Traps & Chaos

Jenny's POV

"Get down!",  Kira screams.

I duck down to the floor, it barely missing my head. The cable starts going everywhere. It hit a fire hydrant making it shoot water out and onto the ground.

" Get away from the water! If you go near it, it will electrify you", I say to Kira.

An ambulance speeds to the hospital, stopping right where the water started. I try to yell for him to not get out of the Ambulance but it was to late. He had already stepped into the water making him instantly electrocuted.

Isaac and Allison also roll up to the hospital.

" Get away! Get away from the water!",  Kira yells trying to warn Isaac and Allison

Allison didn't hear our warnings because of the loud electricity. She gets out of her car and was about to step into the water when Isaac pushes her out the way making him fall into the water.

" Isaac!", Allison and I yell in unison.

Kira begins to walk closer to the electrified water. " Kira don't!", I yell. 

Kira ignores what I said and steps into the water, absorbing  the electricity making her normal brown eyes, a golden yellow.

I run up to Isaac hoping that he's okay. Derek and Scott shows up and Derek joins me to see if he's alright. Derek tries to look for a pulse, but there is none.

" Help! He's not breathing!", I scream

I wake up the next morning feeling dazed and confused.

" Was that all a dream?", I think to myself.

I look around and see that I'm not in my bedroom. I'm in Scott's bedroom. I start to remember everything that happened that night from Isaac being sent to the hospital to Stiles being missing once again.

" You up?", asks Scott

" Yeah, but it feels like I hardly slept at all", I say

" Yeah same here."

" Are we going to tell Sheriff Stilinski that Stiles is actually the nogitsune or are we going to wait because I think he deserves to know after all the shit he's been through."

" Yeah we'll tell him,but for now we have to go to school."

" Ugh school is the least of my problems.", I say jokingly.

I throw on the same clothes that I had on last night and go downstairs where Melissa is sitting down at the kitchen table looking exhausted.

" How's Isaac doing", I ask.

" He's doing alright, we can probably visit him before you guys go to school", Melissa says.

I nod my head and follow Scott and Melissa out the door to go visit Isaac at the hospital.

When we get there Scott and I see Allison sleeping on a bench.

" Allison?", I say trying to wake her up.

She wakes up and looks at all of us " They won't let me see him because I'm not family."

" Well I have a key", says Melissa opening Isaac's door.

" Allison wait.", I say stopping Allison from going into his room.

" Yeah?"

" You really like him don't you?"

" Yeah kinda. It's been hard since the break up with Scott and I thought it would be impossible to find someone after Scott, but I did"

" So it's official? You guys are dating?"

" No not yet"

" Well enough talking let's go see how Isaac is", I say walking into Isaac's room.

We slowly walk into his room. He has burns on the left side of his cheek. Scott grabs his arm.

" What are you doing?", I ask

" Taking his pain away", Scott says.

" You can do that?", I ask.

" Yeah and so can you"

Scott grabs my hand and puts it on Isaac's arm. I start to feel all the pain that Isaac is feeling at this very second and it's painful. I quickly take my hand off from all the pain.

" Will that heal him?", I ask.

" No he's just in less pain than he was before", Scott says.

" Oh well I have to get going to school. I'll meet you guys okay?", I say.

I walk out the hospital and get into my car, taking the drive to school where I will most likely be getting detention once again.

It was in fourth period when I heard the strangest noise. It was loud. I couldn't concentrate. It made me want to shift in front of the whole class, so I did the most logical thing that I could think of. I ran out of the room and followed the noise.

I start to run to the basement, where the sound was coming from. Scott, Aiden and Ethan hear the same noise so we went down to the basement together.

" What if this is a trap? You know from the nogitsune?", I ask

" Well than we're about to find out aren't we", says Scott

" I hate that plan", I mutter.

We turn the corner and didn't expect who would be there.

" Stiles?"

He turns around and look terrified as the twins charge at him.

" Wait it's me! I have no idea where I've been for the last few days, but it's me", Stiles says 

" Wait hold on!",  Scott and I yell.

We grab both of the twins off of Stiles and threw them across the room.

" How do we know that that's actually him?", says Aiden who was pissed off.

"Jenny can you tell if it's actually him or not?'", asks Scott.

" Not really", I say.

" Well do you know what you did at the hospital",  Ethan asks.

" Yeah I know more than that actually.", says Stiles walking up to his backpack and grabbing what looks like blueprints

He explains to us how he knew about the hospital and that he might have been doing something even be planning to do something worse.

We look through everything that Stiles has in his bag.

" Hey I found a map", I say.

" Isn't that the cross country trail?", Aiden asks.

"  It's also where the Tate car was found", I point out.

" And that's where those god awful steel traps were.", I say pointing at where the red line ends.

I look at Scott. " Shit.", I say before everyone runs out the basement and to where the cross country people are running.

Scott, Stiles and I go to the beginning of where the cross country start the run. We were too late to warn everyone and now they're all running into danger.

" Scott you should start running ahead to warn everyone, while Stiles and I will tell coach what's going on."

Scott agrees and starts running.

" Stilinski! Reyes! What are you two doing here!", Coach Finstock yells.

" We're about to tell you something crazy but you have to believe us or someone will die", I say.

Stiles, coach and I run to where the trap is supposed to be.

" Wait! everyone stop!", yells Stiles.

Stiles goes up to the metal chain and slowly pulls it out. I get nervous thinking what could Stiles have done. He pulls if out and there's nothing.

" Well done Stilinski! You really got me. Now which one of you wants to tell me what the hell is going on!", says Coach Finstock.

 He starts walking forward towards us. While he's walking to us, I notice a trip wire that he's about to pull.

" Coach no!", I shout but was to late an arrow already was in his stomach.

" Crap", coach says before falling backwards.

We all run to coach who is now yelling at the top of his lungs, begging for us to take the arrow out, as well as yelling that he's going to die.

" Scott I can't do it. You know how I am with these things.", says Stiles.

" Stiles I'm going to say this in the most loving and caring way as possible because I love you and all but get out of my way", I say.

" Sure thing babe", Stiles says while giving me a kiss on the cheek.

" Stop it lovebirds and take the fucking arrow out of me!", says Coach

" Okay Scott can you comfort coach", I say trying to make it clear that I want him to take his pain away. Alright I'm not going to lie this will hurt a lot", I say before taking the arrow out.

" I could've killed him", says Stiles

" Yeah you could have but you didn't, so it's okay for now."

" Guys I hear the ambulance coming", says Aiden.

"And my dad", adds Stiles.

" Scott, Jenny come here", says Ethan

" What is it?", I ask

" Look at these", says Ethan showing us a roll of wrapping paper.

" That's the wrapping paper we used on mischief night for coach's present", I say.

" Well didn't barrow make a bomb using nuts and bolts and wrapped it in a present?", Ethan asks.

" Yeah why?", I ask.

" Where did it go off?", Ethan asks.

" On a school bus", says Scott.

" Wait what if this is Stiles's plan?", I ask

" What do you mean by that?", asks Scott

" Well you have taken pain off two people, what if this is his plan for you to take a lot of people's pain and then he takes it from you to gain power."

" Can he do that?", Scott asks.

" Yeah, but I don't know it's just a thought", I say.

" Well for now let's go to that bus. We can think about It there."

I nod my head and we all run to the bus.

We wait in silence as we wait for the bomb to either detonate or it be disabled. Parish walks to the window and shows us that Sheriff Stilinski's name tag was in the box. I look at Stiles and Scott confusingly. We all stare at Sheriff Stilinski.

" The bomb isn't here isn't it", I say to Scott and stiles

They shake their heads and run into Stiles's jeep and drive to the Sheriff station.

We get there and it's too late. The bomb was already set off leaving a lot of cops dead or in a lot of pain.

" Scott! Jenny!

We run up to Stiles who is near a cop who looks like he's about to die.

" Can you take his pain away? Anything to make it easier?",asks Stiles

Scott grabs the cops hand and starts taking his pain away.

" Scott let's go. We have to go", I say dragging Scott and Stiles to the door.

" The Oni they're coming", says Kira.

"Stiles we need to go somewhere safe away from the Oni", I say

" Where are we going?", I ask

" Animal clinic", says Scott.

" An animal clinic! The Oni is coming and we're going to an animal clinic!"

" Yeah it's not a normal animal clinic and it's layered with mountain ash so the Oni can't come in."

" Nothing better I guess."

We get to the animal clinic but were welcomed by of course the Oni.

" Kira get inside", I yell

I shift to a werewolf.

" I'm done with there crap!", I think to myself.

I know I can't beat them, but if I hold them up long enough for my friends to get inside. I grab one of the Oni's katana and stab through its stomach and then use my claws to cut its mask away. I look away for one second and see that Scott was stabbed by one of them. Kira then jumps and kicks the Oni away from Scott to get just enough time to get Scott and take him inside.

" Come on Jenny!", yells Stiles.

I run inside and see that Kira is trying to take out the katana that is in Scott's abdomen.

Stiles goes past me and walks up to Kira. I see a glimpse of his eyes.

" Fuck", I mutter.

Stiles grabs Kira's hand and slams her head on the metal table making her pass out.

" Scott that's not the real stiles!", I yell.

Stiles twists the knife making him in more pain, but that's what stiles wants. He wants Scott in pain.

" You should have done your reading Scott. Jenny why don't you tell Scott what I'm doing because we already know that you were one step ahead of everyone but no one would listen", said stiles

" The nogitsune feeds off chaos, strife and pain. Scott you took the pain from Isaac, Coach and the officer. That is what the nogitsune wanted you to do so he could take it from you for power."

" Very good Jenny. You really know your stuff."

" Yeah well you've done this already haven't you... dad.", I say with a smug look.

" Scott you should know not to trust a fox. They're tricksters.They fool everyone.", says Stiles.

" Not everyone", says a person that I've never seen before.

He shoots some kind of liquid into Stiles making him fall down.

" Who are you? And what was that? Will that kill him?", I ask.

" I'm Deaton the veterinarian and that there was lychen, fox poison and it won't kill him, for now. I think you have some explaining also", says Deaton before pulling the katana out of Scott.
