{Florida vcay part 3} - dinner

As they all for ready for dinner the clock hit around 4:54 and they had reservations at 5:15 so they had time but barley

Mira-Was wearing a gorgeous tight black sparkly dress that was long and hugged her waist perfectly as if it was made exactly for her, her Pink hair was in a bun braid that Zoey had done for her and she had her black little bag on her side, she was also wearing black high heels

Rumi- Was wearing a flowy dress that was a shade between gold and bronze and it fit her perfectly her purple hair was down and straitened with a gold necklace on and a color between gold and bronze high heels on

Zoey- Was wearing a soft blue shade that was such a perfect color on her especially with her dark black hair which tonight was down and curled, her dress was tight at the top and loose at the bottom with a laced open back, she was wearing silver hug heals

Mystery-Was wearing a dark suit that he packed Randomly that looked more casual rather then fancy

Jinu-Had a tux on that matched the same color as rumis dress -they planned to match- and he made sure it was sort of casual as well

Abby- Had a darker black suit on that had a little bit of a shine to it but it was a casual suit

Baby-Had a white suit on which was all he could find last minute and it was a bit to big on him

Romance-Being as dramatic as he was made sure he stood out and wore a lavender purple suit as he couldn't have been too 'boring'

They all complimented each others outfits before hopping into the car that Zoey rented along with the air bnb and all got in with Abby driving

"Alright anyone know the address?" Abby called out from the drivers seat

Zoey pulled out her phone and then handed it to Abby "follow the map" she said

Abby took zoeys phone and then handed it to baby who was in the front passenger seat so he could hold it and tell Abby where to go as he drove

The drive was a little confusing as baby didn't know how to pronounce any of the street names and the car was full of chaos as they were like toddlers when together but eventually they made it

Abby parked the car "we're here" he called out to the rest of the car and they all got out and started to walk into the restaurant

Just in time too 1 minute from their reservation

Zoey walked up to the counter and pulled her phone out and translated "table for 8 at 5:15 under the name Zoey"

And sooner then later the greeter understood and lead them to the table

They all sat down and Abby sat at the end of the table and Mira purposely sat beside him and Abby wouldn't even look at her

Mira glanced at him every now and then but every time she would she would see him laughing or  talking with someone else or being his usual party going self and out going personality and she was starting to feel he just didn't wanna be around her

Meanwhile on the other side of her romance kept trying to flirt with Mira

"You look gorgeous tonight Mira" romance said in a smug tone

Mira sipped her drink "not for you" she said her tone snarky

Romance pouted and shrugged "too bad I for one am enjoying the view" he said his tone smug and flirty

Abby who was overhearing just tapped his foot and clenched his jaw tight trying to keep his mouth shut but as romance kept going Abby couldn't take it anymore and stood up his chair scrapping the floor

The group looked up confused with the loud noise

"Where you going?" Zoey asked with a unknowing smile on her face

Abby glanced around and then his gaze landed on Mira then it went to romance who still had that smug look on his face and he then looked back at Zoey "outside I forgot something in the car" Abby spoke fast

The table gave eachother confused looks and Jinu spoke up

"You good?" Jinu asked

"Yeah your not being loud it's creeping me out" baby added

Romance just stared at Abby the smug look on his face

Abby looked around and then nodded and swallowed hard "I'm good" he then walked away fast

Mira's gaze followed Abby as he walked away and then caught rumis looking at her

"What?" Mira mouthed

Rumi tilted her head in a signal for Mira to follow Abby and then mouthed "go"

Mira swallowed hard and looked at Abby's figure who opened the restaurant door and left and she then stood up "bathroom" she muttered before walking away

Rumi just watched and smiled slightly

Romance however caught on and he caught on quick watching Mira walk away

{why can't you be around me?} Mira x Abby

Abby was sitting outside on the curb in front of the car Zoey rested biting the inside of his cheek and tapping his foot as he just thought over and over and over again and all he could feel was jealousy and he hated it, it wasn't how he was, he could brush things off easily, he could let it go easily, he told himself he needed to get out of this funk but he couldn't.

Mira walked out of the restaurant and looked around for Abby until her gaze landed on him and she sighed heavy and approached him slowly before sitting beside him "Abby?" She said softly

Abby was startled slightly and he snapped out of his thoughts and turned his head a little her direction "hm?" He said his voice a little raspy

Mira exhaled heavy and felt her mind spinning this wasn't like her, she was someone who never cared, who didn't wanna be put in this situation, she was bratty and snarky, but with Abby that disappeared, like he was her soft spot

"Why can't you be around me?" Mira asked suddenly but genuinely curious

"It's not you" Abby responded quick shaking his head and he closed his eyes in frustration "it's him" he said quietly referring to romance

"Romance?" Mira asked her tone soft unlike her usual sharp tone

Abby opened his eyes but didn't meet her gaze and just nodded still biting the inside of his cheek

Mira moved her gaze from him to the pavement and sighed heavy again "I didn't think you'd care about that" Mira said softly

Abby looked up and shook his head "that's the problem Mira" he said firmly "I care too much about this" he said his knee still tapping

Mira looked at Abby and then the pavement again her mind swirling with thoughts and she felt her cheeks warm up and her heart beating faster "why?" She asked

Abby sighed in annoyance with himself "I don't know Mira" he said his voice low but firm "all I know is that I care and it's driving me crazy"

Mira's breath caught in her throat and she sighed heavily "abby..." she muttered

"Don't..." Abby said firmly stopping her from speaking "don't say something you think I wanna hear" he said gently "just know that..."

Mira looked down again her mind eating itself alive she didn't know what to say or what to do nothing she felt she had to say something but she didn't, she felt she had to do something but she didn't, this was alot to handle, she knew there was something there with Abby but she didn't know what.

Abby then smiled gently at her the first real smile he has given her in weeks and he then stood up and walked back into the restaurant but as he did romance was standing there and they locked eyes

Romance looked genuinely concerned and he never did but Abby was his bestfriend he didn't want things to be weird between them

Abby just sighed heavy and looked away and walked right passed romance
