Shubman walked towards his gurukul from where he had achieved his classical training. They followed the Jaipuri Atauli Gharana lineage and he belonged to this gharana itself, though he had taken taalim from Gwalior and Agra Gharanas too.

He did pranam to the gurus who were training the students outside, before going to the room where the master sat for riwaz everyday.

"Pranam Guruji! Pranam Guru Maa!"he said while joining his hands and kneeling down in front of the music master and his wife, who was sitting beside him.

"Ah! Raja Maan Singh. It's so good to see you back,"Guru Advait said while touching Shubman's head.

"God bless you,"his wife Neela said while blessing Shubman.

"We are so proud of you for your early accolades in music. You have the capability of being one of the most celebrated singers of our country. Don't lose your interest in music ever,"Guru Advait said.

"Guruji, is there anything that I haven't learnt yet from you and you would like me to learn?"Shubman asked and he said,"no! You have learnt enough from us. Now it's your own journey that will teach you the rest."

Just then someone came and stood behind Shubman and Neela said,"oh look! She's our new disciple. You already know her well."

He turned back in curiosity and frowned on seeing Chandrika and stood up immediately while she smirked and came ahead, saying,"oh yes. Of course. We do know each other well. We are contemporaries after all."

She sat down after doing pranam to the gurus and Shubman too sat down, looking at her and then looked towards the gurus while Advait said,"Maan, play your favourite instrument in front of the new learners and share some words with them. They admires you a lot."

"Jee Guruji,"Shubman said and Neela asked Chandrika to go along with him too.

"So when did you come here haan?"Shubman asked Chandrika as soon as they came out of the room and she replied,"yesterday. I'll be staying here for sometime too."

"You didn't get any other gharana or guru?"Shubman asked with a frown and she replied,"why? You had suggested me to polish my classical base. How could I not consider your suggestion? And if I have to defeat you then I have to begin from where you had begun your journey. Isn't it?"

Shubman laughed and said,"kamaal hain! In order to defeat me you're learning from my Guruji and has joined the gharana I actually belong to. You know it very well that I am taking taalim from the Gwalior and Agra Gharana just to incorporate new styles in my way of singing. Now don't tell me you'll do the same later. This is complete cheating. You're stealing my style."

"Oh come on! In modern classical music world, many singers are doing this. So stop singing your own praise."

"Whatever! Let me tell you another thing today, Moon. Just for your benefit. A true singer doesn't sings from throat. He sings from the soul. Hmm? Now follow me,"Shubman said before walking towards the main practice hall.

"Huh! I'll become a better singer than you and show you soon,"Chandrika said before following up.

Hardik walked through the corridors of the Nritya Niketan Gurukul where Durdhara went for dance rehearsals. He caught a glimpse of her dancing with other girls, while he passed through the large windows through which he could peep in. Few people who recognised him did pranam and moved aside. He then leaned against the doorframe, staring at the dancing princess.

Durdhara guided the younger students with the poses while Hardik crossed his arms and stared at her intensely and she danced around beautifully noticing him and stopping at once.

"Kya baat hain bete? Aap ruk kiyu gayi?"her dancer instructor asked and she said,"Guru Maa voh..."and the lady noticed Hardik and said,"accha toh Kunwarji aaye hain! Jaiye."

Durdhara did a pranam and came up to Hardik and took him away holding his hand quickly, making him giggle.

She took her bag and started leaving for her work when Shivani came rushing to her and gave her a tiffin container, saying,"yeh le jaa. You have stopped eating properly nowadays due to your special diet and all. Aur sunn! Aaj clinic se jaldi aana. We have to go for marketing. Invitation box aaya hain raj bhawan se. "Uh hmm. I did. It's very majestic. Loved it. Have you checked ours?"

"Too beautiful. It's your choice right?"

Durdhara gave a nod and he passed her a smile.

Devangini purchased flowers for Rajmaata and took a toto to the palace while saying to herself,"the fragrance is perfect."

Hardik took out a pair of diamond bangles for her and made her wear those while saying,"my first gift for you."

"Your first gift is the rose that you have given me on our first date. And it has been preserved in resin by me,"she replied, making his heart flutter.

The royal gates opened and Rishabh drove into the palace premises at full speed, while Devangini was walking ahead, moving towards the main foyer, when he honked suddenly and stopped the car behind her and she moved aside quickly, getting startled, thus ending up falling into a puddle of wet garden mud, while the flowers went up in the air, from her hand, during the fall.

Rishabh came out while saying,"deaf, are you?"and then chuckled seeing her mud-smeared hands and outfit, while the flowers fell upon them as she stood up glaring at him.

"Ewwww! What the hell is this? Why are you at the driver's seat if you can't drive properly?"she yelled at him and he crossed his arms getting amazed, while Siraj came to his side and whispered to him,"no girl has ever talked to you like that, dude."

"That's because they knew who I was,"Rishabh said and then asked Devangini,"hey you! Do you know who I am?"

"No! And I don't want to know. Huh! Dress, flowers, sab kharab kardiya,"she said in an irritated tone and walked away angrily while saying,"bigda huya ameerzaada."(Spoilt brat)

"See! Told you. She doesn't know my identity,"Rishabh said while locking his arm around Siraj's shoulder and added,"had she known me then she would have said ki prince aur mitti main giraiye mujhe."(Had she known me then she would have asked me to make her fall in mud again)

He then picked up the flowers and called,"oh Mittirani!"

Devangini stopped on her track while pointing to herself in surprise and murmuring,"is he calling me?"

That very moment Rishabh threw the flowers at her and she turned around fuming and he giggled and said to Siraj,"dekh dekh kaisey dekh rahi hain. So fun! Who is this cartoon?"

"Youuuu!"Devangini exclaimed and started charging towards him when Meenakshi's voice was heard from the main door,"oh my God! Rishiiii! Aarti ki thaali lao koi. Humara Rishabh ghar lautey hain."

Devangini turned around and looked at her and then at Rishabh, who walked ahead, dragging Siraj with him, and passed by Devangini, looking at her with a smirk.

Devangini looked on as he went up to his mother and gave her a hug while she said happily,"my baby boy."

"Baby boy? Seriously? Shaytan ka nana hain yeh Rajkumar Rishabh,"Devangini said.(He's the granddad of the devil)

"My son is back,"Suryavardhan said while coming ahead and Rishabh sought his blessings before giving him a hug.

"How are you Daajiraj?"he asked and Suryavardhan replied,"well and fine. It's good to see you back. Hopefully you won't fly away again for years now?"

"No! I am here for the time being. I am going nowhere anytime soon,"Rishabh replied and Virat rushed down the stairs happily on hearing about his arrival.

"Dadabhai!"Rishabh exclaimed with joy and ran up to him and they shared a hug while Devangini walked in and Meenakshi asked,"yeh kya haal huya hain? Go! I'll arrange an outfit for you."

"Haan Maa Sa, she's blind I guess. She walked into a puddle of mud and fell upon it,"Rishabh said and Devangini looked at him getting shocked, while he danced his brows at her and Virat said to her,"dekh ke chala karo Devi."(Look while walking, Devi)

She gave a nod and passed a spicy look at Rishabh and walked up while he thought,"casting the same look even after knowing my identity? Hmmm! Interesting! Maza aayega isey sataney mein. It will be fun."

He then looked at Siraj and said,"meet him all you lovely peeps. He's Siraj, my dear friend from Mexico."

"Hello!....uh..pranam I guess,"Siraj said getting confused while Rishabh chuckled and Suryavardhan said,"relax! You don't have to follow those protocols. Isey apna hi mahal samjho. Rishi, where's Shreyas by the way?"

"He's dead,"Rishabh said and everyone asked,"WHAT?"and he added,"I mean, he said he will come directly on the wedding day. That's why he's dead for me now. When he will arrive then he will be alive."

"Rishi! Behave. Don't speak nonsense like that. You're a prince,"Suryavardhan said with a frown while Meenakshi gestured him to be quiet.

Virat held his hand and said,"chalo, Daadi Sa is waiting for you. Go upstairs. I have work. Will catch up in the evening. Okay?"

Rishabh gave a nod and then said to Meenakshi,"Mommy! Please ask the cooks to make something North Indian. And Siraj, let's go upstairs. Luggages will be taken care of. And Daajiraj! Bye byeeee."

Rishabh ran upstairs, pulling Siraj along while Suryavardhan said,"na jaaney tehezeeb kab sikhenge yeh!"(Don't know when he will learn manners)

Rishabh came to meet Kadambari Devi, and she got elated to see him, before he jumped on the bed and gave her a hug and laid down, resting his head upon her lap and saying,"Daadiiiii! Hum agayeeeee."

"Hmmm! I can see that very well. That's why there was giggling and shouting outside,"Kadambari said when Devangini walked in after changing into the outfit which Meenakshi had given to her.

Rishabh laughed and said,"this is Mom's kaftan dress right? Look Daadi Sa! She's looking like a walking curtain. It's so loose on her."

Devangini frowned upon seeing him there and on hearing his words, while Kadambari said,"don't make fun of her like that. Devi, why are you wearing this beta?"

"She jumped into a puddle of mud,"Rishabh said.

"What?"

"Yes! I asked her to stop but she didn't listen."

"Devi! What's wrong with you beta?"Kadambari asked and Devangini said,"Daadi Sa! Don't believe him. I was..."

"Haan haan she was talking over the phone, that's why she didn't see the puddle I think,"Rishabh added and Kadambari said,"ohhhh! Okay it's alright. The medicines that you gave me were excellent. I am able to walk a bit now, Devi."

"Devi sells medicines?"Rishabh asked and Kadambari laughed while Devangini said,"no! I am a Physical Therapist."

"Ohhhhhhh! Doctor ho tum? Lagti nahi ho. You look like a school going kid,"he said in a teasing tone.

"Dekha! kaha tha na humnein? Bohot shararti hain humara baccha,"Kadambari said while running her fingers through Rishabh's dense hair, and he chuckled as Devangini walked away with an irritated expression.
