3rd person's POV

It was already dark outside, the moon appeared in the sky, with stars surrounding it. It may seem like an ordinary night but it wasn't for them. Hyunjin is still not waking up and they are getting worried about him.

"Mr. Hwang, you may go inside." Felix said

Hyunjin's Dad visited after two weeks of hesitating because of the guilt he is feeling. He went inside the room and found Chaerin standing at the side while staring at Hyunjin's face.

Chaerin noticed Hyunjin's Dad and bowed to him, "Good evening. I'll leave Hyunjin to you."

He nodded and didn't even glance at her. As soon as he heard the door closed, he lost his strength as reality hit him. Seeing Hyunjin in that situation made him feel like he failed to protect him, he failed to do his job, he failed to be a good father to him.

"Hyunjin, dad is here." he whispered as caress his cheeks

Tears started falling from his eyes as he looked at him. His heart was shattered into pieces as he knew that it was too late for him to apologize and give back what he owed to Hyunjin.

"Wake up. I am here. Let's go home, Hyunjin." he cried

Meanwhile, outside the room of Hyunjin. Chaerin was watching from the glass window of the door, Jisung, Heiran, Changbin, and were sitting on the chairs.

"Take her home." Jisung told Heiran and Changbin

Heiran went to Chaerin and caressed her shoulders, "Let's leave them. You should get some rest."

"I don't want to leave Hyunjin." Chaerin answered with tears falling from her eyes

"We know but we should let Mr. Hwang to spend time with Hyunjin. He hasn't seen him for two weeks. Let's leave them and come back tomorrow." Changbin

She looked at them, and Jisung gave her a nod, telling her to go with them.

"Are we really coming back?" Chaerin asked

"Yes, we will. Don't worry." Heiran answered and gave her a smile

"Okay." she answered and looked at the glass window. She looked at Hyunjin for the last time and smiled, "Let's go."

Jisung went inside and talked to Mr. Hwang, and then the four of them left, leaving Hyunjin's Dad alone with Hyunjin. Jisung went home, while Heiran and Changbin took Chaerin with them to their home to get some rest.

Chaerin was just staring at the window car the whole ride and wasn't talking at all.

As they arrived, Heiran took Chaerin to the guest room to get ready for bed and clean herself.

"Thank you, Heiran. Tell Changbin too." Chaerin told her friend

"No worries. Get some rest. We will go back tomorrow." Heiran said and left her in the room

Chaerin got ready for bed, she took a bath, and did her night routine. She changed to her clothes which Heiran got from Chaerin's house.

When she got on the bed, she then started crying. She still can't accept the fact that Hyunjin is still not waking up and blamed herself for not giving him the first aid which she was supposed to do.

It's been two hours, and Chaerin can't sleep. She was staring at the window where she could see the moon. She is not at the hospital but her mind thinks of Hyunjin.

She stared at her phone where her picture with Hyunjin is. She kept looking at all their pictures and videos which she put in one album. The video of Hyunjin when he found out that Chaerin was pregnant-

A call from Nurse Ali appeared on her screen.

Nurse Ali calling...

"Hello?"

[D-Dr. Ahn, p-please come here.]

"What happened? Are you oka-"

[Hyunjin-]

With that name, she ended the call and rushed outside. Both Changbin and Heiran came out of the room because of the noise that Chaerin made when she ran out of the room. She was getting hysterical.

"What happened? Why are you rushing?" Heiran worriedly asked

"H-Hyunjin. It's Hyunjin. I have to be t-there." Chaerin said

"I'll drive Chaerin. Follow us there." Changbin told Heiran

They both got inside the car and drove to the hospital. Chaerin was crying the whole ride, and was panicking. She didn't let Nurse Ali finish because she knew something was wrong.

As soon as they arrive, police officers can be seen everywhere. Chaerin panicked even more, but with the help of Changbin she was able to arrive at Hyunjin's room floor safely.

"Dra. Ahn!" Nurse Ali called and kept crying

"What happened?!" Changbin asked because Chaerin can't even talk

"We got a pulse!" a different doctor said inside the room beside Hyunjin's room, and Chaerin saw who it was

"M-Mr. Hwang? What happened? Why-" she stopped talking when she saw two doctors in Hyunjin's room trying to revive him

Blood was seen on the floor of the room, nurses and doctors were trying their best to revive Hyunjin who was in a life or death situation.

"Someone turned off the machine that supplies him oxygen- Mr. Hwang was shot multiple times. It was a m-mess." Nurse Ali answered with tears falling from eyes

"N-No. Hyunjin!" Chaerin shouted and ran to the door, she was slamming the door, "Open the door, please!"

Seungmin came rushing and found the unexpected scene, "H-Hyunjin."

Chaerin faced him and kneeled, "I know I look stupid right now but please... Save him. I can't lose Hyunjin." 

"What are you doing? Stand up." Chan said as he arrived and helped Chaerin stand 

Chaerin stood again in front of the glass window and found Hyunjin's tears fall from his eyes, "Hyunjin, wake up. Please." 

A traumatizing sound of the heart rate monitor was heard in the room.

"Hwang Hyunjin, time of death, 1:28 am."
