Can I call you tonight- dayglow —————————————————————"We're going to the mall now!" Lilith yelled over her shoulder as her and ash left fezco's small house, hearing a sleepy grunt back in response from the older man.

"Why are we even going to the mall again?" Ash muttered, clearly already bored by the shopping trip. As much as he wanted to make Lilith happy, he'd never been big on shopping.

"Because, I need new clothes and I want to get something else- it's a surprise." Lilith said quietly, before smiling over at ash as she sat in the passenger seat of the car.

"How long are we going to be there for?" Ash whined, sitting in the drivers seat and starting the car.

"I don't know! Stop asking questions and stop complaining, please, you're doing my head in!" Lilith giggled, raising her eyebrows at him as they started to drive off. Towards the mall. —————————————————————"Oh ash look! Isn't this dress so pretty!" Lilith said, rushing over to a beautiful burgundy floor length dress, with a slit going all the way up from the floor to the thigh, the top half being intricately designed.

Lilith practically had hearts in her eyes as she stared at the dress, making ash chuckle as he walked behind her and wrapped his arms around her waist.

"That'd look absolutely flawless on you ma." He mumbled, kissing her temple softly as she reached for the price tag.

Her eyes widened at the price tag, it was well into the higher half of 3 digits. She knew she had money, but not enough to buy that, especially not right now.

"I- uhh- it's so expensive." She sighed, letting the price tag drop again. "Plus, I have like, nowhere to wear it." She smiled, walking away from the dress as she went to look at other clothing in the store.

Ash thought for a few seconds, before walking to Lilith. "I'm gonna go look at the shoes they got here shawty, call for me if you need me ok?" He said, kissing her temple again as she nodded, and he walked off towards the other side of the shop, way out of her sight.

She kept picking up clothes she liked the look of, accessories, any product that caught her eye, before she walked to the till and smiled at the cashier.

They made small talk as Lilith wondered where ash was, paying the woman and bagging her clothes up before spotting him at the other side of the store.

"Ash!" She called, walking to her boyfriend, and taking his hand as she watched him stare down the sneakers before turning to Lilith.

"You wanna go get food? I'm hungry." He muttered, making her nod as he took a couple of the bags from her so lower the amount she was carrying.

"Kfc?" She suggested, the boy nodding as they left the store and walked towards the malls kfc. —————————————————————They'd finished eating and had been walking around for the past 10 minutes, before Lilith turned to ash and smiled.

"I have some things that I need to get, like, by myself, so I'm gonna go buy them and then I'll call you when I'm done, okay?" She muttered, making him nod and smile at her, pecking her lips.

"You got yo gun on you?" He asked, making her nod as she tapped the gun in her jacket pocket, smiling reassuringly at him.

"Of course. I'm gonna go now, as I said, I'll call you!" she answered, pecking his lips again before walking away in another direction to him.

As soon as he was gone, the first place she went to was the sneaker store. Ashtrays birthday was in mid September and they were already nearing the end of august, she hadn't even considered presents until the day before this one.

She scanned all the shoes, before finding the pair she knew he wanted. He'd spoke about them a lot but even him and fez couldn't afford them at that moment, business was strange, so she paid for the overly expensive sneakers before shoving the box into one of her bags, walking to another store to find more presents for him.

She suddenly saw a games store, and her face lit up completely.

Oh, he's going to LOVE this. —————————————————————Lilith pulled her phone from her jacket pocket, clicking ashtrays contact as she waited for him to pick up.

She was sat on a bench in the mall, bags either side of her as she needed a break from walking around and carrying so much, and she was done anyway.

"Hey princess!" Ash said through the phone, making Lilith blush at the nickname. She would never get used to the pet names, she loved them.

"Hi, I'm sat on a bench like right near the fountain if you wanted to like, come and see me." She said, picking at a loose threat on her pants as she waited for his response.

"Yeah- yeah sure, I'll be there in a second. See ya, beautiful." He said, making her roll her eyes. "Don't roll your eyes at me!" He said, making her sit up straight and look around, her eyes landing on the boy who was leaning against a wall, phone to his ear as he stared straight at her, smirking slightly.

"Whatever." She giggled, before slowly hanging up and just staring at him, watching him walk over to her.

She felt her stomach flutter with butterflies, she could've sworn the boy could look attractive doing ANYTHING. He was literally walking and it was making her weak at the knees.

She noticed that he also now had multiple bags handing from his arms, making her cock her head and smile in confusion as he finally made it to her and sat down next to her.

"What's all this?" She questioned, gesturing to the bags as he shrugged and tapped the side of his nose in the 'you'll find out eventually' sort of way.

She side hugged him, pulling out a new coconut lipgloss she bought and applying a layer to her lips before standing up and picking up her bags.

"Right! Come on, the mall closes in an hour and I'm so tired." She chuckled, as he stood up and gathered his bags too.

They walked through the mall, giggling at random little things they were saying and admiring peoples outfits as they left, shoving their things into the boot of the car and sighing as they got into the front.

"Fuck me that was exhausting." Lilith mumbled, her head falling back against the seat as she looked over at her boyfriend who was scrolling through Lilith's phone to find a song he wanted to play.

"Don't look at me! You dragged me there, not vice versa." He giggled, shrugging as he pulled out of the parking lot, Lilith admiring him as he drove in silence, the only sound being the music playing softly in the background.

Lilith could admire him forever. Like, forever and ever and ever. Everything he did was insanely attractive, everything he did drew her in more and more, everything he did was captivating and beautiful, just like him.

And, just like Maddy had said ages beforehand, Lilith now knew it was true.

She was in love with Ashtray O'Neill.

Authors note: Fucking filler chapter I wanna vomit I hated writing that so much, I'm so sorry this was so boring but I promise I'll try my best to spice up the next few chapters properly to make up for this one. My writers block has come back oops Anyway I've been ill all day which is also why this is a kinda late update (for me, it's like 10pm rn man).
