chapter 5

"Excuse me, ma'am?" Theo walked up to the woman.

The woman just glared at him, "What."

"I'd just lke to say I'm sorry about my friend. He didn't really know what you were hinting at and he's kind of a defensive person. I'm sorry, he didn't mean any of that."

"It's fine. But that kind of behavior in here is not tolerated." 

"Yes ma'am I understand, thank you."

By the time Theo had made it back to his seat, Boris was already back inside and sitting there glaring at him.

"What?"

"Why were you talking to her??"

"I was apologizing  for you." Boris just scoffed.

Shortly after the woman arrived with their food. Boris quickly took the milkshake and put a straw in it and drank it, glaring up at the lady. She just sighed and walked off. 

After they shared their milkshake and fries, they realized that they had no money.

"Boris..."

"Yeah?"

"You don't have any money do you?" 

Boris stared at Theo with his eyes wide for a second.

"Shit." He finally managed to push out.

"Guess we'll just have to dine and dash." Boris said shrugging, eating his burger.

"Are you kidding? I'll never be able to step foot in here again!" Theo whisper yelled.

"What the hell do you want to do, Potter? Tell them we have no money and probably get in trouble?"

Theo sighed and stood up to leave. Boris smiled and stood up with him, non-suspiciously walking out of the diner. Once they got outside Boris started laughing and pushing Theo as they started running. Theo decided to take Boris to the library with him. 

"I've never been to a library before." Boris blurted out.

"What? How?"

"I don't know. Never had reason I guess."

Theo looked at him for a second and shook his head as he started walking towards the educational books.

Boris saw the CD section,"Hey can I get a CD?" 

"Obviously, their free. I'll get it with my library card."

Theo picked out two books, one random one he saw about zodiacs, and a shakespear book. Boris got some random album, he just liked the album art. They didn't have anything he knew he liked. Once they were done they went up to the librarian.

"Hello, Theo! Who is this?" She asked. Theo liked her, she was nice to him.

"Hello, this is my friend Boris. He's here from Las Vegas."

"Well nice to meet you Boris!" 

"Hi.." Boris felt awkward for some reason..

They checked out their things and walked home. Once they got home Theo got out his CD player so that they could check out the album Boris got. Boris put the disk in and it was surprisingly good. They stood there and danced together.
