Chapter 21 : Lucy going to Land of Isvan

10 January X774, Heartfilia Mansion,Lucy Room.

2 Year Passed. Lucy is now 7 Years Old.For last 2 year.She Practice of her fighting skill with Water Dragon Slayer Magic and her other magic except Celestial Spirit Magic ( Read Chapter 13 to look what Lucy Status and power,its all similar except the age of course ).Lucy can using Star Dress but still cannot using Celestial Spirit Magic because at this life the key is still hold by Lucy mother servants.Turn out to using Star Dress don't need formal Celestial spirit Contract.Because my feeling at my spirit is strong same like at my past life,somehow i can channeling star dress magic to my body.

Lucy:" It's very convenient but i hope celestial spirit king not found it"

Lucy:"No matter how you look at it,if people can using star dress while still not officially contract with spirit is way too suspicious"

Lucy then using telephaty to communicate with Rolotia.

Lucy:"Rolotia can you hear me?"

Lucy:"C'mon i don't want hear you complaining again each time i summon you just for talking or something like that"

Rolotia (Smirking) :" Well you can't expect easy training right~~~~"

Lucy (Groaning) :"Give me a break........"

Yes.Rolotia endlessly summon monster without break for Lucy practice fighting.Lucy at first just keep complaining like why must we using reckless method but Rolotia just smilling.Yes,Rolotia Smilling but her aura say otherwise at that time.

Lucy:"Anyway how can we make My parent and servant not suspicious while i going away?"

Rolotia:"Leave it to me~~"

Suddenly slim light appear at front Lucy and someone similar to Lucy appear.Yes,its exatcly like Lucy but just can't talk.

Lucy:"........."

Lucy( Tired Face ) : Honestly i don't know what kind of goddess of you anymore Rolotia"

yes Rolotia can create something like that.Are we sure she is not Goddess of Life instead?.

Rolotia:"Well don't mind the small detail~~😇😅"

Lucy:"And now you copying me......😑"

Rolotia:"Anyway lets make this other lucy at bed and other people will thinking you are sleep"

Lucy:"On it Rolotia"

Lucy then make her other self lie down at bed.then She Ready to depart............

except she still don't know where to begin.

Lucy:"Anu.......Rolotia.....where the exactly location of Bureau of Magical Development? "😅

Rolotia:"It's at Land Of Isvan"

Lucy:"Wait Gray homeland, Land Of Isvan?"

Rolotia:" Yes it's"

Rolotia:"I will send you coordinate at your mind"

Rolotia send coordinates of Bureau of Magical Development directly to Lucy mind.

Lucy:"Wow it's far"

Rolotia:"Well you can using Aqua Aera right? from my blessing"

Lucy:"Yes,thanks to you i can going anywhere within second with this spell.its really convenient spell"

Rolotia:"Also please change your appearance before going there,i don't think 7 years old girl will not bringing lot of attention if going outside"

Lucy:"okay okay rolotia,i know it already"

with little effort.Lucy instantly change to 15 years old appearance.With Silver hair and Heart Kreuz clothes with white skirt.

Lucy:"Okay i think it's more than enough"

Lucy:"Let's go to Land Of Isvan"

Lucy then create portals with magic called Aqua Aera with her water from dragon slayer magic and her spatial magic(because the concept of spatial magic is same as Celestial magic,this spell is not hard to cast).The portal opened and Bureau of Magical Development can be seeing.

NB: To be honest i don't know exact date when Ur bring her daughter to Bureau of Magical Development all i know the year is x774.So i am sorry if exact date is wrong.
