jimin was happy. for the first time in what felt like forever, he was completely and utterly happy. there was no drama with his friends, him and namjoon were finally together, and on top of that, there was only four more days until christmas. jimin didn't know how his life could possibly get any better.

"so, what do you want for christmas?" namjoon asked, cuddled up on the couch with jimin, a holiday movie playing from the tv.

"you," jimin said, smirking, while looking up at him.

"well, you already have me," namjoon said, laughing, "what else do you want? like... something i can buy you."

"joonie, you don't have to get me anything. i honestly have everything i could ever want."

"there has to be something. like... a sweater... or... a scarf or something."

"have you ever seen me wear a scarf?" jimin asked, laughing.

"no, but that's besides the point. just tell me what to get you so i don't fuck up and get you something you hate."

"just get me something from your heart, joonie. if it's from you, i'll love it."

"fuck, you're so cute. i literally can't win with you."

"so you're gonna pick out my present yourself?"

"yes. but i'm not gonna cave next time."

"we'll see about that," jimin said, hopping off of joon and walking towards the kitchen.

"hey, can you grab me a beer?"

"no. i'm making hot chocolate."

jimin was almost done making the hot chocolate, when he heard his phone ring. he pulled it out of his pocket and saw that it was jin.

"hello?" he heard jin's voice and a smile immediately made it's way to his face. he missed the older so much.

"hey, jinnie."

"don't you 'jinnie' me. trying to act all cute and innocent. hoseok told me everything that happened," seokjin said, slightly laughing.

"what? you mean between me and him?"

"yeah. you almost sucked his dick. what the hell did namjoon teach you?"

jimin just laughed, smiling to himself.

"i still feel really bad about it. i hope hoseok isn't still upset."

"he seems okay to me. he called me and we had a long talk. just about everything that was going on and stuff. we hadn't talked for so long, it was nice. i missed him a lot."

"that's good. i missed him too."

"so, what ended up happening with joon? hobi told me that you were finally gonna confront him."

"it went surprisingly well," jimin said, smirking.

"oh, yeah? how so?"

"we're dating."

"what?"

"yeah. crazy, right?"

"jimin, that's- that's amazing. holy shit. you forgave him for everything? hye-jin's gone?"

"yeah, it's a really long story, but once you get back in town i'll tell you everything."

"ughhh, you're making me wait?"

"sorry, jin. joonie's in the other room, patiently waiting for his hot chocolate."

"fine, i won't keep you. but, you better tell me every fucking detail when i get back."

"i will. i promise."

"oh, and jimin-"

"yeah?"

"what're you doing for the holidays? are you gonna go see your family?"

"well, i was going to... but joon's staying here and i don't wanna leave him here all alone over christmas."

"you could always take him with you," jin said, smirking.

"my parents don't even know i'm gay yet. i've gotta take this one step at a time"

"can't relate. my mom knew i was gay ever since i popped out of the womb."

"must be nice."

"yeah, i'm so happy i never had to come out."

"hey, speaking of, how's your family? is the trip going good?"

"yeah, it's going great. we can talk about it later, though. you gotta get back to your new mans," jin said, laughing a bit.

"yeah, i do. i can't wait to hear about it, though."

"be careful with namjoon, alright?"

"i will."

"okay. bye, chim."

"bye, jinnie!"
