Chapter 17

*1 year later*

Jasmine

"You look perfect. Everything is going to be great!" I say to Perrie. I smile as she squeals.

"I can't believe it's happening. I'm so nervous. What if he isn't at the chapel waiting for me?" Perrie says fast. I shake my head.

"He would never do that. He loves you. Don't worry. Once you see him, your nerves will die down." I say as I rub her shoulders. She takes a deep breath.

*knock knock*

I go to the door and open it. Three girls start to squeal in front of me. I squeal back. We all hug. All the girlfriends of One Direction are together again. We are all like a family. Well to me they are my family.

"So, El." She turns and looks at me. She's hiding her left hand. "Did Louis propose or not!" I say loudly. She squeals and pulls her hand out. I look at the ring and we all jump for joy.

"Hey guys, lets focus on my wedding first before hers. But let me say that ring is gorgeous girl!" Perrie says. We all nod. I hand everyone there dresses and we all change. I look in the mirror. I gasp. This blue dress fits me perfectly. Long, flowy, and this beautiful sparkly satin belt hugs my hips perfectly. I smile. The girls all come out and gasp.

"Ohhh Liam's gonna have fun tonight." Francesca says as all of us laugh.

"Oh come on, we've been dating for over a year now. He's seen me in plenty of dresses and this one is just another one." Perrie scuffs. "What?"

"Honey, that dress hugs you perfectly. He won't be able to keep his eyes off you!" Perrie says sassily. Everyone laughs.

"Mommy! I got my dress on!" I turn around and see Sky in a beautiful white flower girls dress. Sky runs to me and hugs me.

"You look beautiful!" I say as I kiss her cheek. All the girls 'awe' at our mommy and daughter moment.

"Okay! Let's get you in your dress!" Darcy says to Perrie.

"Okay, I want my maid of honor to help me." I smile as I stand up.

"Alright then, let's get it on!" I say as we grab the dress and close the curtain.

"So, I've heard rumors that Liam is gonna propose to you!" Perrie whispers.

"Yeah, rumors. They are only rumors, so, yeah I don't want to get too excited about it." Perrie slouches her shoulders.

"Jazz, you guys have been dating for a year now! Sky calls him daddy! It's meant to be!" Perrie whispers. I smile.

"Turn around, I have to zip you up." Perrie turns around. "Well then, I hope he does propose." Perrie smiles.

"Then I'll be your maid of honor." I laugh. Perrie and I had really gotten close throughout this year that I have been with Liam. We are like sisters and thats why I am her maid of honor.

"Alright, it's done. Ladies are you ready!" I yell so they can see the dress right away.

"Yes!" They all say excitedly. I pull the curtain away and they gasp. Perrie walks over to the big mirror and smiles big. She is glowing in that dress.

"Perrie, this dress is perfect!" El says as she hugs her.

"No tears! We already did makeup!" I say.

"Oh god," Perrie says as she wipes her tears. We all laugh.

*knock knock*

I run to the door. and open it slightly. It's Niall. He groans.

"What?" I say.

"I wanted it to be Francesca." He pouts. I laugh.

"Too bad." I smile.

"Oh well, it's time." He says. I nod and close the door.

"Ladies." They all turn to me. "It's time." They squeal and Perrie looks very nervous. The other girls head out with their flowers. El takes Sky with her. I put the vail on Perrie. "You will be great. Don't worry." Perrie turns around and hugs me. We grab our flowers and head out.

Liam

Everyone gathers and us guys gasp.

"You look beautiful Perrie!" We all say as we hug her.

"Thanks guys." She says as we form in our lines. I see Jasmine and my breath is taken away.

"Liam. Close your mouth, you'll catch flies." Louis says as he slaps his cheek. I chuckle as I hear Jasmine laugh. I walk over to Jasmine and peck her lips.

"You look stunning!" I whispers to her.

"So do you." She whispers back.

"Sky does too." I add. She giggles.

"Yeah she does." The doors open and the music starts. Niall and Francesca are first. Then it's Harry and Darcy. Then it's Louis and Eleanor. Next would be us, the best man and the maid of honor. Then its Skylar, the flower girl, and the ring bearer, which is Theo, Niall's nephew. And Finally, it's the bride, Perrie. Zayn's mouth opens when he see's her in her dress. I bring my hand up and push his chin up to close his mouth. Some people in the audience laugh.

The ceremony was perfect. And now it's time to party! We get on the bus and first head to a bar. Thank god the kids weren't with us! We all take two shots and leave. We then head to the reception hall. Everyone piles out of the bus and heads in. I feel my pocket one more time to feel the box. I smile. We get into the hall and cheer as the newly weds come in. We all head to the front table to set our stuff down to party. Just kidding, we have to eat first.

Time for the speeches. Mine is going to be epic! The wedding planner calls me up. I take a deep breath as I make my way to the stage.

"Hi. Gosh, why am I nervous, I sing on a stage in front of millions but once the crowd dwindles to like 300 people I get nervous." Everyone laughs. "Anyways, first off I'd like to congratulate the newly weds." Everyone cheers. "Zayn, you have been a brother to me, to the mates, and its been a heck of a ride listening to you always saying 'Vas Happening!'" I say it funny. Everyone laughs. Perrie laughs her head off. Zayn shakes his head at me. I chuckle.

"But yeah, its tough, in the morning, good luck Perrie, cause Zayn is not a morning person." Some people laugh in the crowd. "And, be careful, don't touch his hair! He gets very touchy with his hair." Everyone laughs. "Anyways, you two are gonna have an amazing life filled with love and happiness. So I wanna make a toast to the happy couple! May your life be filled with love!" We all raise our glasses and then take a sip." I should probably wrap it up. Could Jasmine come up here please." Jasmine looks shocked, and slowly walks up. "Jasmine is my lovely girlfriend." Harry hoots. I chuckle. I turn to Jasmine and smile. She mouths 'whats going on?'. "Jasmine, we have had a great year. I have loved every second of it even if it was rough. But, I don't care, as long as I got to spend it with you." I smile at her. "Sorry Zayn, but I'm gonna have to steal just a minute of your special day." Zayn nods his head. "Jasmine, I would love to spend the rest of my life, with you, and Skylar. I want to wake up seeing you in my arms. I want to be able to look into those green eyes everyday. I want to be a better dad for Sky." Jasmine has tears in her eyes. I grab the box out of my pocket and get on one knee. "Jasmine, would you marry me?" Jasmine nods her head vigorously as she is crying so hard she cannot speak. Everyone cheers. Harry whistles and hoots. I put the ring on her finger and kiss her. "Now back to the wedding!" I say as I put my arm in the air. Everyone claps and laughs.

We walk off the stage and go back to the table. The guys all pat my back. The girls are all squealing together as they look at the ring.

"Congrats Liam!" Zayn says. "Way to steal the day." I chuckle.

"I only stole a moment." I say. The guys all laugh. I look around for Skylar. I spot her. I walk over.

"Hey princess!" I say as she leaps into my arms.

"Daddy!"

"Are you okay that I marry your mommy?" I ask. Her face lights up.

"Yeah!" She says sassily. I laugh. I tickle her side and kiss her cheek. I set her down and see Jasmine making eye contact with me. I walk over to her and wrap my arms around her.

"Hello soon-to-be Mrs. Payne." She giggles. I look down at her and cup her face. I kiss her softly. We deepen the kiss.

"Whoa, slow your roll!" Harry says. "Save it for later." He whispers. I slap his chest. "Oi!" Jasmine and I laugh. I look back at Jasmine. I smile and she smiles back. My life has been complete.
