{park date?} Zoey x mystery

Narrator -saja boys

It was a normal afternoon in the saja boys apartment -as normal as it could be- and everyone was relaxing after a busy day of work and constant business meetings which was normal the out come but something was different.... someone was different

Mystery was looking at his phone staring at his on going text messages withe Zoey -they barley texted- but he just kept re reading them over and over again

Just then his thoughts were distracted by Abby's arm resting on mystery's shoulder looking over at his phone "dude just text her" he said his voice a little annoyed for him

Mystery was startled slightly and blinked confused trying to hide his flustered face "huh?"

Just then romance put his arm on mystery's other shoulder and looked over as well "this is pathetic" he said with a soft pout

Mystery looked at the two nervously and then cleared her throat "I don't know how"

Abby and romance looked at eachother confused and then let out a soft chuckle "you don't know how?" They said in sync with the same amount of confusion

Just then baby walked in a bag of chips in one hand and his phone in the other and he walked right passed them and onto the couch ignoring what was going on -as per usual-

Romance then immediately started to tease mystery again "just text her and confess right now" and then he went on to say "oh Zoey I just love you so much will you please go out with me" he said mocking mystery

Abby put a hand to his lips and chuckled into his hand

Jinu then walked in and rolled his eyes "leave him be" he said more as a demand

Romance rolled his eyes and let go of mystery's shoulder "nobody lets me have any fun around here" he muttered

Jinu raised an eye brow "if you think taunting your roommates is fun then I think we have bigger issues here" he said his voice very confused

Romance made a tsk noise with his tongue and then shook his head

Mystery was staring at his phone and then he began to text "okay I'm texting" mystery called out softly

Abby immediately stood up and praised him his arms opening to the sky and then making a bow motion "congratulations my glorious king" Abby said so to a chuckle

Romance also stood up clapping "I hope my smooth talk rubbed off on you" he said smugly

Abby side eyed romance "like you have any" he said his expression confused

Romance then muttered back "more then you" he said with a grin

Abby rolled his eyes

As they were bickering mystery took a deep breath hesitating before texting Zoey

ZOEY AND MYSTERY CONVO

Mystery: "hello I was wondering if you possibly wanted to go to the park today?"

Seconds passed Then minutes Before she answered

Zoey: "heyyy! Sorry for late response I had to get my shoe back from Mira!!"

Mystery smiles softly and typed back

Mystery: "that's not good"

Zoey: "I'd love to go to the park!! What time?"

Mystery glanced up at his phone looking at the time then typed

Mystery: "now? I can pick you up if you want"

Zoey: "sounds good!!"

Mystery then closed his phone

"She said yes" mystery spoke up looking at romance and Abby who were still bickering

"Knew she would see never doubt yourself man" Abby said with a grin

"It was my charm rubbing off on you" romance said with a cocky smirk

Abby rolled his eyes "enough with the charm it was him!" He said raising his voice slightly

Romance rolled his eyes "yeah yeah" he muttered

Mystery then sneaked out in the chaos of this

PICK UP

As mystery picked up Zoey the drive was silent but peaceful and they then arrived at the  park and it was already getting late and dark the dust sky color shining the dim light

"I love this time of night" Zoey blurted out but it wasn't loud, it wasn't energetic, it was peaceful and quiet

Mystery looked over at Zoey and nodded silently

Zoey then smiled and they got out of the car and began to walk down the path and over to the swings

"Race me to the sidewalk!" Zoey called out already running across the park towards the side walk

Mystery took a minute to process what was happening and then followed her giggles towards the side walk and ran after her

Zoey then stopped and turned around as she reached the side walk "Ha! I win you loose!" She said her voice playful

Mystery blinked confused and looked at Zoey "but you cheated?" He questioned

Zoey laughed and playfully pushed his shoulder "lighten up..." she said with a small smile "ain't winning if you ain't  cheating" she said with a smile again and a chuckle

Mystery looked at her his eyes softening slightly although his hair covered his eyes he was looked at her -really looking- and he then nodded "guess you got a point" he said with a shrug

Zoey smiled and chuckled and nodded "that's the spirit!"   She said with exclaim

They then stood in front of eachother silently at first for a long period time and then mystery saw a peace of zoeys hair fall over her ear from tucked behind and she didn't seem to notice

Mystery hesitated and put his hand up and slowly moved it closer to that stand of hair

Zoey pulled back slightly and looked at mystery with confused eyes "what do I have something on my face?" She said with a small chuckle wiping over her face

Mystery paused his hand wanting to be respectful "no no your hair is just sticking out" he said softly his voice firm but barley above a whisper

Zoey tried  to hide the rush of heat in her body but she swore that betrayed her and made her turn a bright red "o- oh" she said nervous lowering her hands from her face

Mystery smiled slightly a small smile that he didn't show many people and he liked how nervous she was around him it ment it was mutual because he was always nervous around her

Mystery then gently tucked the strand of hair back behind her ear and looked at her with soft eyes and kept the small smile on his face and his hand lingered on her skin for a second

Zoeys breath caught in her throat as she felt his hand on her skin, it was like in a way he knew he could get a good reaction out of her..

mystery then moved his hand away "better" he said softly

Zoeys smiled and nodded "thank you..." she spoke but more mouthed that's how quiet her voice was

Mystery looked at her his eyes going to her left eye then her right and he then swallowed hard and nodded "anytime Zoey.." he said his voice soft
