Future Planning

Keifer's POV

Ivy was sleeping in my arms, "she's just a kid, Jay", she nods with a smile, "I know, and we'll figure it out", she caressed her hair, "she's really cute, and just needs time to understand this all, the kids used to get dragged in adult's affairs for no reason".

And who knows it better than us, as I saw the kid sleeping peacefully, my heart melted, "I'll miss her, she was only one who made me smile all this time. You know when she's just born I was afraid to hold her as she's tiny but then I realise maybe that's a practice for me when I'll have my own daughter".

Jay smiled, "tss..childish", huh? repeating my words. Whatever but I'm sure about , "I want a daughter now", I looked at Jay, "please give me one Jay-Jay, cute as like you. I really want it and you're the one who can complete my wish. It's Christmas, be my Santa and give me this gift".

She sneered, "you're really crazy! I'm not roaming with babies in my pocket that I'll give it you right now", I agree, "I know there's a long process at least we can initiate it and few months we'll get our result" she hits on my shoulder, "behave maturely, it's not a joke to have a baby and raise one, still my college's last semester is left".

"So who says you cannot be a mother while in college, remember Grace and Denzel became parents while in school", I reasoned, "and look at me, I'm also doing my college while being a father of her for one year".

She shook her head in disappointment, "you might have experience of it, but not me. And there's a lot of chaos which we've to handle, let the things go in a slow pace, think rationally and you'll get to know that's the final stage".

She was about to leave but I pulled her, and make her sit near me, "Okay! okay! I got it Jay", I looked at Ivy, "it's just I'm little sad about leaving her and I know we're not in a condition to raise a kid right now but have a lot of things to deal with, after new year we've to go London and correct everything."

She kept her head on my shoulder, I wrapped my arms around her, "but I'm not going to delay our marriage, and further things, you know everything", she throws a fist on my chest, "no one can really win from you".

Diana soon came, "you made her sleep, thank you for it", she took Ivy. Even Fred shook hands with me, "I'm really thankful to you for being around Diana and my daughter, for taking care of them". I just nodded, "she saved my life and it's my obligation towards her. And you're lucky to have a cute little daughter like Ivy, I'll be the first one to beat you up if you ever thought of leaving her".

He joins his hands, "never- never, who doesn't know the anger of Watsons", Jay holds my hand, "I guess we should leave now, your brothers and Aries must be waiting", we said final bye to them and left for my place. I stopped by shopping mall, "let's buy gifts for our friends and family".

We bought gifts as per need, and my eyes went on girl's section, "Jay, how about you wear this dress on New Year", she took a look, "it's pretty good, let me try it",she went inside the changing room, I waited for her.

After a while, she came out, my jaw dropped, and I couldn't take my eyes off her, "the epitome of beauty, you know what the dress is shining more as you've put on it", she blushed.

I moved closer, "you're like Ed Sheeran's lyrics- Perfect", as I pulled her waist and her cheeks turn red, "perhaps your beauty is hemlock, and it might kill me gradually but like Socrates, I'll willingly consume it just to savor this precious time".

She smirked, "not only Socrates...even Plato will come out of their grave to give you poison for real", I laughed off, "ikr, that's dark". {that's author fault though}.

I put the bangs behind her ear coming on her face, "I want to kiss you, this blush on your face is making me impatient", even my ears and face were burning off, I pushed her along me in the changing room and pressed my lips against hers, she didn't resist but joined me and her hands reached my hairs but mine slide off her waist to tighten the grip.

I can feel a surge in my heartrate, it's not the first time I'm kissing her but every time we come closer, I feel new and exciting, our lips moved in sync and the room was full of our heavy breathes, if someone was outside then it's obvious for him to guess the inside things.

Her back was pressed against the wall but our front body colliding, she backed off to breathe, and my lips finds way towards her chin, then neck, I was leaving wet kisses over there and she's just feeling it. Her collar bones lured me, she's so perfect that I won't get tired of admiring her, gradually I reached her shoulders.

"Maybe I can explore you more", my voice was seductive, she brushed her fingers in my hair, "stop it, we're not at home Keifer", I backed off and took a deep breath, "well...will continue it later then".

She asked me to go out of the room, "I've to change", I sighed, "do it, I'm waiting", but she forced me out, damn what's wrong if I stayed after all she's, my wife.

I started roaming around and went to Kid's corner and a pair of baby shoes attracted me and kept them in the cart, it's really cute maybe my daughter will feel proud that her father bought this even before she came.

Jay's POV

Damn my cheeks are burning like fire, I couldn't help but fall over him again & again. I still feel nervous whenever he's this close to me. I kept my hand near my heart, it was beating hard.

I changed into my former dress & got out, eyes searched for Keifer & he's in the kid's corner, "why are you buying these little shoes?".

He looked at me, "for our watcher, or maybe caretaker, whoever comes first", I was confused, "aren't they too small for house help or watchman?".

He weirdly looked at me, "these are the names of kids", I was more confused, has he adopted more kids, "who are they?", he smiled, "did you forget, our kids Jay!".

I hit my palms against my head, "not again, we just decided that there's too much time in that"

He sighed, "I know but it's future planning, right. I've already decided that if it's a girl then I'll keep her like a princess even before she'll say I'll complete her all the wishes. I'll keep her on my palms and give her all the happiness of the world, Sorry but maybe she can be someone I'll love more than you".

I don't know what I should feel, happy, delighted or annoyed but he's really cute, and I think he'll become a wonderful father. Maybe breaking his family curse & giving us a beautiful life "I'm not going to keep such strange names of my kids".

He picked up toys now, God he's really insane, "seriously Keifer?", he pouts, "but look at these, they're so cute", I think I've to drag him out of this section forcibly like Kuya Angelo used to do with me & Aries when we're toddlers.

A helper came, "Hello sir! How can I help you?", Keifer excitedly said, "I'm looking for some good things for my daughter", the helper asked, "how old is she?", he looked at me, "not born yet".

The helper turned to me, "ohh..so you guys are expecting, how much time ma'am? And tell us if you need any chair or assistance...", I cut him off, "it's not like that... I'm not expecting", I playfully hit Keifer's arms, "he's just joking. You can leave; we'll manage".

Keifer was laughing like an idiot, "I can't stop imagining our future Jay, like shopping for our kids and all", I pulled the cart from him, "you're too much...thinking ahead of time".

He sided me off, "you cannot understand my emotions, I've been addressed as father by Ivy for one damn year, maybe not mine but I loved that feeling, the way I taught her to walk and speak, and used to buy her toys after all she's my first one".

Why does he keep mentioning Ivy every time, I'd not feel like this but now I think he still himself as her father and his emotions are deeply connected with her. I wish this won't affect our relation in future. He snapped his fingers, "Jay? see this one...I bought it for Ivy and she loved it a lot".

"You just go back to her", I don't know but those words randomly jumped off my lips, "I didn't mean that it's just I'm telling you that I can be a good father". I nodded, "I understand, don't worry I was just messing with you so that you can stop this your kiddish behaviour". I finally dragged him out, and paid for all the things.

We saw a big Christmas tree, so he stopped by it, "let's click some pictures", we both clicked a lot of pictures, our smiles were genuine it's after two years that we celebrated this day together. Finally Santa fulfilled my wish, I looked at him, "this year I'm not asking for a gift but thanking him to bring us together", he hugged me, "when I asked you from shooting stars, wrote letters to God....and now you're with me, seems like it's all has been answered ".

My eyes went on a Mascot, "go and you too dress up like Santa", I asked him but he looked at me, "me...Mark Keifer Watson and play as Mascot", I made an innocent face, he surrendered, "anything for you". He came back after a moment, fully dressed up, I couldn't control but laugh, "I've seen such cute Santa for the first time", he's holding chocolates in his hands and some kids surrounded him and took those, he removed the fake beard.

He came near me with only one chocolate left, "I want to give you all but..." I took that left one, "this is enough as it's coming from you", he looked at me with loving eyes and I'm again diving in those deep eyes, his moustache was coming out so I pulled it off, he groaned, "it hurts", laughed, "Sorry and Thank you Mr Santaaa Clausss".

I took his phone to see the pictures, "it's amazing", "I love this one", "look at your face, Keifer...so funny", he flicked over my head, "see yours as well..messy cat", I snorted, "don't call me that". He just laughed and I scrolled to see more pictures, it's of him with Ivy, I literally can't shrug off the thought that he's attached to someone else's kid like his own.

He was driving, his smile was wide and even mine as I was with him, "Ivy was just a few months old last year, I dressed her up as Santa and you know she's giggling in that oversized costume", he did asked me about my celebrations, "well...it's with your brothers, a small decorated tree and I used to give them gifts".

He partially hugs me, "you're really my real-life Santa", and even dared to kiss me while driving but I push him off, "focus on the road". He pulled me, "so just close to me then, the distance between us is distracting me", I still pushed him and some of your words are distracting me.

Finally, we reached at his place, where Aries, Rory and his brothers were waiting for us for the feast, thankfully I didn't eat much at Diana's place so that I can enjoy with them. Keifer sits in between me and Aries, "some man throws more tantrums than woman", he said while looking at me and I just controlled myself to laugh. I love to see this bromance.

Keifer kept some muffins in Aries's plate, "merry Christmas brother-in-law, I mean you're two months older than her right, Kuya to be exact". Aries choked, and even I almost spit off my food, Keigan and Keiran couldn't hold it either from laughing, and Rory literally fall off the chair.
