{alone time} Zoey x mystery

It was day 2 of Greece and everyone had agreed we to go off in partners and explore Greece and then all meet back at the restaurant around 7 for dinner

Abby and jinu went off together

Baby and romance went off together

And rumi and Mira went off together

Leaving Zoey and mystery to go off together

As they separated from the others to explore they found themselves getting overwhelmed with things as their was always a different thing to see/try/buy all of the above

Zoey and mystery walked side by side Zoey with the biggest smile on her face practically skipping as mystery was smiling a little himself but walking normally keeping himself more relaxed as they walked hand in hand

Zoey pointed at something she saw in the window "can we stop?" She asked looking at mystery

Mystery looked at Zoey and then the window and he smiled and nodded "sure" he said softly

Zoey smiled brighter and they turned towards the shop walking into the store

Zoey gasped slightly and let go of mystery's hand as she ran over to a beautiful pearl that had just the right amount of shimmer and shine on it and she smiled brightly as she held it

Mystery smiled and walked up his hands in his pockets as he walked behind her to see what she was looking at "you like it?" He asked his voice low and deep next to her ear

Zoey smiled at his question and just stared at the pearl necklace "it's pretty" she said with a shrug

Mystery smiled and then looked at how she was looking at it and knew she didn't just like it, she loved it "I'll buy it" he said his voice still low next to her ear

Zoey shook her head fast and then turned to look at him their faces inches away "no no don't it's okay" she said her voice soft

Mystery smiled and nodded "I want to" he said leaning his face closer

Zoey smiled bright and she looked at his lips and blushed slightly "are you sure?" She asked her voice nervous

Mystery nodded almost immediately and took the pearl necklace from her hand "I'll go pay" he said soft and kissed her forehead

Zoey closed her eyes as the kiss on her forehead and then muttered "best boyfriend ever" she said with a smile

Mystery felt a blush on his cheeks and he chuckled slightly and scratched the back of his neck "best girlfriend ever" he said sounding nervous

Zoey smiled and wrapped her arms around his neck kissing him quick and fast but meaningful

Mystery didn't hesitate to kiss her back and when they parted her smiled and then walked to go pay for the pearl necklace

As they payed for the necklace they walked back out the store and Zoey took the necklace from mystery and smiled "you really didn't have to" she began

Mystery shook his head "if I didn't want to I wouldn't have" he said reassuring her

Zoey smiled again and then she passed him the necklace turned around meaning for him to put it on her

Mystery got the message and clasped the necklace around her neck moving her short black hair out of the way and he then moved it back in place as the necklace was closed

Zoey felt the necklace go on and she looked up at mystery "I love it" she said holding the pearl that dangled from the necklace

Mystery smiled and kissed her forehead once again "I'm glad" he muttered before pulling away and opening his hand for her to take

Zoey took his hand and walked beside him again the silence peaceful

Mystery smiled at just the thought of them being alone together without anyone else alone "you know I'm really enjoying this alone time" he said looking down at her beside him

Zoey blushed and looked up at him "me too" she said with a smile

Mystery smiled back and squeezed her hand before looking back ahead

Zoey kept walking beside him and she then spoke up again "we should do it more often" she shrugged

Mystery nodded in agreement "oh we will definitely be doing this more often" he said and then stopped and hugged her picking her up and spinning her around

Zoey threw her head back as she giggled and as mystery put her down they went back to walking right side by side hand in hand

They walked around for a few more minutes before they realized it was almost 7 the time they agreed to meet up with the others and have dinner

But...

Zoey looked up at mystery "should we just go eat here and bail?" She said mostly as a joke

Mystery looked at Zoey and chuckled getting the joke but then as he looked at the restaurant and then back down at Zoey he smiled and grabbed her hand "let's go" he said firmly

Zoey chuckled but followed behind "they're gonna kill us" she said her voice muffling as the restaurant door shut behind them

As they went into the restaurant mystery got them a table and they sat down at the booth across from each other

Zoey looked at the menu picking it up and looking at all the options

Mystery glanced across the table at her and smiled to himself before looking back at the menu

Zoey looked up and she slightly caught his gaze and she chuckled "what?" She said with a grin

Mystery shook his head and looked at the menu "nothing" he said smiling

Zoey raised an eye brow but grinned before looking back at the menu

As they ordered their food and drinks the dinner was nice and peaceful giving them both the alone time they needed with one another

After dinner mystery got the bill once again after zoeys long protest that didn't work and they left and the sky was a faint dark navy blue with a hint of purple with the stars shinning a golden colour

Zoey and mystery walked hand in hand trying to find their way back to the air bnb although they knew it wouldn't be far

Zoey chuckled slightly and held his hand "thanks for today.." she started gently "I missed hanging out.." she said with a smile

Mystery smiled before looking down at her and he nodded "anytime Zoey" he said back his voice meaningful

Zoey met his gaze her brown doe eyes softening at his words and then she looked back down and chuckled "how much shit do you think the others are gonna give us for not meeting up with them?" She asked laughing

Mystery smirked and sighed pretending to think about it "hmm" he started "we're so dead" he said his voice a whisper but the laughter clear

Zoey laughed and nodded her eyes closing as she laughed hard "oh for sure" she said back

Mystery smiled at the sound of her laugh and then squeezed her hand "so worth it though" he said his voice soft

Zoey nodded immediately "definitely" she said her voice soft as she looked at him

As they got to the air bnb they saw the car there so they knew the others were back and they mentally prepared themselves for them as they walked through the door..

But as they walked in they saw no one awake and everyone's bedroom door shut so they assumed they have went to sleep they then locked the front door before saying goodnight to each other and heading into their separate bedrooms
