Feels = Short form of "Feelings" 

Refers to intense feelings experienced by reader over certain scenes or character developments within a story or canon that cause a strong emotional response. Some authors may warn or tag for 'feels' if they know their story contains emotionally fraught scenes that may incite them in the reader.
