3rd person's POV

"Hey." Hyunjin greeted as he came home, he gave her a bouquet of flowers and kissed her "I'll change my clothes first."

"Thank you- What's the occasion? I don't remember." Chaerin said while looking at the flowers

"It's a just because flowers. No occasion needed. I just wanted you to have that." Hyunjin smiled at her

"Thank you so much. I really appreciate this." she smiled at him and gave him a tight hug

"You are always welcome. You deserve more than just a bouquet of flowers." Hyunjin winked at her and went upstairs

Chaerin's smile disappeared as soon as Hyunjin went upstairs. Her smile turned into a guilt face. She was confuse all day, thinking about what happened last night, how Felix wanted her to stay.

And she didn't even hesitate to stay with him.

She sat in front of the table while staring at the food she prepared for their dinner date at home. She wanted to get that thought off of her head, so she decided to prepare instead.

"Hello." Hyunjin said as he came down and sat, facing Chaerin. "You should've waited for me. I wanted to help preparing all of these."

"It's fine though. I know you are tired. There is nothing to worry about." she smiled and an awkward silence appeared between them "Shall we eat?"

"Yeah. I'm really hungry, and excited to taste all of these." Hyunjin chuckled

They both started eating, Hyunjin kept talking about what happened all day. He was so excited and looks like having fun telling stories to Chaerin, but the girl seem to be bothered about something. She was looking at Hyunjin but she is not actively listening, and kept smiling as her only reaction.

Her mind is full of thoughts whether to be honest with Hyunjin and tell him about what happened last night.

"Should we watch a movie tonight? I've been wanting to watch with you." Hyunjin suggested

"Yeah. Sure. I am not sleepy yet." Chaerin agreed

"Do I get to pick anything or you want to decide?" Hyunjin

"I say, you choose any movie you want." she smiled

"That's great then!" Hyunjin looks excited with the thought of spending the night with his wife after all the tiring work he had

The dinner has finished, they both shared tasks to clean the dishes and the table. They also prepared the living room where they will watch a movie, and also prepared the snack they will eat.

A romance they chose. Almost an hour of watching, the movie is coming to the heartbreaking part, where the girl chose his first love over the man who stayed with him.

Chaerin was watching but her mind is not with the movie.

Hyunjin put his arm around her shoulder, "Do you want me to take a can of beer?"

"Sure. I'm fine with it. Don't you have work tomorrow?" she asked

"I don't have. I was just going to check something and transfer some files to my co-lawyer." Hyunjin answered

Flashback

"Don't leave me... Chaerin." Felix said as his eyes opened

"Felix." she whispered

He stood up and tears kept falling from his eyes "I know this is not something you are expecting me to do. But no matter how many times I tell myself that you are happy now. I can't help it. I still love you. I have feelings for you, and it never went away."

"We are friends. Hyunjin is fine with us being friends. Don't make it worse-" Chaerin

"Do you think I wanted this to happen?" his voice broke

"I'm sorry Felix. But no." she answered and was about to leave-

Felix hugged her from behind and kept crying, "Can you stay? Just tonight? Please? I just... I don't want to be alone."

She rejected him, but she chose to stay.

It's confusing her so much.

End of flashback

"Chaerin? Are you listening?" Hyunjin asked her

Chaerin nodded and smiled, "What is it?"

"Your phone is ringing." Hyunjin said

She opened her phone and answered the call, it was Minho.

[Chaerin. An accident happened. Felix is here-]

"What?! Why?"

[I don't know. It's not h-]

"I'm going now." she said and ended the call, she stood up and remembered Hyunjin "I'll be back. S-Something happened in the hospital."

"Oh okay." Hyunjin said

Chaerin just took her jacket with her and left. She drove off to the hospital as fast as she can, not minding if she is going to be in an accident.

As she arrived, she hurriedly got out of the car and wasn't able to park it properly. There is the ambulance car parked outside. The hospital is too crowded and there are people in the emergency area getting treated.

Her tears started falling as she was so frustrated from what is happening. She watched the people come and go, a few minutes left, there was no one outside, the nurses drove the ambulance car off.

Meanwhile, Felix was standing and saw how Chaerin cried, it made him worried.

"Chaerin? Are you crying?" Felix asked

Chaerin was shocked to see Felix standing from afar, she kept crying knowing that Felix is fine. She was relieved.

"Are you okay? What happened?" Felix asked her

She ran towards him and hugged him tight.

And just like that, all became clear to her.

She is still in love with Felix.
