! I told you . I told you so !!!!!" he laughed with me .  " alright now we need to dial it down . it's nap time . your assigned spots are by the bed with your name on them . after naps will be drawing , music , then it will be time to leave . " misses emma explained to us . I got up from m spot and looked for my sleeping mat . I was in a corner next to someone named Marcie Edward . ross was on the other side of the room . no place by me . that made me sad . the Marcie girl was very pretty . she had red curly hair and she was pale . she had blue eyes and was wearing a blue tank top with a white floral skirt . her hair was in piggy tails . she walked over finding her mat by mine . she looked at me and smiled . I shrugged and laid down . " hi my name is Marcie " she whispered to me . " my name is Holly " I whisper back . " you are very pretty " Marcie smiles at me . " thanks you look beautifuller though " I frown . " why thank you . wanna be my friend " she asks . I nod . " we should get some sleep now " she tells me . " okay " I agree I close my eyes and all asleep .

" OKAY CLASS WAKE UP !!" says a voice . I open my eyes and see misses emma flickering the lights. I sit up sleepily and stretch my arms . I give a tireful yawn and stand up rubbing my eyes. I stumble over to the table and sit down . Marcie sits down beside me and so does ross. he looks confused and shrugs. paper is passed out in front of us and some markers and crayons . I take a yellow crayon and write in big letters

I smile at my pictures and look over at ross on his paper it said in yellow...........ross+holly = friends forever !!!!!!!;)

he caught my glance and gave the picture to me . I smiled and gave him mine . Marcie was drawing a flower . I looked down at my paper .I give it too her and she starts making one for me . a few minutes later she gives me one . I smile at it and start to draw a sunset over the beach . it was real good even misses emma said so ! " your a awesome drawer " ross compliments me . ( yes I know big words ) . " thank you . I like your bicycle . " I tell him . he frowns ." it's a doggy " . " oh . I still like it " I smile sheepishly . he chuckles at my stupidness . " lets go ahead and dance I don't want draw anymore " I tell him . he nods and we go to the carpet and start dancing crazily .  " yayayayayayay!!!!!!!" I squeal as I dance like an idiot . I think that means a dead chicken , but I don't know . I did a cartwheel that I learned from haley . ross did a spilt . I bet it hurt but he didn't show it . we kept dancing like weirdos until everybody joined in . I twisted left and right and up and down . it was supper dupper fun. but then I saw mommy and haley . it was time to go . " aww man " I frown . " whats wrong " ross asked me . " I have to go home and leave you . " I tell him . " see you tomorrow " he gives me a long hug and I meet up with mommy . " hi mommy ! hi haley how was your first day " I ask her . " it was completely fun " she smiled . I hugged her and then mommy and we walked home . " I missed you mommy " I tell her . " I missed you too , but it looks like you had fun today ." she says . " I did ! I met this guy named ross lynch he is supper funny and nice " I tell her . " oh ! you met him ! that's good . we live next to him and his brothers and sister " mommy says cheerfully. " YAY!" I dance . " okay okay now get in the car it's time to leave " mommy says . I open up the door and buckle myself in my car seat . mommy drives us home and lets us inside the house where Hannah and daddy are . " DADDY " I scream . I run over to him and hug him . he never really hugs back though . " hi . now get off me " he says and stands up . " Harold ! our daughter wants a hug is that such a bad thing " mommy yells at daddy . " Harper I don't have time for this " daddy tells her . mommy turns to us . " why don't you tell Hannah about your day . upstairs please " she asks kindley . I smile at her . " okay mommy ! c'mon Hannah let's go !" I drag her upstairs with Haley and we tell Hannah about what she is missing out on . I even told her about ross !  " and he lives next door " I tell her . " oh ! I wanna meet him " she claps . " okay lets tell mommy " I tell her . " okay " she nods . " I don't think we chould . mommy said to stay up here they might be doing grown up stuff " Haley whispered . I shrug and stumble down the stairs . I didn't see any sight of my mommy . I kept hearing something happen though . I went to mommys room but the door was locked so I knocked on it . " mommy can I go to ross's house the next door one "I ask . " ummm.............. sure" she says as the noise became quiet . " yay thank you " I open the door and walk over to his house . " you should knock Haley " I tell her . " why me he is your friend " she fights back . " I asked though . I defend " but you wanted to " she crosses her arms . " i'll do it " Hannah sighs and knocks on the door . a blonde woman that looks as old as mommy answers it . " hello can I help you " she asks sweetly . " I am Holly Thomas and these are my sisters Haley and Hannah we are here to see ross " I tell her . " did your mommy allow you too " she asks . I nod . " okay common in " she lets us in the beautiful house. it was nice , and neat , and huge like our house . " Holly !!!" I hear ross . I turn around and hug him . " ross! " . " this is ross guys " I tell my sisters. " ross this is my sisters Haley and Hannah " I interduce . they exchange waves . " these are my sibilings. rydel , riker , rocky , and Ryland " he says . I wave at the people on the couch and sit on the floor . we were watching Disney channel right now . " I love this channel " ross shouts . " me 2 I watch it all the time at home with haley " I agree . " dinner is ready ." ross's mommy says to us . " okay " we yell back . " you can call me mama storm if you want , and come over when ever you want " she tells us . I nod and sit at the table with ross . Hannah sits with Ryland and Haley with rocky . mama storm put plates in front of us all with pasgehetti on it mmmmm! pasgehetti .............. we prayed before eating though .

God is good , God is great , let us thank him for our food, by us hands , we are fed ,give us lord our daily bread ....AMEN !

I picked up my fork and scooped up pasgehetti on it but it feel off . I picked it up again and then ate it . it was amazing !!!!!!  I ate some more till it was all gone . it was delious . !!!!! after dinner mama storm told us we had to go home because it was bedtime so we walked back home . mommy was in her pink robe and socks  and daddy had on sweatpants. they both sat on the couch . when mommy saw us enter she went wide eyed . she quickly got up and ran into the bedroom . I shrugged and sat by daddy . " get off of me brat " he swatted me away . I frowned . Haley came over and hugged him . he took her arm and slung her away hard . Haley slammed into a wall and started crying . Hannah rushed over to help her but daddy pushed her away ." leave her to cry " he said gruffly . he slapped my face and pushed us upstairs . I miss ross now .

so this is my book ' left behind' how was it ? give me feedback so I can make this a story you would love . the next chapter ross and holly and haley will be 6 . they were 5 this chapter .
