Felix's POV

(Next Day)

As soon as I opened my eyes, I saw the woman I am hoping to be with, forever. The girl I love and will always love. The woman I will marry and spend all my years with her. The woman I will exchange I do's and have children with.

"Good morning" she whispered

"Hey, good morning. What are you staring at?"

"I just realized how lucky I am. You are a Prince, a smart, talented, handsome, kind, caring, etc. Can you tell how lucky am I? Even I, I can't explain it" she smiled

"What's with you?"

"What? Can't I be honest? You are so perfect..." she whispered and caress my cheeks "But I will be the reason of yout greatest downfall"

"How can you say that? You know-"

"Hmm. Let me talk. You are the kind of man that everyone will ask for and I am thankful you ended up choosing me. At the same time, I am not thankful because I can be the reason of your greatest downfall. If ever that happens, I will blame myself for the rest of my life" Chaerin analyzed my whole face and smiled "Still, there is a part of me  that wants to stay with you if ever that greatest downfall came. I want to be selfish as much as I want because I want to be with you"

"Then, let's be selfish together" I winked and puller her beside me. I hugged her as tight as I can "If that greatest downfall means that I can be with you. I am willing to accept it. I told you, I want t be with you and spend all my years with you. Chaerin, you don't blame yourself if ever that came. You don't know how meaningful my life is when you came"

She stayed quiet and didn't even looked at me. She just held my hand tight. As tight as she can. It feels like she never wanted to let me go but...

...something is stopping her

Why does her smile earlier feels like it's not true? Her smile means something and I hate it. It was a sad one and I never wanted to see that. What does he mean by my greatest downfall? Why will she be the reason?

I mean she never did anything to make me fall down. She is the reason why am I fighting until now. She is the reason why am I not scared anymore to have my own voice and say what I want to happen...

"Are you okay?"

"Hmm. I'm fine" she answered

I don't believe her words. I want to ask her but I can't. It feels like everything she will tell me will be a lie. I badly want to know why and begged her to tell me the truth. I can't. I have to trust her. I will trust her.

Chaerin, you probably know what you are doing and I will leave everything to you. I know you won't do anything stupid. Don't do what I am thinking. I know I am thinking the wrong thing.

Let's be happy and spend happy memories only...

"What do you think?" she asked as she came out of her bathroom

"Hmm. Much better. Let's go"

I dragged her out of her room, she kept removing her hand and kept telling me that everyone is looking at us. I just ignored her and continued dragging her out of the palace.

"Felix, where are you going to bring her?" King asked

I bowed "I will have to bring her to a date. I prepared something special"

"But don't you think dragging her is not a right thing to do?" Queen

"Mom, she will reject my offer and won't come with me. I have to do that"

They both nodded at me. Chaerin glared at me and we both got in the car. Our driver drove away from the palace.

"You know our relationship is not something that we discussed to public. I mean no one knows about us. You are a public image-" Chaerin

"Oh, shut up"

"You can't just shut me up" Chaerin said and punched my arms hardly "Where are we going? Just tell me, will you?"

"Just somewhere special. It's a private place because I rented it besides it's not far"

"We're here" driver said and parked the car

We both got out of the car and I held her hand tightly. I guided her as we  entered a quiet area. We walked through the small bridge connected to the other side. It has lights and flowers everywhere we walk. The place is kind of dark but the moon's light is supporting us on our way to my PREPARED SPECIAL PLACE.

"I'll have to cover your eyes"

She rolled her eyes and nodded.

I covered her eyes using my handkerchief and guided her to that place. After a few steps, we finally arrived. I remover the handkerchief.

"Open your eyes"

She opened her eyes and saw the whole place "What-"

"Just like what we both wanted. This is the place we are going to spend all of our years together, behind that houde is the sea and we are kind of in a rural area"

She chuckled and looked at the house with a smile.

"I just have to ask you something. I am not gonna rush you, I can wait years for your answer. So..."

She looked at me "What is it?"

"Will you marry me?"
