3rd person's POV

It's been two weeks and things finally ended.

Both Ryung and Euntae were in jail for their whole life as requested by Felix. If they didn't go that far, he would've forgiven them even if they didn't ask for forgiveness.

Felix was right. They did it because of the throne that was promised to Ryung but ended up giving to Felix. There was a promise between Felix's Dad and Ryung that it will be passed to the next brother, but then it ended up with Felix.

It's been two weeks and things drastically changed. Felix came back to work like nothing happened and has been crying every night over his parents. He never went to his friends' meeting again, and has been ignoring their calls, even Chaerin's.

Mr. Hwang got discharged and is taking care of Hyunjin's own law firm, which he assigned Hyunjin's assistant to take over, but it is under Mr. Hwang's name. He also visits Hyunjin from time to time, even the royal couple.

Chaerin was never okay but she is trying. A lot of things happened, and for two weeks, she did nothing but cry. She went back to work to distract herself but everytime she sees Hyunjin's hospital room, she kept crying. Good thing, Minho and Seungmin were trying their best to be there for Chaerin.

She visits Mr. Hwang when she has free time and talks to him about Hyunjin. He apologized to Chaerin for what happened in the past, involving her parents whom she witnessed die in front of her.

Mr. Hwang decided to open the case again and they won with the evidence that was provided, and Chaerin's statement during the trial. Mr. Hwang laughed when he heard what Hyunjin did with their marriage. It was painful for Chaerin at first but she finds it silly now.

Their friends went back to their own business, and have been meeting regularly, including Chaerin and Heiran. They all visit Hyunjin and the royal couple before they have fun. Things really changed.

But they were trying their best to adapt to the changes that happened.

Currently, they are at the airport. Chaerin is going back to the states and she doesn't know when she will come back to Korea. Their friends tried to stop her but she thought it was for the best.

"Fine. I'll let you use me as your boyfriend to forget Felix and Hyunjin. Just don't leave." Jisung said

"What are you saying?" Chan raised his eyebrow

They all laughed at Jisung.

"She is leaving because she can't forget about Hyunjin and Felix. That's my offer to her. I'll be her boyfriend until she forgets about them." Jisung

"Yah. You really think that was the only reason why she is leaving?" Seungmin asked

"Is there another reason why?" Jisung asked Chaerin

"I am volunteering in a hospital in the states. They are in need of doctors with their medical mission in some countries. That's why I volunteered. Also, it's better to be busy than to cry everyday because of what happened." Chaerin explained to them

"But you'll come back, right?" Minho asked

Chaerin shrugged her shoulders, "Maybe yes? Maybe not? It's still up to whatever will happen. For now, I wanted to go with the flow and let things happen on their own."

"You should come back." Jeongin pouted

"Maybe I'll be back for vacation." Chaerin said

"Are you really not going to say goodbye to Felix?" Heiran asked

"I don't know where to find him." Chaerin answered

She has been trying to call him and have been sending him messages but he is not responding to any of those. Chaerin visits the palace and finds Chunhei and Soo Ae there, or Felix is in another country.

Earlier, they went to the palace. All of them. They wanted to bring Felix with them but he wasn't there. Chunhei said that she will tell Felix about Chaerin's plan and the time of her flight to the states.

"I think he is really trying to avoid us." Seungmin

"Maybe that's his own way of accepting and moving on. I can't blame him though. The more I see all of you, the more I remember Hyunjin." Changbin

"I miss him so damn much." Jeongin sighed

Chaerin felt sad now that Hyunjin's name was brought up. They never get to say goodbye to each other properly, she even said words she never meant. It will always be her nightmare, not saying goodbye to Hyunjin.

"Don't fucking change the mood. Chaerin will be sad. We are not there for her to cheer up." Jisung annoyingly said

Chaerin chuckled.

An hour passed by, and Chaerin finally left the country. All of them are on their way home, when a car stopped by and Felix came out of it.

"What are you doing here?" Heiran asked

"Where's Chaerin? Did she leave?" Felix asked and looks like he is nervous

"Yeah, Almost 30 minutes." Jisung answered

"What took you so long to be here?" Minho asked

"She was waiting for you here, and was thinking of delaying her flight to see you." Changbin said

"I am sorry. I came home late and rushed here to see her." Felix explained

"Maybe you can call her at least. She will probably appreciate that, or send her a message." Minho suggested

"Do you think she is mad at me?" Felix worriedly asked them

They were all looking at him. 

"No, she is not." Seungmin answered

"She'll come back, right?" he asked them 

"Let's wait for her decision." Changbin

Felix sighed.
