"Do I have to wear this?" Luffy whined as you finished tying his tie. It was the day of your exhibit and you had made your boyfriend wear a suit which you had to get one of his brothers to take him shopping for as he had none.

"Yes you do." You made sure his tie was straight before taking a step back to take a look at him, he wore a black suit with a black under shirt and red tie; he looked very hansome in his suit even if he didn't want to wear it. "Besides you look good in a suit."

Luffy smiled at that instantly liking his suit a little better. Plus it went nicely with your black laced sleeve dress that hugged your chest nicely then flared down to your knees. It was a simpler dress but you didn't want to look like a peacock at your event you already knew some of your guest would come dressed like one.

You gave yourself a once over in the mirror to make sure your makeup and hair still looked good while Luffy filled up Chopper's food and water dish and laid out a pee pad for the pup. You didn't like using the pee pad, in your opinion it was kind of gross and left a bad smell in the house, but Chopper was still young; while he learned how to let you know that he had to use the bathroom he wasn't very good at holding it in. So the pee pad would have to do for now.

"Ready?"

"Ready!" Luffy replied as he followed you out to your car, you had to be at the museum where exhibit was being held earlier then everyone else because you were the artist afterall and you needed to make sure the paintings were in the right order.

The drive to the museum was about an hour, it was on the other side of the city from where you and Luffy lived. Luffy took this time to busy himself with questioning you about your paintings, you didn't let Luffy look at your paintings the whole time you were creating them and you made sure to lock your art room each time you left it. You even made sure you didn't hint about it in the slightest just incase the boy was smart enough to figure it out.

Ace had tried to get you to tell him what you were painting as well; promising he wouldn't tell his younger brother. Obvisouly you didn't which resulted in the freckled male to spout nonsense about you doing nude paintings and the was why you wouldn't spill.

That wasn't the case, you just wanted the exhibit to be a suprise for Luffy and his family that was also coming.

"Are your paintings of food?" Luffy asked unable to sit still in his seat, the ravenette would press his face to the window each time you guys passed a food joint and once they were out of sight he'd lean so close into you that it was almost hard to drive.

"No but there will be food there." You hummed as you turned at the intersection making sure to keep close attention to the road even though Luffy was basically bouncing out of his seat.

"FOOOOOOOOOD!!!!!!!"

~Time Skip~

You made Luffy stay in the lobby of the museum while you went into the room where you exhibit was being held. You didn't want Luffy in here until everything was ready plus you didn't need him eating all the food before the guest even arrived.

A chime from your phone let you know you had just gotten a message, you checked and saw that Luffy had texted you saying that his brothers and dad had just arrived. Checking the time you saw that guest would be arriving any minute now so you told Luffy to come on in.

"These are totally gonna be nude paintings. I mean the title of it all is 'This is what Love looks like'. How does that not make you think of naked bodies?" You could hear Ace before you even saw him.

"Shut up yoi," came Marco's irrated voice followed by a pained 'ouch' you could only assume he had hit his freckled brother over the head.

"I don't think (Y/N) is the type to paint- Wow!" Sabo's sentence cut short as he entered the room along with his brothers and father, his head turned from side to side as he looked at the paintings in the room. He quickly regained himself as he continued walking with his family over to you, all of them looked impressed as they looked around the room. Except for poor Ace who was craddling his head.

"(Y/N) these are amazing!" Luffy beamed as he pulled you into a tight hug, completely ignoring the table of food that he had passed.

"Thanks." You gave him a quick peck on the lips before he let go of you his arm still wrapped around your waist as you said you hellos to Pops and his brothers.

"You sure are talented lass, these paintings are beautiful I can feel the emotion coming off of them," Pops praised you as he gazed over at the 15 paintings you had in the room.

"It's just practice really." While you loved hearing positive feed back about your artwork it was usually from people you didn't know or online reviews, to hear it from someone you new made you really proud and kind of embarresed at the same time.

"This isn't practice it's a gift," Thatch added onto the complements that his brothers were giving you. After a while of talking to you they all went to look at your paintings in greater detail, except for Luffy who stuck close to your side as you greeted other guest and talk to your manager about when you'd reveal your master piece.

"What's this master piece of yours? Why isn't it out with everything else?" Luffy stuffed some food into his face, a few of the guest looked horrified at the amount of food he was eating.

"Because it's really special and I want everyones attention on it when I bring it out." You took a napkin and wiped the food that was sticking to Luffy's cheeks as well as brushing the crumbs out of his hair.

"So your muse was Luffy for these paintings," Ace smirked as he joined you two. Luffy raised an eyebrow not understanding what his brother was talking about and you didn't expect him too; he had spent the whole time with you not really examining the paintings or reading the little placks that were next to them. "Oh don't tell me you didn't notice? These are all places you two have been together or things that remind (Y/N) of you."

That's when Luffy really looked at all of the paintings; the patchy school feild where you two had first met, the small creak you two would hangout at after school, the icecream shop where he shared his icecream with you after your cat passed away, the sunflowers that you told him reminded you of his smile, and the veiw from a top of the ferris wheel on your guy's first date. All of it was about Luffy and your love for him.

"Th- You remembered all of these things?"

"I never forgot. And I won't ever forget these things cause I love you Luffy." You pulled your boyfriend closer to you as it looked like he might start crying or smiling, maybe both? Either way you just wanted to hug him.

"I love you too." A smile spread across Luffy's face, his arms went around your waist ashe tightend the hug.

"Augh you two are gross," Ace quickly filled his plate with food and left. You and your boyfriend laughed as you watched his brother scurry away, once he was out of sight you tugged at Luffy's arm to get him to follow you.

You led him to the back of the room where there was a black velvet curtain blocking off the scetion of the wall. Your agent noticed you and quickly excussed herself from the group she was talking to, she handed you a microphone and got one of the many workers to dim the lights in the room except for where you were standing.

"Hello everyone could I have you attention," you spoke out over the mic, you waited for everyone to quiet down and move closer to where you were standing. "I'd like to thank all for coming out and seeing my exhibit 'This is what Love looks like', I'm sure by now you can all tell what my paintings are telling you. All of these paintings represent the love that I have for this man here."

You held out your hand for Luffy, he took your hand and stood next to you in front of the many people. You smiled over at him holding his loving stare before you started talking again.

"And this is my master piece."

The curtain dropped away to show the painting you did of Luffy that one sleepless night. The painting showed off his toothy smile that you loved so much while the colors mixed together to make it look like he radiated warmth like he did in real life.

There was a round of applause before there were murmurs of how much people liked the painting. As people gathered around to get a closer look at the painting you led Luffy off to the side so the two of you wouldn't get caught up in the crowd. The two of you stopped at a big marble pillar that slightly hid you out of peoples sight.

You wanted to capture a picture of Luffy's face at this moment, he looked really happy with a bright red blush covering his cheeks and ears. You'd never seen him blush this much before.

Luffy's hands gently cupped your cheeks as he pulled you in for a kiss, it started off slow as you felt his lips tremble against yours.

"Sorry I'm just really happy right now and I love you a lot too," Luffy panted out as he pulled away from the kiss. He panted heavily from the small kiss you  two shared and you could guess what was going on in his body at this moment.

"I love you Luffy. Now let's get you home," you peaked out from behind the pillar and saw everyone was still focused on the painting so there was no chance of someone stopping you on you quest to leave.
