the next morning, jimin woke up directly on top of hoseok.

hoseok blinked his eyes open, only a few seconds after jimin. he smirked when he saw jimin laying on top of him.

"good morning," hoseok said, smiling and brushing jimin's bangs out of his face.

jimin just smiled back and laughed, standing up from the couch and looking over to the kitchen.

jin was standing by the stove, with a pink apron on and a big plate of chocolate chip pancakes on the table.

"good morning, sleepyheads," jin said, smiling.

hoseok stood up as well, with messy hair and sleepy eyes.

"w-what time is it?" hobi asked, yawning.

"it's almost eleven," jin said, "i decided i'd whip up some breakfast."

"thanks, looks awesome, jinnie," jimin said.

"yeah, thanks jin," hoseok said, following jimin to the huge plate of pancakes on the counter.

the three boys put almost a dozen pancakes on their plates, covering them in syrup, aside from jimin, who would insist on having hazelnut spread on his.

the boys finished up their breakfast and quickly got ready for work.

jimin was keeping an eye on his phone, waiting for a text from joon. he purposefully didn't tell him that he was leaving, just so joon would have to ask him where he was.

but jimin hadn't heard a word from him.

"he probably just thinks i'm at home sleeping, there's no way he would just not care that i'm gone"

jimin was trying to stay positive, but if he was being honest, he really had no idea what was going through namjoon's head.

maybe he's just weirded out by the whole thing.

maybe joon never wanted to talk to him again.

the boys finished getting ready and headed off to work. they spent a few hours dealing with customers and arranging the flowers. it was a particularly busy day and it went by super fast.

"i can't believe the days almost over. i feel like we just got here," jimin said.

"yeah, i know right. we should pick up some pizza's or something when we get off," hoseok said, feeling super hungry.

"i'm in," jin said.

"me too," jimin said, happy that he would get to spend the night with his friends again instead of an awkward night with joon.

"i should probably sleep at my place tonight, but i'll stay till later," hoseok said.

"alright, sounds good."
