INTRODUCTION

Hi. Let me introduce myself. My name is Iris Evans. You probably know my twin sister, Lily Evans. I also have an older sister named Petunia Evans. You probably don't know me, because while Lily went to the all famous Hogwarts, I went to Beauxbatons for my first two years of magic school. 

When Lily and I turned eleven, we both got two letters. One from Hogwarts and one from Beauxbatons, inviting us to join them. Being the parents they are, our parents chose to separate us, sending Lily to the better school and me to the crappy, preppy school. We had to wear these itchy uniforms and everything. I set the record for most detentions at Beauxbatons, getting 429 in two years. 

As you can tell, I wasn't really the best student. Well, behavior wise. I got even better grades than Lily did academic wise. One day, I was messing with a little kid in the hallway and I knocked into this huge statue of Madame Maxime, the headmistress at our school. I honestly have no clue how it fell over. I am literally the lightest thirteen year old in the universe and I am short as well. Anyhow, the statue fell on top of me and the poor little girl. The little girl got a concussion and was out for two weeks and her parents got me kicked out of the school. And yeah, they totally asked if I was ok after being out cold, the same amount of weeks as the little girl. Cue sarcasm. 

Now it's my third year and I will be joining Lily at Hogwarts. I'm sure you're like Oh, that's fun , she gets to go to the same school as her twin sister! Well, think again bud. Lily has never approved of me, breaking the rules and all that. She thinks it looks bad on her. Although we look the same, with our waist long red hair and emerald green eyes, we are the complete opposite except for our grades of course. 

Lily is a good student and never gets into trouble. She has so many friends and even has this boy she told us about that asks her to go out with him every day. Of course she says no, because she has to find a perfect boy and is never happy with what she gets. I, on the other hand, always get in trouble and have at least five detentions per week. I don't have any friends, which I am fine with. Friends are just more people that can hurt you. Less birthdays for me to remember I guess. 

There weren't any boys at our school so I don't have anyone asking me out everyday. Even if there were boys at Beauxbatons, they wouldn't be asking me out. They would be asking one of those weird Veela girls. The Veelas give me the creeps. Anyway, that was my introduction, have fun reading my story. Or don't. I don't really care.

"Who are you?" someone asks. I look up from my book to see four boys standing there. Three of them are really tall while the fourth one is short. The boy that asked the question has light brown hair and a very visible scar on his face. His brown eyes are soft and are looking at me like the other boys. The one farthest from him has very dark brown hair that is super messy. He has hazel colored eyes behind his circular glasses. The one in between the two has long black hair that he keeps running his hand through. He has hard gray eyes. The short one is a mousy boy and has blonde hair and piercing blue eyes.

"Who is asking?" I ask, setting my book down.

"I'm Remus Lupin," the scar faced boy says.

"Sirius Black," says the boy with the long black hair.

"My name's Peter Pettigrew," the blonde boy says softly.

"James Potter," the glasses boy says.

"How come we've never seen you before?" Sirius asks.

"Transfer student," I say.

"From where?" Remus asks.

"Beauxbatons," I say.

"Why are you now coming to Hogwarts?" James asks.

"Got expelled," I say.

"What did you do?" Sirius and James say at the same time.

"I'll tell you some other time," I responded.

"I didn't catch your name," Sirius says.

"That's 'cause I never told you it," I answered.

"Well, what is it?" Remus asks.

"Iris," I say.

"Last name?" Sirius asks.

"Geez, is this 20 Questions or something?" I joke. Remus is the only one that laughs. I realize that's only a muggle game. "Evans," I say. James sucks in a breath.

"Like Lily Evans? Or just Evans?" James says.

"Lily is my twin sister," I explained. Their jaws drop.

"T-twin sister?" James stutters.

"I didn't know Lily had a sister," Sirius says, dumbfounded.

"Well you learn something new everyday I guess," I say, shrugging.

"And what is a beautiful girl like you doing in a compartment alone?" Sirius says, sliding next to me and putting his arm over my shoulder.

"Get your arm off me before I break it," I say. He removes his arm. "And, all the other compartments are full."

"What about your sister? Why didn't you sit with her?" Remus asks.

"Well. Er- she doesn't really like me that much," I said.

"Why?" they all say at the same time.

"Again, a story for another time," I answer. The door flies open and a redhead strides in, two brunettes trailing behind her. Speak of the devil.

"Lily Flower!" James exclaims. She glares at him. His face falls.

"I was just making my way to all the compartments to m-" she starts. Her eyes fall on me. "What are you doing here Iris?"

"Um, it's my compartment?" I say\ask.

"Why are you with them? I never thought you would stoop that low for friend options," she sneers.

"Ok, first of all, these idiots came into my compartment. Second, you can bully me all you want Lily, but do not bully them. They haven't done anything," I say, fiercely.

"Yeah, it's sad that although they haven't done anything, they had to be forced into a compartment with you," she fires back. I open my mouth to say something when I get cut off.

"We chose to be here, Evans. And we also choose to kick you out of our compartment," Sirius says.

"Yo-" Lily starts.

"Sayanora bud," Remus says, using a spell to slam the door shut. We all burst out laughing. All except James.
