Christmas special

25th of December, a day that's full of joy. Big families having their wonderful Christmas dinner together, couples walking on the street enjoying the decorations made, children jumping around throwing snow balls at each other laughing happily.

"Oi Kageyama! Come on! Hurry up! We're going to be late!"

It was snowing as usual since its winter. A orange ball of energy is pulling a black pouty ball running down the streets. Its really cold and yet they're running. The wind was really cold and Kageyama feels like he's going to catch a cold if he keeps this up.

"Oi dumbass, slow down!"

"We're gonna be late! And don't call me dumbass! Its Christmas be nice!"

"Heh I'm already nice. You should tell this to that salty Tsukishima."

"Hurry up!"

They ran and prayed that they won't be late. Daichi will definitely kill them if they're late.

This year's Christmas, the Karasuno volleyball club had decided to hold a Christmas party at one of the cafe in Miyagi. Hinata and Noya was all excited about it and so were everyone else.

"Hah! We ma-made it! On time yes!"

After 10 minutes of running, they finally reached, just on time.

"The superstars arrive late again huh" A familiar snicker was heard. But isn't this guy supposed to be in Tokyo?

"Eh? Kuroo-san?!?"

"HEY HEY HEY CHIBI-CHAN!"

"EHHHH BOKUTO IS HERE TOO?!"

"YOHO CHIBI-CHAN!"

"EHHHHHH GRAND KING?!?"

"Hinata, calm down." Suga handed hot chocolates to Hinata and Kageyama, trying to calm Hinata down. Kageyama was surprised to see them here too. They knew that there's a party for Christmas but they thought it was just for the team only.

"Why are they all here, Suga-san?"

"Its called a surprise chibi-chan~" Oikawa replied with a wink which then got a smack from Iwaizumi.

"Nekoma and Fukurodani came to Miyagi for some practice matches, Daichi and I saw Bokuto, Kenma, Akaashi and Kuroo in the mall when we're getting stuffs for this party so we decided to invite them to the party. And then we saw Oikawa and Iwaizumi so we decided to invite Aoba Johsai over but only two of them manage to come, others had already had plans with their family." Suga explained to them.

"Well the more the merrier"

"Finally something that's nice from Kuroo"

"Kenma why"

And so the party started. Since they love meat so much, they ordered barbecue for the dinner. Everyone was chatting and having fun.

"Hey Tobio-chan, have you confessed to Chibi-chan?"

Kageyama choked when Oikawa asked him.

"Uhh... Well er... I uh..."

"Come om Tobio-chan~ ya haven't confess to Chibi-chan?"

"Well actually Grand king, we got together on his birthday." Hinata jumped in and holded Kageyama's hand leaving Kageyama blushing."By the way, Grand King have you confessed to Iwaizumi-san?"

"EHHH WHAT NO.... HOW DID YOU KNOW... I MEAN THERE'S NOTHING BETWEEN US!!!"

"I could tell that you have a crush on him since Junior High, Oikawa-san. So when are you going to tell him?"

"EVEN TOBIO-CHAN? no uh... Maybe uhhh... I..."

"OHO OH OHO?"

"OHO OHO OH? A confession?"

"Kuroo no"

"Bokuto-san no"

"Alright everyone! Its time for exchanging presents!" Daichi announced and everyone cheered.

"Hey hey hey!! This is for you son!"

"Bokuto-san, Hinata is not your son."

"Oh yeah hoot! He's not my son, he's our son hoot!"

"......"

Everyone exchanged presents and it was full of joy. They may be rivals to each other on the court but outside the court, they're the best friend anyone who could ever have. Despite being rivals, they care for each other, they give advice and even cheer for each other. That's the true joy of playing volleyball.

"Hey bro! Let's sing Christmas carols!"

"OYAOYAOYA? Good idea bro!"

"Oh oh! Why don't we take turns singing!!"

"How about we sit in a circle and since everyone brought one extra present for games, we'll sing and pass the present and when the song is over the present in front of you will be yours."

"Oh! Nice one Daichi! Let's do it!" Suga claps his hands and gather everyone. Everyone sat in a circle and was all excited.

"Hoot! What song should we sing?"

"Deck the halls, bro."

"But I like Jingle bells, Kotaro-chan~"

"We should sing 12 days of Christmas!"

"No sing Rudolph the red nose reindeer!"

They started bickering for the carol that should be sing.

"Alright everyone, we'll just sing all of them okay? We'll sing Jingle bells first then deck the halls, 12 days of Christmas, Rudolph the red nose reindeer and last but not least Joy to the world, okay?"

"Nice one Daichi-chan ;)"

"Oikawa I'm gonna kick you out."

"How mean!"

"Okay let's start with Bokuto."

"Hoot! Hoot! Which song again?"

"Its Jingle bells, Bokuto-san."

"Oh okay hoot! Dashing through the snow~ your turn Akaashi."

"In a one horse open sleigh"

(*gasps* Akaashi singing is goood)

"O'er the fields we go~ Kenma your turn" Kuroo took away Kenma's psp.

"...laughing all the way..." Kenma sighs continuing the lyrics.

"Bells on bob tails ring! Yaku-san your turn!" Lev getting all excited and started dancing while continuing the lyrics.

"Oi Lev pass the present! Making spirits bright~" Yaku gave a punch to Lev for not passing the present.

"What fun it is to laugh and sing~ Iwa-chan your turn!"

(Oh my gwah Oikawa singing is good too!)

"A sleighing song tonight"

(Iwa-chan singing is gooooooodddd!!)

Its Hinata's turn now and its his favorite part of the song, he took a deep breath and sang loudly.

"Oh, jingle bells, jingle bellsJingle all the way~~"

"Oh, what fun it is to rideIn a one horse open sleigh~"

Kageyama liked this part of the song too, he's so excited that he had a little blush on his face.

Everyone had fun singing Jingle bells and passing the presents happily. Soon the song was finished and its up to the next song, Deck the halls.

"Asahi, its your turn sing Deck the halls."

"Oh okay. Deck the halls with boughs of holly~"

"Fa la la la la, la la la la!! SINGING THUNDER!!"

"Tis the season to be jolly~ Nice one Yuu!"

"Fa la la la la, la la la la~" Ennoshita watched Noya and Tanaka fist bump over the Singing Thunder.

The singing is now back to Bokuto again.

"Don we now our gay apparel!! HOOT!! Akaaaaashi! Your turn!"

"I know Bokuto-san. Fa la la, la la la, la la la."

"OYA GAY OYA?"

"Kuroo please."

"Can't help it Kenma. Troll the ancient Yule tide carol~" ‾\(W∇‾ )/‾

"...why do I have to do this... *Sigh* fa la la, la la la, la la la..."

"See the blazing Yule before us!! Yaku-san!"

"Shut up Lev. Fa la la AHHHHHHHHH"

Yaku suddenly shouted and scared everyone one.

"What was that for Yaku?"

"Yeah what's wrong?"

Yaku was now hugging Lev tightly and shaking. This is kinda familiar... Everyone in Nekoma thought.

"A-a...a..a b-BUGGG!!!" Yaku screams.

"Oh god why..." Akaashi look so painful.

"Shit. I should stick an anti-bug sticker outside." Iwaizumi cursed.

"Not this again." Daichi feel that he's gonna cry.

And so the "scare of bugs" squad starts running here and there screaming for help. Chaos, chaos everywhere. Soon the squad were all rolled up shaking in one of the corner watching the "brave" squad that were still standing there.

The bug-friendly Bokuto was still confused why they're afraid of bugs, Daichi and Tsukishima standing there sighing, Iwaizumi feel like going home, Kageyama can't go anywhere since Hinata was clinging onto him tightly. Yaku was still hugging Lev snd so was Kenma hugging Kuroo tightly.

"Well let's kill it and get back to the party." Daichi sighed.

"Can we not kill it?"

"Bokuto-san please."

"But bugs are friendly! And its Christmas! Can ya don't kill it."

"But Bokuto if we don't kill it then..." Daichi feels that he's having a headache.

"Iwa-chan~ kill it!"

"Nah I'm going home" Iwaizumi don't want to be evolved into this mess.

"Me too." Tsukishima agrees.

"Hey guys don't leave, we'll think of something quick okay?" Suga said from the other side.

"Well its Christmas after all so let's just let it go. Maybe it has a family waiting huh. Is that okay?" Daichi asked the "afraid of bugs" squad.

"No" Oikawa, hating bugs that much just wanted to kill it.

"Well I kinda agree with Oikawa." Yaku said. Kenma soon nods his head.

"But why you wanna kill it? Its friendly!" Bokuto said, almost having a mood swing.

"......" Its a disaster.

Akaashi let out a heavy sigh and called Bokuto over. "Come here Bokuto-san."

"They all wanna kill the poor bug, Akaashi..."

"Alright, listen. You guys just pretend to kill it while you snick it into your pocket and let it go when they're not seeing. Okay?"

"Oh my gosh Akaashi! You're a genius!" He hugged Akaashi happily leaving Akaashi blushing. Bokuto then ran to the "brave" squad and told them about the plan. They all agreed on it and carried it out.

"Iwaizumi on the left while Tsukishima on the right. And Bokuto and me will kill it while you guys surround it."

"Okay!"

The plan carried out perfectly and non of the "afraid of bugs" squad except for Akaashi knew the bug wasn't dead yet. The party continue and everyone were enjoying it.

"Bokuto-san, have you let the bug go yet?" Akaashi whispers.

"Erm not yet."

"What? What if it came out from your pocket Bokuto-san." Akaashi wanted to cry.

"I don't think it will Hoot!"

And just as he finished his sentence, the bug flew out.

"OH MY GOD!! IS THAT A BUG AGAIN?!?" Oikawa was the first one who saw it flying around.

"AHHHHHHHHHHHH"

"HELPPPPPPP"

The war broke out once again, chaos everywhere.

"I shouldn't have told Bokuto-san to keep it, I should let Daichi-san or the others to keep it instead." Akaashi sighed while joining the others in the corner again.

"I'm going home. You coming Tsukishima?" Iwaizumi wanted to leave again.

"Yeah. Let's go."

"IWA-CHANNNNNN!!"

"TSUKKIIIII!!"
