First Lesson

00:26, 2 April 2018

Albus Dumbledore smirks the moment he eyes each one of the Potter triplets sitting with their houses. Harry notices the old man's looks and scowls for a couple of seconds before schooling his face. It is obvious that he will get revenge on the chief warlock for everything that he has done to him and will do to his own children if he has half the chance.

"Harry are you ready to teach your first lesson?" Dumbledore asks acting all grandfatherly once more.

It makes Harry's skin crawl.

"I am Headmaster. I am looking forward to it." Harry tells the nosey old man praying that his mask of a highly fake smile is sticking.

Dumbledore nods with a small smile. He is glad to have the boy-who-lived under his thumb again. It destroyed his image down to almost nothing when he let the boy leave and now that he has him and his children in his school he is going to make damn well sure that they will stay.

Severus listens to the headmaster comments to Harry wondering why the boy is putting up with it. It bothers the man to no end that he cannot figure out who Harry's husbands are and what has made the Potter boy change so much while he has been away. It isn't just losing his other halves that has changed him into the man sitting beside him now.

"My dear heads of houses please go hand out the timetables to the students of your houses." Dumbledore states with a grin and eyes twinkling once more.

Harry blanches inwardly at the display wishing that he might be able to have his revenge another way, but he understands that this is the safest way to do so without getting his triplets hurt in the middle of it all. That is the last thing he wants do. He doesn't know what he might do if they were ever hurt in any way as they are all he has left.

The moment the first year Slytherins and Gryffindors enter their very first defence the dark arts lesson, the Slytherin's along with the Potter triplets can tell that it isn't going to be like any other DADA lessons that have gone on in the Hogwarts walls before. Mostly because of the Professor teaching the course and how they don't know what the teaching methods are. But, one thing is for sure that they are all nervous about said lesson though most are good at hiding it.

"Come in and take the seats shown on the seating arrangement." Professor Potter tells the children as they enter his classroom.

The students quickly get into their seats not wanting to find out what might happen if they don't do as they are told. Although, they don't know the Professor that well yet hearing the rumor about what happened between he and the snarky potions professor has led them to the decision of not getting on his bad side.

"Now today we are going to start with the basic's. What is dark magic?" Harry asks wanting to know if the connie headmaster has stopped promoting the light side to be the best.

All the Gryffindor's hands jump up into the air except for Tom's as he knows that their is no point because he knows what the true answer to the question is. As do most of the Slytherin's even with the dark history of the house that is thrust around by almost everyone who is not in the house. And that is that magic is magic and their is no difference between what is considered light magic nor dark magic.

"Barbora Weasley what do you think?" Harry asks noticing that the girl has the same look Hermione used to get on her face when she is going to blurt out the answer even if she isn't asked too.

"Dark magic is labelled as such as it is bad and very evil. It contains the unforgivables that can land someone in Azkaban. You-Know-Who was a bad wizard and it is a pity that no one celebrates the day he fell.  Then, you have dark creatures that are even worse like the worst of the worse is Fenrir Greyback." Barbora lets out with the rest of Gryffindor nodding along with one exception.

Harry notice out of the corner of his eye that both Harper, Haidon, Basilius and Tom are struggling to keep themselves under control, even though they are hiding it very well from the others in the room. It seems that nothing has changed to Harry and it confuses him how Bill Weasley brought up his children to hate the one thing that he might have become.

"Hmm, so you agree to killing for the greater good," the Professor states before continuing on, "Alexio Malfoy what do you think about dark magic?"

Alexio swallows slightly not sure about how the Professor who his Dad told him about being as light as they come might think about what he believes. But, then he wonders why he stuck up for his youngest to his Uncle Severus and hasn't disowned him. Alejandro nudges his brother not believing he will answer if he doesn't and he really isn't going to allow anyone to make a fool out of his twin even if that means going against Harry bloody Potter.

"Dark magic is the same as light magic. They can both be used for good and both for bad." Alexio answers and Harry smiles brightly at the young one.

"That is what it was like during Merlin's time and many forget that magic is magic. Harper Greyback can you give an example of both the good and bad sides of one spell from what is considered light and dark magic?" Harry continues on ignoring the looks of disbelief that he is getting from one side of the room.

"Wingardium Leviosa can be used to lift a broken bit of glass or be used to hit someone over the head with a heavy object effectively killing someone. The killing curse can be used to end the life of someone who is living with a horrible disease to bring them release with no pain being felt which is what is was created, although it can also be used to kill someone." Harper answers leaving some of the room shocked as they believe that Fenrir Greyback hates magic and definitely won't teach it to his children.

"Very good twenty points to Slytherin and ten to Gryffindor." Harry tells them and Barbora cannot believe that she only got ten points when she was praising the Professor.

Barbara stands up abruptly scraping the legs of her chair against the floor making a horrid screeching sound echo around the room. Tom lets out a small sigh knowing that this is not going to end well especially if she is going to challenge his Daddy like he thinks she is going too. Basilius on the other hands hides a sly smirk behind his hand as he knows that it is going to make his day if she does kick off.

"What the hell?" Barbara screams and it reminds the Professor of Molly Weasley on one of her rants after the twins pull an amazing prank to put them down for it.

"Miss Weasley you have just lost your house five points for disrespect of a professor." Harry states blandly not that bothered about what she has said, although he is still mad at the two identical twins for what one said about his most dominant partner.

"But..." Barbara and Barbora say at the same time before being cut of by the end of class bell.

The Gryffindor's rush out the room as soon as Professor Potter dismisses them knowing that they have potions next and they really don't want to get on the bad side of Severus Snape who still treats the Gryffindor house like crap except for Tom who stays behind wanting to talk to his Daddy as he is used to being with him almost all the time.

"Bas you coming?" Haidan asks as he and Harper start to leave before noticing that Basilius isn't coming along.

"I will be in a moment I just want to talk to the Professor." Basilius replies not letting it show that he misses his Daddy.

Harper and Haidan glance at each other having a silent conversation that reminds their Defence Against the Dark Arts Professor of the Weasley twins. If there is one thing he regrets more than anything when he left it is that he never told George about it especially since he thinks of him as his older brother even now. Although, he knows that he has most probably blown that relationship to smithereens.

Basilius and Tom runs over to Harry and embrace him so hard it almost knocks the wind out of him, but all he can do is smile as he has missed his sons. All of them know and feel incomplete with their hug as one important piece of the family is missing.

"You two best hurry on. But, make sure you and Damon are in my rooms tonight to tell me about your first day." Harry tells the two he has in his arms as he lets them go.

Basilius nods reluctant to leave as it means his head of house is teaching him and he won't admit it to anyone except his brothers and carrier that he is put on edge by the man.

Ron glares as he arrives on the Hogwarts grounds hating that he is still not allowed to apparate through the wards as he is an aurora now. The long walk is no longer leaves him out of breath and he cannot help but remember the times of when the Golden trio was still a close nit group. Ron doesn't know it turned out like it has forgetting all about how many times he turned his back on Harry or messed up with Hermione as he wasn't able to deal with his feelings for her back then.

Albus smiles at Ron the moment he enters the great hall just before dinner is about to begin. He has missed having someone so easy to control in the school. Even though, his children are easy to control nothing like their Mother. Ron smiles back to the Headmaster not knowing that his mind is about to be blown.

Jacob walks into the hall chatting with Barbara and Barbora about the lessons of the day, especially the first one. They have been bad mouthing the new DADA professor, which is annoying almost all the other houses and Tom, since he is a nice and fair teacher. Ron smiles the moment his son's eyes land on him and brilliant smile appears on the young ones face.

"Dad what are you doing here?" Jacob asks as he reach his Father and the Headmaster near the head table.

Ron pulls his son into a hug. Ron admits that it is to quite at home without his little boy their and Hermione has already said no to more children. Which is putting a strain on their relationship as Ron wants more children and he hasn't realised that Hermione is saying no as he works all the time and is making her be the one to stay at home to look after the children they already have. Hermione wants to get her career back on track which fell to pieces when she married Ron.

"Work business in Hogsmeade and I thought I would come see how my big boy is doing." Ron admits with red blush going onto his cheeks just as easily as it did in the past.

"It's alright, but the new defence against the dark arts professor is a bit naff. We spent the day talking about dark and light magic and what defines them." Jacob complains with his face twisting with disgust.

Albus on the other hand loses the twinkle in his eyes as he knows that this might lead to a bad path. He doesn't want students questioning what magic is. He wants them all to think that the light is good and dark is horrid and leads only to evil and deadly doings.

Albus starts planning out how he is going to get control of this. He smirks slightly as he realises all he has to do is put his past weapons history out there and how dark magic almost destroyed his life. Meanwhile Ron is trying to figure out who on earth the new Professor is to no avail.

"Headmaster who is the new Professor?" Ron asks not liking what they are teaching his son.

"That would be our savior. Though I thought you would know that or is the Golden Trio broken? That is too bad." Professor Snape snarks as he walks past the group to sit at the head table.

Ron blushes scowling hating that once again it is the Golden Trio or Harry fucking Potter. It is never just about him or so he thinks. Ron cannot watch his wedding day to Hermione as it pisses him off because of all the questions about Potter and where he is or why he left or even worse why they don't know where he is.
