Chapter 18

Chapter 18: (HELENA'S POINT OF VIEW!)

I spent the whole day at Marshall's studio. I got there at 12:00 pm and it was already 3:30 pm. We just talked about our lives. It was so easy to talk to him. I told him how my ex-boyfriend use to hit me and I guess he trusted me enough to talk about Kim and his daughters. How he talked about his daughters really showed me another side of him. From listening to his music I thought he was a cold hearted man but he was really down to earth and funny. Since we were hungry we ordered pizza. As we ate he was cracking jokes. He made me laugh so much my stomach was hurting.

"You know my little cousins Angelo and Anthony's dream is to meet you." I told him.

"Really? That’s sweet. Well bring 'em! I would love to meet them." He replied.

"Really?" I asked him.

 "Yeah! Seriously bring them! Just let me know when." He replied.

 "Okay cool." I said as I smiled at him.

 When we were done eating he started telling me about his new CD coming out in May called The Eminem Show. He was showing me one of his songs when I accidentally dropped the controller to control the volume. We both bent down to get it at the same time when our hands touched us both looked up at each other. He had the most beautiful eyes. Our lips were so close when I snapped out of it.

"Sorry! I am clumsy at times." I said as I stood up.

 Damn! I was so close to kissing her when she suddenly stood up. She apologized.

 "Um it’s already 6:30 pm. I should go since it’s an hour drive." She said.

She grabbed her purse and keys.

 "Oh well let me walk you to your car." I told her.

 "Okay." She replied as he smiled at me.

We walked down to her car and she got in. She quickly lowered her window.

"Thanks so much for everything! I really enjoyed this. If anything you can text or call me." She said as she leaned out hugged me and gave me a kiss on the cheek.

"Uh... Umm okay cool. Will do... Make sure you call or text me when you get home. Have a safe drive." I said.

 "Okay." Helena said as she laughed a little.

 I waited in till she drove away. I went back up to the studio and sat on the couch. She kissed me on the cheek. Just from that kiss she had me thinking about her. I was tired so I quickly cleaned up and left. When I got home I took a quick shower and just spent the whole night watching TV. It was only 8pm. I was waiting for Helena's text.

 I got home at 8:20 pm since there was so much traffic. I sat down on the couch and just thought about today which reminded me to text Marshall. I texted him saying

"I just got home. Again thank you for everything!"

  Not too long after my phone vibrated I opened my phone and I read the message. It said

"You don't have to thank me. Glad you got home safely."

I replied back "Thanks. Well goodnight."

After that I got up and washed my face. As I was drying my face I heard my phone vibrate again. I expected Juliana to text me but it was Marshall. It said

"I forgot to ask you if you wanted to get breakfast with me. I am going to be around your apartment tomorrow so I thought we could get a bite together."

I thought about it and I guess it was fine.

 "Okay, what time?" I texted him back.

 "10 am?" He quickly replied.

"Yeah that’s fine with me. See you tomorrow then! Good night." I replied.

After that I changed into my PJs and watched TV. As I flipped through the channels I see my name. There was a lady saying

"Last week we saw Helena Lopez giving Justin Timberlake a flirty hug and today we saw Helena give the one and only Eminem a peck on the cheek!"

On the screen it showed when I gave him a kiss on the cheek.

"Oh my god! What the hell? Where were they!?" I said out loud.

I couldn't they took that picture.

 "Is Helena dating JT or Eminem?" The lady in the TV said.

"None!" I screamed out loud.

 My phone started to vibrate. It was Julie.

"Hello?" I answered.

 "I was watching TV at my parents’ house! JT and Eminem!?" She screamed into the phone.

 "Oh come on! I just made a song with Justin. And I met with Marshall today just to talk about working with Dre...” I said.

"Hmmm... Well by the way E! News contacted me. They want to interview you Monday! You should totally go for it." Juliana said.

 "Uh yeah sure! I am fine with that." I quickly replied.

 "Okay cool! Well I will see you tomorrow afternoon take care!" Juliana screamed before she hung up the phone.

I was thinking about what the TV was saying about me. I don't get why they assume things. The rest of the night I watched TV in till I fell asleep.
