Chapter 64

A/N: This is another long ass chapter, and there was some problem on wattpad so I had problem saving my work...that's why this chapter took me longer than I thought (sigh)

Perrie's POV

"As much as I love being held in your arms, when are you gonna put that beautiful ring on my finger huh?"

"Oh Shit!" Fuck! I was too caught into the moment I forgot to doit!

I gently pulled away, my hand reached for the slightly smaller ring and took it out of the box, carefully slipped the ring into her ring finger, grinned when it fitted perfectly. She beamed and took the box from me and copied my action. Looking at the rings on our fingers, realization hit me hard. We are fucking engaged! I couldn't contain my excitement anymore so I smashed my lips on her in one of the most passionate kiss ever. No word can explain how ecstatic I am feeling right now.

I frowned when I felt her lips stopped moving with mine and began to tremble. I pulled away to see her eyes were still closed, her bottom lip was now trapped in between her teeth, trying to contain tears from coming out but failed eventually.

"What's wrong baba?" I asked worriedly

She slowly opened her eyes to reveal those gorgeous chocolate orbs, more tears falling down as she fluttered those long eyelashes.

"N-Nothing...tears just came out and I...I feel like my h-heart is...going to burst" She sobbed

"What? Are you hurting or something? Oh my god did I hold you too tight s-"

"No baby no" She giggled and cupped my face

"But you a-" She captured my lips to stop my rambling, I slowly began to relax and kissed her soft lips, I whimpered when she pulled away shortly, too short to my liking

"I am not hurting babe, not one bit. They are all tears of joy silly. There is too much bliss in my heart...and it's all because of you" She smiled and placed her hand on her chest

"I still don't like to see you cry..." I frowned, wiping off the tears on her face

"You have to get used to it babe because you make me so so happy. I hope you are not disgusted by my ugly crying though" She giggled

"Impossible. You are stunning no matter what. To me, you are the most beautiful, gorgeous, fascinating, dazz-"

"Aw I love you!"

I smiled as her addictive lips pressed on mine once again, kissing me with just as much as passion even we had shared uncountable kisses today. This is for sure one of the best day ever. Not only because it is Christmas, it marks the day we share the most kisses so far and more importantly, the goddess I am so madly and deeply in love with, allow me to be the one to marry her. Me

We were all gathered at the backyard to celebrate me and Jade's engagement, as it turned out they were not only working on my video, but also secretly preparing a little party.

"What if she didn't say yes? Are you gonna throw all these food away?" I laughed and took another sip on my drink. Jade groaned and hit my arm, I gave her a wink to let her know I was only joking.

"There is no way she would say no to you Perrie. Am I right Jeed?" Norma smirked. Jade buried her face at the crook of my neck, nodding her head

"But I have to say you scared me a little bit Jade, it took you a while" My dad said

"I...It happened all of a sudden and I was really emotional while watching the video....my mind can't function probably...I was lost for word" She explained quickly, cheeks flushed red

"Aw my baby panic at situation" I put down my drink and wrapped my arms around her small torso, gently rubbing her back. She hummed happily and pecked my cheek

"You are just the same Perrie. Oh my god do you think this will work? What if it is not good enough and she said no? Mom I am so scared!"

"Shut up mom!" I grumbled and blushed in embarrassment

"Hey I said things to calm you down before the proposal and now you wanna me to shut up when it's done? Wow what a great daughter" She pretended to be hurt by my words, I rolled my eyes at her act.

"She didn't mean like that Debbie. She loves you" Jade clarified. I watched her in awe as she defended me even my mom was only teasing me

"Aw Jade. I will let you off this time because of your lovely fiancé here"

"Thank you my fiancé" I ignored my mom and grinned at Jade, gave her a peck on the lips.

"You are welcome my fiancé" She caressed my cheeks and returned the smile

"Hey Perrie. You wanna know more about your fiancé? Let me tell you about the iconic Harry Potter t-"

"Haven't you told them already!" Jade scolded

"No sis. I said that earlier because you were interrupting our secret proposal meeting. Now I can finally say it out loud oh yeah!" Karl chortled

"Yes I wanna hear!"

"Yeah say it Karl!"

"No don't tell them!" Jade shouted, but she couldn't stop Karl as he started to talk.

"Well you know she loves to read right? When she was about six, I took her to the library. I hate books, I really hate them, but being a good brother I am I still did so. I thought we would only stay in the library for two hours at most and I could endure that by reading some comic books or whatever interesting but I was so wrong. She found the first two novels of Harry Potter and she was obsessed with it. When three hours passed, she only finished the first one. I told her I will take her to the library next week so she could read the next one but she refused and won't leave until she finished it. I was bored as hell, I fell asleep and woke up for a few times and she was still reading it. I was starving at that time and she still had half of the book unread, so I told her I would go have some food and come back later-"

"No you never told me that!" Jade countered

"I swore I did!"

By the look on their faces, I believed they both were telling the truth. Um...I guessed Jade was too concentrated on the book she didn't hear it. Well it's Karl's fault he should know it and make sure she heard him before he left...I am definitely on Jade's side.

"Anyway. So I left to eat something, and when I came back she was crying, and there were so many people surrounding her trying to comfort her"

"What happened?" I asked worriedly, tightening the grip on her torso even though I knew it was happening in long time ago

"S-She...she thought...I-I disappeared" Karl laughed

"Why?" I glanced at Jade, lips curved up at the adorable sight as her red cheeks were puffed in annoyance

"She has a habit of mumbling words while she was reading...so once she found out I was not there, she thought she accidentally made me disappear by reading the spell from the book, and she cried because she can't find one to bring me back" Karl shrieked, causing a wave of laughter erupted

"I hate you Karl!" Jade huffed and buried her face into my chest to hide her flushed cheeks

"Aw you are so cute" I smiled and stroked her hair gently

"You think so?" She asked tentatively, slowly lifting her head up to look at me with her big bambi eyes.

"Of course. You are the cutest person in the world" I grinned. Her face lit up and flashed me the most adorable smile ever. Aw my heart.

"And you are the best person in the world" She squealed, I chuckled as she started plastering kisses all over my face

"Hey why are you so happy? I just told everyone your most embarrassing past!" Karl asked confusedly

"I don't care anymore. My fiancé think I am cute" She smirked at him

"What?!"

"I do. My fiancé is the cutest!"

"And my fiancé is the best!"

"Just a friendly reminder you both have a name..." Jonnie interrupted

"But I want everyone to know Jade Thirlwall is MY fiancé!" I beamed

"Aw me too baby. Ah we should post something to let everybody knows. Ugh but I don't know where my phone is-"

"Your phone is here Jeed" Norma said, holding her phone in her hand

"Why? Why you have my phone mam?"

"We have to keep it away from you so you won't find out the surprise. And well...people already known you two were engaged"

"WHAT?! HOW?!" We squeaked, we looked at each other and giggled at how in sync we were

"We were filming this whole time, since the video started to play...to the proposal...and to you two started eating each other's face off, all was lived broadcasted on Facebook"

What? They didn't tell me they would do that! Thank god Jade said 'yes' otherwise I don't know how to face the world with my broken heart.

"It's actually Leigh Anne and Jesy's idea, because they said they don't want to miss it, neither do your friends and fans." Why am I not surprised?

"Can we watch it?" Jade asked

They nodded and Norma gave Jade her phone back, She immediately went into Facebook to watch the video, I gasped as it had already reached almost ten thousands views and likes. I was overwhelmed by the fans' comments as they were just as emotional as we were the whole time, and we got bombarded by tons of 'Congratulations' and crying emoji the moment Jade said 'yes'. I can't believe it just happened either

Jade then went into Twitter and saw the hashtags of #jadesaidyes and #congratulationsjerrie are trending right now, together with the hashtag #perriesproposaltojade I originally tweeted to ask people to send me videos to surprise Jade, it's amazing how I recorded just one video for help, I got thousands in response within a few hours.

"NO!"

"What's wrong baba?" I asked concernedly and looked down at her phone, but soon laughed once I saw what's on the screen and what she was doing

"It's not funny Perrie! They seriously need to back off!" Oh she is really mad she didn't even call me babe or baby.

A hashtag of #Iwantaperrie was also trending, with most tweets saying I was sweet and romantic and they wanted a Perrie to themselves. Jade always says the same thing and tells me I shouldn't have done so much for her. But to me it's never too much because she deserves everything, and compared to what she had done for me? It is nothing really.

I tried my hardest not to laugh while watching her replying to the tweets

-No she is not yours! xjadex

-Sorry she has a fiancé and it's ME xjadex

-Go away and leave my fiancé alone! xjadex

-Sorry it will never happen because she is MINE forever xjadex

-No I won't give you MY fiancé even you bribe me with biscuits and tea xjadex

I couldn't hold back the laugh when I saw the last reply. Aw she loves me this much to give up her precious biscuits and tea.

"I would do the same baba. I would give up everything for you"

I cooed and squeezed her tight, pecking her cheek. She giggled and turned her head to peck my lips, then continued replying every single tweet to mark me her territory

"Hey babe you can never reply to all the tweets. Why don't we post something so they could face the fact that I am yours only and you are mine" She stopped typing and gazed at me in awe like I just came up with the most brilliant idea.

"You are so smart baby! Now give me a second." She pecked my lips before running back into the house

"Where is she going?" Karl laughed.

I shrugged as I had no idea either. A minute later she came back and I knew exactly what she was going to do the second I saw her. She was wearing the sweater she gave me with 'Her Jadey' on it, so it's not hard to know what's the other sweater in her hand

"Put this on baby. Thank god I have got them just for the right time"

I chuckled and quickly put it on. We stood at the right position and took a few pictures with different poses. Jade eventually chose a cute one with us wrapping an arm around each other's back, her head was laid on my shoulder and I kissed the top of it, of course the words on our sweaters were clearly shown on the picture.

"Ugh she pulled the mum's card out again!" I grumbled

"Yeah she does that every time she wants us to shut up, and it never fails" Jade giggled.

I whined as Jade is right, and it's all because of one conversation we had. When we first got together, we love to have girls talk because we wanted to get to know one another. There was one time we complained about 'How our moms always think they are right'. Don't get me wrong, we loves our moms to dead, but there still were time they really pissed us off...like they did something wrong or stupid but still thought they were 'right', and you couldn't change their minds no matter how you reason with them...and we came up with a conclusion that day...that mums are always 'right'. So when mixers named Jesy the mum of Little Mix, she immediately took advantage of it and used it against us to shut us up...

"Aw my baby it's alright. Why don't you post something on your account too?" She cooed, my face lit up at her suggestion. I pulled my phone out and gave it to Caitlin

"What do you want me to do?"

"Nothing I just want to post a picture of our hands"

I hugged her from behind and placed my left hand on top of her, gently interlocking our fingers until the diamonds on our rings became a heart shape.

"Thanks Caitlin" I grinned at the pictures once she gave me back my phone. I chose my favourite one and posted it on instagram

"That's the smart choice" She nodded happily, amused that her threat did work.

"Today is...Wow. Thank you Perrie...for the video, the proposal, the rings...everything." She snuggled closer to me and wrapped her small arm around my torso, I could see her dazzling brown eyes and adorable smile clearly under the moonlight

"Anything for my princess" I grinned and kissed her nose

"Best.Christmas.Ever!"

"And from now on, this day is not only Christmas to us, but our engagement anniversary" I grinned

"Yes baby! Now I love Christmas even more." She beamed and kissed my lips sweetly. She pulled away shortly and raised her hand up to admire the ring the umpteenth times today since I put it on her finger

"The rings are so beautiful...when did you buy it though? I can't believe you managed to buy them and hide it from me when we are inseparable nearly 24/7" She giggled

"Well...about that..." I wondered if I should tell her because it might shock her

"Yeah?" Her gorgeous chocolate eyes gazed at me curiously

"I...I bought them together with the necklaces" I whispered, nibbling my lips nervously for her reaction. Her eyes widened like I expected they would be

"S-So you...you bought them...before our one-month anniversary?" She gasped and covered her mouth in shock. I nodded and averted my gaze to anything but her face, scared of her to think I was too desperate to claim her as mine for buying the rings so early

"No wonder they reminded me of our necklaces" I heard her mumbled under her breath, I gulped and nodded, still avoiding her gaze, but her small hand soon placed under my chin, wanting my attention

"You alright baby?" The concern in her voice made me impossible to ignore her anymore, so I lifted my head up to meet her gaze

"What's wrong babe?" She asked worriedly, her hand moved up to cup my cheek and stared at me with full intensity in her eyes

"I...I um..I know I bought them early, maybe way too early...but Jade I- I can't help it. I was waiting for the staff to engrave the words into our necklaces when I saw the rings...and I don't know why but I could imagine how amazing it looks on your finger..." I grabbed her left hand, gently holding it up and gave her ring finger a chaste kiss.

"Even though we had only been dating for 25 days at that time...that day...no even from the very beginning when we weren't even a couple, I knew you are the one. The one that I want to be called as mine, the one that I want to give all my love to, the one that I want to spend the rest of my life with...that's why I couldn't help but bought the rings...and even engraved our initials into them...I don't know when would I need them, but I am 1000% sure you, Jade Thirlwall, is the only one that I want to give the ring to, the half of my heart to...heck no if you want you can take my whole heart an-"

I was cut off by her soft lips that suddenly crashed on mine, kissing me so passionately and feverishly that immediately made my mind goes blank and body goes weak. I closed my eyes and reciprocated the kiss frantically, moaned when she nibbled my bottom lip and slid her tongue into my mouth that only she had access to. Our tongues rutting and hands roaming each other shamelessly, there was no need to hold back anymore as we were finally alone in our bedroom.

"W-What...was that for?"

I asked once we pulled away panting for air, smiled as she ended up laying on top of me, I raised my hands up to fix her messy hair.

"For your extremely sweet and lovely words. Gosh I have to stop you! My heart can't take it anymore. That's too much happiness for one day" I could feel her erratic heartbeats as our chests were pressed against each other, and I knew I was just the same

"So...um...you don't think I was too...eager? Like I bought the engagement ring so earl-"

"No. Of course not! Is that what you were worrying about?" I nodded bashfully

"Don't be. You should know my feeling for you don't just start at the moment we started dating right? Just like you, I love you since we were friends, and it grew stronger every day, that's five years silly. The day I confessed to you was when I felt my love for you was too much, and it became unbearable for me to continue pretending it was just a love for a best friend. To be completely honest, we could have skipped the stage of being girlfriends if you pulled the rings out and asked me to marry you on that day, instead of giving me the necklaces and asked me to be your girlfriend, because I am sure I would have said 'yes' either way."

"S-Seriously? Just like that?"

"Yes. If it's what you want me to be. That's how much I love you you dork" She beamed and tapped my nose

Wow. I knew she loves me, a lot, but I would have never guessed she would be so ready to take a huge leap on our relationship that early. Just wow. If only I knew earlier, I would have got down on my one knee and proposed to her on that day...Actually no, I would have regretted not giving her a proper proposal when I looked back.

"Aw I love you so much too but to me you deserves more than that" I beamed and pecked her lips

"That's why you are a dork Perrie Edwards. No matter how many times I told you you are all I need and there is no need for you to do anything for me, you still go for the extra miles to surprise me, being so sweet and romantic...no wonder everybody is all over you" I chuckled as she softly pinched my cheek

"Sorry, can't help it when it comes to you. I don't care about anybody else. You are the only one I want" I smiled and pecked her lip

"Aw I feel so honored. How am I going to repay you huh?" A playful smile appeared on her face, her fingers caressed my cheek tenderly

"You have already repaid me baba. I would have starved to death if you don't cook for me. I would have no clean clothes to wear if you don't wash it. I would be living in a trash pile if you don't tidy up our house. Gosh I am such a lazy ass like Jesy said" I covered my burning cheeks with my hands as I was ashamed

"You are not that bad silly you do help, and it's in my nature because I love to take care of my baby" She giggled and grabbed my hands, interlocking our fingers

"Really?" I asked tentatively, even though I knew she was telling me the truth

"Yes you big baby"

"But with this ring on your finger...you are tied up with my lazy ass forever..."

"Lucky me!" She laughed and pecked my lips

"Seriously Jade, thank you for everything. I could be homeless if it wasn't you...thank you for giving me a house...and a home too because you are my home" I said sincerely while looking into those beautiful brown eyes

"There is no way I was gonna let you walk out the door that day. I had already let you go once and it was one of the worst decision I had made in my life, there is no way I would let it happen again...no matter how stubborn you were" She pouted and pinched my nose

"Thank you for not giving up on me. I know I could be so stupid an-"

"I would never give up on you. Not as your best friend in the past, not as your fiancé now, and not as your wife in the future" She looked at me so earnestly, with so much intensity I knew she meant every word she said

"And I promise you the same" I smiled and captured her lips. To me, to us, a kiss means more than just a kiss, it means a promise that won't be broken.

Once we pulled away, I beamed when I saw the bright smile on her face.

"Aw you are just too perfect for me, too perfect for this world. Oh speaking of that..." I reached for my phone and turned on the screen, it's already passed midnight

"Happy birthday baba"

"Yeah! Now I want my first birthday gift..." She closed her eyes and pursed her lips

"You don't have to ask" I chuckled and connected our lips in a tender and sweet kiss

"Anything else?" I asked when we pulled away

"Um...yeah" I gulped as a smirk appeared on her face, because I sorta know what it meant. She moved her head to the side and leaned in until her soft lips brushed my earlobe

"I.want.you" My eyes shut as she thrusted her hip to emphasize her desire, I moaned as her lips trailing kisses on my jaw and down my neck

"Right now?" I breathed out, tightened my grip on her torso

"No" My eyes snapped opened at her word

"What? You are joking right?"

"No. I want to but we can't tonight"

"Why? Ugh you can't just ask for it and do all these things and tell me to sleep now." I groaned, looked away to show her I don't agree on it, at all

"Baby. Please look at me"

She pleaded, hands cupping my cheeks to turn my head so our eyes met, my face softened once I met her lovely brown eyes, I pouted to let her know I was upset

"As much as I love to make love with you, my fiancé, we have to get up early tomorrow morning for the dip so I can't risk you making my legs all weak and jelly, you know how good you are right?" She pecked my lips. Not only did my pout disappear, her words caused a proud smile on my face

"And if you don't sleep now, how are you gonna have enough energy to do just that tomorrow night?" She whispered

"Really?" My face lit up at her word. She giggled and nodded

"Who wouldn't want an amazing birthday sex on their birthday?" She winked

"But what about our families? You don't mind they find out about that? You can never keep quiet a-"

"Hey you are loud too! And I don't care because it's my birthday! I can do whatever I want!"

"Whatever you say birthday girl, but I am warning you I won't let you back down from it. You are in it for a treat princess" She moaned as I playfully slapped her butt, I whined as she immediately got off me and laid down next to me

"Don't. I can't let you seduce me now. I can't sleep if I am aroused" She scolded when my hand was placed on her butt once again

"Slapping your butt can get you aroused huh? I need to mark that down and do just that tomorrow night" I smirked and gave it a cheeky squeeze which made her instantly let out a moan

"Ugh stop! I can't sleep if you continue" She hit my arm and pouted

"I will leave the rest to tomorrow night then. Good night my fiancé" I pecked her lips, then moved my arms to wrap around her waist while she cuddled up to me

"Nanite my fiancé"
